Casa Hermosa is a beautiful house with an expansive view of the valley. Remarkably clean on a arrival and the housekeeper did a great job during our stay. The location is close enough to town you can walk everywhere. We didn't both renting a vehicle and we glad we didn't. Juan, the property manager, was excellent. He made us feel at home, and was very helpful giving us travel tips. He invited us to a beach front restaurant he manages and it was a great way to start the trip. It felt like an extension of the house. I can't say enough about Juan...best host ever! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Casa Hermano was excellent. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place is beautiful and was perfect for our group, super well-equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms all have AC. The pool area is awesome and gets sun all day. Yes, it's on a steep hill, but it's a pretty quick walk to town, and there are a couple of shops nearby. We loved it and would stay again!

The place was amazing ! I was there with my girlfriend and my parents an we all love it. Juan is amazingly friendly. The pool was clean. The bbq was clean. Everything was perfect. Really recommend this spot !

We loved our stay at Casa Hermano! The house and pool were a wonderful place to spend Spring Break with our family (3 young adults and 2 parents). The layout was perfect to give everyone their own space and we all enjoyed the open kitchen/ living room looking out over the pool and view beyond. We did quite a bit of cooking in the well appointed kitchen and appreciated the water cooler which was furnished with spare bottles of filtered water. Juan was wonderful before and during our stay, answering all our many questions and helping arrange for airport transport and a golf cart. I highly recommend the house and would love to come back someday myself!

Beautiful well maintained home! The King beds were extremely comfortable. The main level has a nice open floor plan. There are both upper and main level decks, the latter opening up to a covered sitting area and a pool with a fountain, lounge chairs and umbrellas. The property manager, Juan, was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. We’d stay here again if we find our way back to Sayulita!

We had a wonderful place at Casa Hermano for six nights. The villa is very private and quiet and a short walk into the town. It’s on the back side of Gringo Hill so you are close to everything without any of the noise from the town square. Our host Juan was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Sayulita.

Abbas's place was amazing - a few steps away from the main part town, so it's the perfect place to find refugee from the bustling days. Pool gets full sun mostly all day, which was very important to us. Juan was an amazing help with everything we needed while on the trip - from helping arrange travel, to supplies, to local recommendations. 10/10 would (and plan to) stay again.

This place is great lots of places to eat and shop. It is immaculate and very comfortable. The place is on a steep hill so bring good shoes and a 4x4 automobile. The kitchen is well equipped and they even have a bbq grill you can use. My family and i loved the place. I would definately recommend and come back.

Perfect spot for our family for Thanksgiving. Juan, the caretaker, was beyond responsive. House had what we needed for privacy and family time. Great outdoor area for dinner and dips in the pool. 3 minute golf cart ride to downtown, but with no sound from the bustling downtown.

Our stay was wonderful! Very peaceful and lovely home. You can have breakfast outside in the morning and watch the hummingbirds come by. The best part is the host, Juan! He was extremely helpful, gave us tips and was always attentive! I gave the home a 5 star, but it is important to note that the hill is very steep.

Casa Hermano was a perfect spot for our girls reunion weekend. The house was as advertised, super clean, and nicely located on the quiet side of the hill. It was easy enough to get into town and even the hill on the way back wasn’t as hard as we expected. Juan was very responsive and the cleaner visited half-way through the trip. Having our morning coffee outside on the patio and dipping in the pool to cool off in the evenings were the highlights. Definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was amazing. Juan, the house manager, was exceptional. Not only did he greet us and give our family a rundown of the house, area, and potential activities, he responded to us promptly at any time of the day to answer question and help facilitate our stay. He was amazing and made this trip very special. The house was in a good location. You don't need a golf cart to get to town or the beach, but it is very fun to have (worth it for us). The city is busy but Juan really helped recommend places to eat, surf, and helped us coordinate a snorkel trip. The house is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. I highly recommend this house. I can't say enough about our amazing host, Juan. Enjoy Sayulita!

Casa Hermano was perfect for our family vacation. We were traveling with our infant and 3 yo so the location was perfect because it is close to the center of town but far enough that you won’t hear the club music at 3 am. The house is comfortable, the pool is amazing, and overall had a great stay. Juan was the most perfect host! Incredibly helpful with coordinating things like transportation and our golf cart rental. Anything you need just ask and he has an answer. Overall 10/10!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Hermano. The home is beautiful, even more so than is shown in the photographs. There is plenty of space to spread out, and the onsite pool is perfect. We found the outdoor covered area to be perfect for reading and drinking coffee in the mornings or having our family dinner around the large, wooden table. The living room sofa and bean bag chairs were perfect for us and our two children (ages 15 and 19). The house is on top of Gringo Hill, and it is only a short (8 min), but steep, walk to the square. We made it a few times daily and did not have issues. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathrooms have nice towels. Pool towels were also provided. A housekeeper came twice during our six-night stay. We were not expecting this, and this was sure a pleasant surprise! She tidied the place up and made sure everything was stocked and good to go. The house was GREAT, the neighborhood nice, and everything was very safe.

The house looks just like the pictures. It was really comfortable for our family of 6 (grandparents, parents and kids). The fact that the pool is not heated was not a problem during our stay in mid March. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. AC in bedrooms only didn’t pose a problem, there are ceiling fans in all areas of the house. The house even included maid service every 3 days. Be aware that the home is on a steep incline. We rented a golf cart, although it was recommended that we only drive to the home from one direction because of the hill. The walk to town was about 11 minutes, our 8 and 5 year old handled it just fine. If you are traveling with small children note that the railing on the upstairs balcony is really low and the stairs to the upper level of the home can feel a bit treacherous. We had some trouble with check in as the host wasn’t there to meet us, once we were able to connect with him he was there within minutes.

