This was a great stay! The space honestly looks even better in person than the photos. We were very comfortable and Maru provided clear instruction for accessing the home. She even allowed us to stay as long as we wanted on checkout day!

This place was absolutely amazing!!! My family and I were all impressed by this beautiful home amd how perfect it was for our trip. We were in walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go or the metro. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a large group. There was enough room for us to spread out. It did not take us long before we felt like home. Many food options were around and we were given an extensive list of restaurants to help narrow down where to go. We tried most of them and enjoyed every single one. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This home was a beautiful one! There is a lot to do around the house. The area around the house has it all from restaurants, places to walk around, or even things you want to do like tour buses. The host makes it a better stay by recommendation if you ever need any and is very quick to respond. Host is also very helpful if you have any questions about the home. Stop looking and just book Maru's place already! We would do the same again if our travels take us to Mexico City in the future. Being a long time host myself, I am well aware of the hard work that goes into communication and maintaining the quality of one's listing. In all instances Maru and Carmen are top notch communicators who are clearly professionals at their craft. The space itself matches or exceeds the pictures, we felt very safe, and are very happy with our choice of booking the space!

Everything about the condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was spotless, super comfortable, and well stocked with toiletries and everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Maru and Carmen were wonderful hosts. The only caution is that it can get extremely noisy — it’s right in the middle of an area where big celebrations can take place. That said, everything about it is absolutely worth the price. Highly recommend!

When visiting CDMX, this is the place YOU HAVE to stay. The location is perfect. Right next to main attractions, and local transportation is walks away. The place is beautiful and perfect for a family of 5-7. Staying here gives you the unique experience of Mexico City. Perfect landing spot for all things to do in the city. The hosts were best I’ve experienced in the years I’ve been on this site. Always responsive and helpful. Great gesture in having a bottle of wine on the ready at check in. Overall, a great time and experience.

The apartment is very nice, even nicer than in the photos. The cleanliness is impeccable, and it has very nice decor. The area is perfect for going for a walk, and there are many restaurants, cafes, and bars. We hosted the actor Erik Hayser, and he found it very comfortable and nice. We can only say that all the attention we received from Carmen and Maru was first class. They always responded quickly and were willing to resolve issues. We definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

I have been traveling and using Airbnb frequently and by far this host is the best. Responsive kind and welcoming the apartment is spectacular great common area good kitchen a lot of plants, the bedrooms were clean with good linen bathrooms are big and creak closet space. The loaction for this beautiful penthouse is hard to beat. Everything you’d want is just steps away, whether it’s food, nightlife, or just wandering the city. The space itself is excellent: tons of natural light, thoughtfully designed interiors, and great outdoor areas that make the whole place feel open and elevated. Perfect spot to unwind after a day out in Mexico city. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location right next to the angel of independence. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen is very well equiped and everything is nicely decorated. The couch/bed in the living room was also very comfortable to sleep on, but due to the city noise and no proper blinds in the morning it was quite difficult to sleep. Host was proactive and responded very quickly, although we didn't have many problems :)

We stayed for a week in Maru and Carmen’s three-story flat with a private rooftop patio and had an excellent experience. Two adults, a teenager, and a child fit comfortably. The space is thoughtfully designed with clean concrete finishes, warm details, balconies, and a partial rooftop view. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked, and the sink has filtered water that is safe to drink. Entry and exit are simple. The location on Calle Río Lerma in Colonia Cuauhtémoc is ideal, just a short walk to Ángel de la Independencia with restaurants all around. Bedrooms have AC, and the living space gets a good cross-breeze. Street noise was noticeable the first night but easy to adjust to. Maru and Carmen are responsive and kind hosts. We would absolutely stay again. Walk Centro Histórico and visit MUCHO Museo del Chocolate. See Teotihuacán and Museo Frida Kahlo in Coyoacán. Arena México lucha libre is theatrical wrestling and a fun community event.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse. It was spotless, spacious , and a home away from home for our family of four. The neighborhood was lively and filled with wonderful restaurants and stores . We always felt safe and welcomed in the neighborhood surroundings. We will be back

Third time visiting Mexico City, but first time in this neighborhood. The location was great with easy access to so many things. The unit itself was amazing. The design was well curated with an amazing layout and roof access. We loved having multiple outdoor areas with real plants. This is exactly as advertised would definitely stay at Maru’s listing again.

We stayed here for three weeks and had a wonderful time. Super well located. The immediate neighborhood was great, with awesome restaurants within minutes. Hard to beat a wine bar next to a delicious taqueria on the first floor. We were also 10 minutes from Polanco, Roma Norte, and Condesa. The condo was super spacious and exactly as described. Maru and Carmen were super responsive and helped us with any issues that arose.

