This home and location were absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for a place that feels like home with a beachfront view, this is the perfect spot. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would recommend their beautiful home to anyone wanting to find peace.

This place is amazing! Super clean and nice furniture, kitchen, great pots and pans. It is even better than the photo! They have all the amenities you need - water, good towels, spices, etc. steps to the ocean. Everything you need and by far the best Airbnb In Mexico we’ve stayed at. We had a lovely time, the house had all the amenities needed, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can’t beat the location. We appreciated that there were AC units, and we enjoyed making grilled shrimp and carne asada on the grill.

Beautiful house well maintained steps from the water. We had a great time and our children enjoyed the privacy and security of the area. Neighborhood is welcoming and the house is well outfitted for its guests. The house is well taken care of with all the amenities needed for our time there. We wish we didn’t have leave. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had. We had an exceptional experience with massages on the beach. Rocky Point is always a magical place and this home made it that much more special. Thanks Again for letting us stay.

We arrived for our family beach trip on Thursday to a well stocked, clean, comfortable and beautiful home right on the beach. The security guards were helpful and made us feel safe. The site was quiet and the neighborhood was very friendly. We spent all day Thursday on the beach catching waves and looking for shells. On Friday we spent all morning swimming and enjoying walks along the shore. We went into town for lunch, which was only a short 20 minute drive. In the afternoon we spent our time enjoying the waves, watching a beautiful sunset and eating shrimp ceviche fresh from the fish market. The last couple of days went by way too quickly. We absolutely had a blast making unforgettable memories and hope to return again to make more!

We had a wonderful time at Mike's place! All the appliances, fixtures, plumbing, and interior furniture was in perfect condition. The beach was AWESOME! We visited during a new moon so the high/low tides were at max/min levels leaving long, sandy tide pools and large swathes of sand bars, perfect for beach fun and relaxation. The water was relatively calm so we spent hours kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and just kicking back in the water. We can't wait to visit again in the early Fall, Palya Encanto is our new favorite beach. Oh, and there's an oyster farm 10 minutes down the road with delicious, shucked oysters to enjoy with ice cold chelas!! Mike was very responsive and aside from the internet going out for a bit, the stay was PERFECT!

We stayed for 5 nights with 4 adults & 1 kid. It was very relaxing & enjoyable and we can attest that to the comfort & amenities of the home. We loved our stay & would recommend this house to everyone!!!

Mike's beautiful home was perfect for our family of five. From the moment we walked into the house after a super-easy check-in, we felt like we were at home. The views of the beach are fabulous and there is plenty of room for everyone and their stuff. The a/c units (splits) in each room were more than enough to cool off and de-humidify the home. Once cooled, the ceiling fans worked well for us most of the time, even when it was 95+ degrees. We had every dish and cooking pan we could need, and Mike provided plenty of bottled water for us to drink and clean dishes. It was great reinforcing the importance of water conservation with our family, and we had more than enough for showering, dishes and clean-up. The beds were all super comfortable and had really soft linens. Both bathrooms have gorgeous tile and are large and comfortable, with plenty of closet room in the master bath. There are large closets in the other two bedrooms, so storage is not an issue. This home is in an area that is quiet, peaceful, and not part of the Rocky Point craziness; however, the drive to RP is only about 25-30 minutes, so it's really not that bad for an outing to restaurants or stocking up at the local grocery or Sam's. Mike's home was exactly what our family needed to relax after a challenging start to the summer! Everything was perfect and the beach was amazing! I highly recommend staying at this fantastic home!

Amazing vacation! Wonderful location with a beautiful private beach. :) loved every minute. We hope to be back one day.
