We liked : - the location of the appartment right above the marina it was easy to go the mall, the beach and marina. - good size for our group - concierge to help you book activities and taxis We didn’t like : - no AC in the main room and they couldn’t solve before we left. - no microwave - difficult to find a outlet to plug our stuff - doors between bedroom and bathroom impossible to close/open - hot tub was too hot and took one day to cool down so we couldn’t use it. We got lucky to come during the weekend because there is work done on the mall so might be noisy. Also we should have asked for water bottle delivery instead of doing it ourself.

We had a wonderful stay at Puerto Paraiso! The unit was beautiful, modern, and spotless. Loved the layout - having a private courtyard with a separate main suite plus 2 bedrooms in the main condo worked perfectly for our group. Security was excellent and super friendly, and the gym was fantastic with an amazing view overlooking the marina - I used it every day. Location couldn't be more convenient. The condos are right above a shopping mall with a supermarket, so it was easy to grab groceries, and there's even a Walmart just a few minutes away. The only downside was construction noise in front of the mall. Our unit overlooked that area and even with the soundproof windows it was loud. Sounds like it will continue for a few more months. The host was truly a pleasure to work with and the transportation service they arranged was excellent. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here!

Location was everything!!! Amazing spot in the heart of downtown. Walk within minutes to get to downtown and the marina. Everything was so convenient and even had a supermarket down the stairs. Will be back Forsure!

It’s become tradition to go to Cabo with a group of friends every year and this place has been consistently amazing and our go to spot. Extremely walkable to all major bars/restaurants.

Loved this space! My husband, myself and our 9 year old shared the 2 bed bedroom, our three friends each enjoyed their own private room with their own private bathrooms. The common space was huge and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. This apartment is part of a development that’s located on top of a mall, but it’s still super quiet, private and had elevator access to the entire mall which included a convenient super market. The hospitality of the host was 10/10. Shout out to Renee for helping us out and stocking our fridge before we checked in! I’d stay here again!

I absolutely loved staying here. The location is unbeatable, right on the marina with beautiful views. The beach is just a few minute away, which made it incredibly easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It’s the perfect spot if you want convenience, scenery, and a relaxing atmosphere all in one place. I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Our four bedroom Condo was just beautiful and the terrace overlooking the marina was incredible. There was some noise from the marina area into the early evening but the sound of people enjoying themselves never seemed to bother us. We were right above a beautiful luxury mall with a really large market for groceries and everything we needed a quick walk away. There's a wonderful energy in the Marina area, great restaurants and shops and always something to do or someplace to walk. We LOVED it and plan to be back. Can't wait for the construction on the plaza area to be finished too. It wasn't a bother in the least and it's sure to make an ideal location even better.

We loved this apartment, but there is construction work happening that made it difficult to get to the main level of the marina with a baby stroller (had to go to mall elevator). It was quite loud.

amazing location on the marina and extremely nice staff. the only con was one of the bedrooms had a strong sewer smell which got better as time went on. still doing construction in the courtyard but noise didn’t bother us. balcony view was wonderful