Lovely place to unwind and relax. Place is clean and well equipped. Juan and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable with good AC in bedrooms. Towels and linens clean and abundant. All in all a good stay.

We just spent 5 days in Sayulita and loved our stay at Casa Hermano! It was just like the pictures- clean, spacious, and accessible to all the restaurants/beach. We really enjoyed being able to use the pool after a day of being out and about. Additionally, Juan was so helpful in arranging shuttle and golf carts for us, as well as answering any questions we may have had. He was always accessible and responded so quickly! A great stay and highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back!

House Brother was the perfect stay for our first time in Sayulita. The space is fantastic and well cared for, pics are very accurate and the pool gets full sun all day. I really can not provide adequate praise for the house manager, Juan, as he not only made sure our stay was comfortable but helped navigate several points of our stay beyond the house (golf cart delivered to the house in under 10 minutes, instantly reachable by phone and through the Airbnb app). His level of service was beyond anything I've ever experienced with Airbnb and can't be overstated. As a group we agree we would definitely return!

Our stay was great. Johnny the manager was attentive, always available at any time. He made our stay very comfortable. There is construction going on around the property and all over Sayulita but it did not bother us at all. And yes rent a golf cart, so much easier to move thru the small streets. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful new build with everything you could ask for! The hosts will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is exactly what you are looking for. It’s far enough away from the center of town to be quiet and peaceful while having a short trek to the center of downtown. The walk down to town is easy but the walk back is very uphill. Great for walking off all the delicious food you consume in town, but if you aren’t needing the exercise I would highly recommend golf cart rentals. The hosts can have them ready for you upon arrival as they did for us. Would love to stay here again someday!

I have been in Sayulita several times over that past 9 years, alone or with my family. We ave stayed in numerous places, hotel and Airbnb . This time stay, the Casa Hermano made it just as perfect as it can be! The house itself is beautiful, furnished with very comfortable furnitures specially the beds, exceptionally clean, situated where we call "Gringo hill", perfect location. Close to town but far enough to keep it quite from all the noises in town . We also loved the view where you can see the sunset too. The staff were amazingly nice and friendly. We met Gabbi when we arrived at the house. We found him super nice, professional and helpful with any question or concern! Thank you for your amazing hospitality, we will come back! Betty

Review Details: Overall - 5 stars (6 stars if we include the management team - more on that below): The home and property is pristine, clean, sleek, and modern with beautiful flowers and plants adding to an already elegant and peaceful experience. We felt super safe and supported the entire time. Location - 5 stars: Such a beautiful home in a perfect location (~5 minute golf cart drive directly into the main square of Sayulita) that is nestled on a hill, providing gorgeous views of Sayulita’s mountains and sunsets. STRONGLY recommend renting a golf cart. It makes life simpler and will give you more opportunities to explore all that Sayulita has to offer. Sleeping arrangements - 5 stars: We had 3 adults, each with our own king size beds. They proactively combined the 2 twin beds into a king sized bed, which was very comfortable. Outdoor area - 5 stars: Perfect pool size for relaxing and floating around complemented by plenty of comfortable outdoor lounging options on both the pool deck and the upper level sun terrace. Kitchen - 5 stars: Everything we needed for light home cooking as well as full meals prepared by an in-home chef (who we also highly recommend). Other - 5 stars: individual bedroom ACs, very secure/safe, plenty of space for communal and private/individual activities Management Team - 6 stars (out of 5): Yaishy, Gabbi, Tania, Nick, and team were incredible end-to-end, from rapid responses to questions about the house before booking, to hands-on planning and coordination prior to, during, and after our stay. They went out of their way to recommend, schedule, confirm, and physically get us to multiple services including a private boating expedition, an in-home chef and massages, transportation (to/from the airport as well as golf cart rentals during our stay), a COVID-19 test physician for our return home requirements, and so much more. They are a dream team of consummate professionals and local experts who are knowledgeable, fun, and great to work with. We were in great hands with this team, and it was such a comfort to know they were only a call away to answer questions or provide other assistance as needed. Overall, the house is amazing and, when combined with the top notch management team, our time in Sayulita was a wholly wonderful trip, and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks to all! We had a wonderful time. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us recommendations, helped us with transportation, and much much more. I’d recommend this place for the pool, the views, but most importantly the staff.

This house was the PERFECT home for my friends and I in Sayulita. Three couples enjoyed this house during our trip -- and we couldn't have asked for more. The host and his team are incredibly responsive, helped us with everything from renting golf carts, booking cabs and shuttles for transport from the Puerto Vallarta airport, and even with activities such as ATV and sailing. The house is impeccably clean, and also includes daily house cleaning services. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pool is DIVINE. We wanted a nice place to relax since we were in Sayulita for a friend's wedding -- and Casa Hermano was the perfect distance away from downtown noise but close enough to enjoy all its festivities. This house would be perfect for a group of friends or family, and the outdoor pool and BBQ area are perfect for relaxing or throwing a get-together. Thank you for helping make Sayulita feel like home, and for making this a trip of a lifetime!

The AirBnB was truly an amazing experience. Gabbi, our host welcomed us when my family and I arrived with a tequila shot and tour of the new place. We were in communication via WhatsApp and anything we needed, golf carts, taxis, directions, or whatever for the house, Gabbi was our man. He would reply very promptly and get us what we needed in minutes. The place is located just a few minutes away from the main plaza and beach. We didn't feel we needed a golf cart b/c we were able to just walk around every where. Would highly recommend.