Highly recommended. The apartment was even nicer and more spacious than we expected. Everyone in our group had sufficient privacy while also being able to gather on the roof or in the kitchen, living, and dining spaces. Most of all, our hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and kind. Staying here helped make our time in Mexico City exactly what we had hoped. Thank you!

This is a great space! It’s on three levels. The upper level is just the terrace. The second level is two lovely bedrooms with terraces and large closets and private bathrooms. The bottom floor has a small (tiny) bedroom, kitchen, washing machine and living area. It’s a very pretty space in a great neighborhood.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is in a great area with tons of restaurants and bars and super close to lots of the other things we wanted to do. We felt completely safe even late at night and the people were super friendly. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean with lots and lots of light. The kitchen had all the amenities you typically want. The bedrooms and bathrooms were welcoming with warm bedding, cozy pillows, and ample closet space. Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we have experienced. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Maru’s place is centrally located on a tree-lined street near the Angel of Independence, with multiple restaurants and a great wine bar nearby. We were able to walk to many neighborhoods and attractions throughout Mexico City. The place itself is gorgeous, featuring large windows and multiple balconies—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Maru was extremely responsive throughout our stay, which we all greatly appreciated. I highly recommend booking Maru’s place and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Maru!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: comfortable, impeccable and full of very well thought-out decorative details. The plants and design touches make the space feel cozy and special, and it is also very well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, in an ideal area to get around and explore the city. The host was very attentive and always available, with recommendations and suggestions that really made a difference during our visit. Communication was prompt and clear at all times. As Airbnb hosts too, we greatly value the care, attention, and affection you put into your space. We greatly enjoyed our experience in the city, we were sad to leave and definitely wanted to come back. We recommend this listing without any hesitation.

Amazing location, but prep for a bit of traffic getting places from being so close to the Angel. I'd also note the 3rd bedroom is a bit small - would be better suited for 2 couples and a kid or something than 3 couples. Everything was perfect though and we would definitely book again!

Maru’s place was perfect for our vacation. The area felt very safe and walkable. We walked to the park and multiple restaurants and museums. The place itself is very stylish and fun. It was nice to have so many bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Maru’s Airbnb. The apartment is centrally located, and we found it very easy and safe to walk around and explore other neighborhoods. The apartment is just around the corner from the Angel of Independence statue and surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is much larger than we initially realized when we first booked, and we all had plenty of room to stretch out as 4 adults — and the apartment can definitely fit more. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well stocked; the patio is especially nice to have and private. The only thing that was a little unusual was that the building shakes quite a bit when traffic goes by - we weren’t sure if this was something common to the area or specific to the apartment. Maru and Carmen were very responsive hosts and were quick to answer any questions we had, and they also left us a kind note and a welcome present. We would gladly stay again next time we’re in Mexico City!

Maru’s place was amazing! It’s easily the coolest spot we’ve stayed at in the city—close to everything and such a joy to call home during our trip. The living room is perfect for relaxing, with a big, comfy couch I could have spent the whole day on. There are multiple balconies, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need, and an incredible rooftop where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. We loved everything about this stay, especially our host. Maru was so accommodating and responsive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

This Reforma penthouse is a 5-star experience from start to finish, and it begins with the incredible hostess! Maru was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself is equally impressive. The location is perfect for exploring, with amazing restaurants right outside the door. We were blown away by the beautiful design, the spaciousness, and the magical rooftop – it's truly a special place. The luxurious bed linens, private terraces with plants, and warm lighting added to the wonderful ambiance. And the coffee was a great bonus! We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting CDMX.

We had such a wonderful stay! This place is even nicer in real life than on the pictures. It felt super homely, like what air bnb was like back in the day. The beds are comfortable with high quality linnen. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, with everything from a coffee maker to a blender and a 6 pit stove. Not that we cooked at all, cause there are dozens of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Maru was super accommodating, very friendly, and communicated fast and well. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Our stay completely exceeded our expectations. The apartment is not only beautiful, but is perfectly equipped, with every detail thought out with great care and love. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The roof was one of our favorite spaces - an ideal place to relax, enjoy, and admire the great view. The beds are super comfy, the cozy common area and the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the location is unbeatable, very close to the Angel and the Embassy. The treatment with Maru was exceptional: always attentive, friendly and available for everything we needed. Although our stay was short, we took an incredible souvenir and we will definitely be back.
