Great place in a great location!

We loved our stay at Casa Maria Elena! It is in a great neighborhood. We were within walking distance of almost everything on our agenda. We felt safe the entire time. The rooms were spacious and private. We enjoyed the patio and hanging out in the common area. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay. The house was clean and tidy. And the host were prompt to help us in case of an issue.

Casa Maria Elena was perfect for our group of eight. We received a warm welcome and were pleased to get complimentary coffee and cookies. The neighborhood is safe and charming with a variety of restaurants within a walking distance. It was nice to take walks in the evenings. Maria Elena was always responsive. WiFi is great. The house is clean. We had more than enough toiletries available. We didn’t have any issues at all. I would certainly come back to Casa Maria Elena.

I just returned from a 6 night stay at this great home in the Condesa neighborhood. Mariana was kind, helpful and very responsive before we even arrived. We had a last minute addition to our crew and she arranged a fold out sofa bed for him. We arrived over 3 hours before check in and she was still able to meet us there and give us a tour of the place and all the necessary instructions. The home is cozy and the layout is great for a group of friends or family that all want their own bedroom/bathroom space. The street is very quiet and chill and at the same time very close to all kinds of coffee, cafes, markets, etc. Highly recommended !!

These hosts remind me of old school Airbnb, which was better, when people took time and helped you through the process of checking in and were very accountable. It felt very welcoming and they followed up when there were small issues. Mariana and her team were awesome I’m grateful for all their help and hospitality. The place was great and comfy and is in an awesome location

This home was perfect for our group visiting Mexico City! The house was probably the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and had everything we needed. Having so many bathrooms was so nice and we all loved hanging out in the patio space. The neighborhood is so beautiful, super walkable, and very safe. Mariana walked us through everything at check in which was nice after a day of traveling. She was also very responsive throughout our trip when we had questions! We would definitely stay at this home again and will recommend it to friends/family visiting cdmx!

The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. There’s 6 bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The neighborhood is very walkable and there’s numerous restaurants and stores. The outdoor garden is a green oasis with numerous plants and an orange tree! The host is very responsive and answered questions promptly. Don’t think twice, book this place.

We LOVED this Airbnb! Mariana was wonderful. Our flight schedules required early check-in and late check-out and Mariana was more than able to accommodate us. She met us at check-in and provided tons of incredible recommendations for the neighborhood. Had a wonderful stay with 8 people total! Maria Elena was an exceptional host. It was easy to locate and check in, and she was very responsive. One of our group members locked themselves out of their room on accident and she responded within 5 minutes with instructions on where the spare keys were located. The location was peaceful and quiet. Having an en suite bathroom in each bedroom was a nice plus. Our group also enjoyed hanging out in the living room which provided a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My family had an amazing stay here over Christmas 2025. The home is centrally located so you can get all over the city easily. It was good for our large group. Beds were comfortable and the garden area is a nice bonus. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the garden together — there’s no real indoor gathering space. Kitchen is fairly sparse so if you plan to cook I recommend bringing most of what you need (spices etc.)

Mariana was a truly wonderful host. She was so attentive to all our needs, and addressed anything quickly. Felt like we were staying in our real home the whole time.

We were a group of 6 women from NYC who wanted to explore Mexico City while all still having our privacy when needed. This house was the perfect solution. The neighborhood is lovely and full of cafes and restaurants. Condesa is also walkable to other hip neighborhoods such as Roma Sur & Roma Norte. I would absolutely stay here again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Mexico City for the first time with a family of 10. The house is as described and in a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Mariana was extremely accommodating and responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. Also, each bedroom having a bathroom was great to have. I would highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for the six of us. The location is great - on a quiet street and an easy walk to all Condesa has to offer. The house was spotless. We didn't use the kitchen other than the coffee maker but it was really well stocked. Everyone having their own bathroom was particularly great. 100% would stay there again.

Mariana was super helpful and responsive during check in. And La Condesa is the perfect neighborhood! Lots going on with fun bars and restaurants and close to other fun areas of the city.

The accommodation was nice, no problems. although if some things were missing such as salt, sugar, coffee. in general good location and very quiet, Mrs. Maria Elena was very helpful and friendly, she always answered quickly. We are charming, thank you so much for the accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Condesa! The host was very accommodating, always available, and responsive to any requests we had. The apartment was fully equipped, including kitchen appliances and filtered water, making it easy to feel at home. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, plus an extra bathroom in the living room—perfect for our group of eight. While the hot water didn’t last too long, we found it easy to rotate showers among us, so it worked out fine. The host also provided extra towels and toilet paper upon request, which was really helpful. The space offered a cozy living room to gather and a charming outdoor patio, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee. The location was unbeatable! We were within walking distance of amazing restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. We even walked to the city center for the Day of the Dead parade, which took only about 30 minutes. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for its excellent location and great value.

Our Airbnb was switched to another one on the same block a few days before our stay. This review is for Jojutla 75. We stayed for one week. The new Airbnb had one extra room, which was nice plus. The only downside was there was no dryer. It was a bit rainy and humid at night, which made it challenging to dry clothes. However, apart from this, everything was wonderful, and the host was responsive to any questions/concerns. We were helped with fresh towels when requested. The home is in a great location, within walking distance of parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and a Walmart. Our family had a wonderful and comfortable stay as everyone had their personal room and bathroom to retreat to after a day of new experiences. We would recommend it.

Maria Elena's house was great for our stay in Ciudad de México. It's a really good place for a large group, every bedroom even has its own bathroom! and the location couldn't be better. Above all, Maria Elena was an excellent host really sweet and flexible. I hope to come back!

Phenomenal place if you're staying with a large group. Everyone has their own bathroom and the central sitting area + patio is a great place to plan the day with friends. Walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and the park.

I selected this place because we were in Mexico City for a destination wedding. The 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms allowed us to have multiple family members stay together. The house was clean, spacious and walkable to restaurants, convivence stores and shopping. Ernestor was very responsive to all my questions in English. The visitor book was useful in both Spanish and English. It is easy to travel around via Uber to tourist attractions. Overall, this is a great location.

My friends and I used Maria Elena's place as a home base for our trip to Mexico City. The house is perfect for a big group -- it was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom AND bathroom. This place was great for our large group! 6 bedrooms, all perfectly private with their own bathrooms. The house has a yard which was perfect for us to hang out. María Elena and Claudia were extremely responsive, they allowed us to Check in earlier and we were in constant communication throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler!

Great stay in Condesa!

We had a great time, perfect house for a large group

From the moment of approval she communicated great. Very flexible with our check in time. At the moment of arrival she received our party and gave us a tour of the place and explained with details of all the pros ti the house. This house is beautiful and it’s excellent for 6 couples with private restrooms. We did not spend a lot of time in the home but it was great. The area were its located makes you feel very safe to walk and visit local stores. I will definitely recommend this spot. Very, very happy

It's hard to go wrong in La Condesa, and this place only adds to what will surely be an outstanding stay. Maria Elena is VERY responsive. Any questions and/or requests are responded to within minutes. She also let's you know when someone will be over to empty bins and such, which is rather nice when you have an extended stay. Every bedroom is beautiful, and is en suite, having it's own bathroom and shower. Moreover, we had 10 adults, and it felt like we had more than enough room. Our only complaint was that the hot water was rather inconsistent, but this was very minor. It's really a beautiful home, complete with a very nice private, outdoor area which serves as a lovely place for gathering, having a glass of wine or a beer, and maybe even a Cuban cigar :) In summation: Outstanding hosts, beautiful home, tremendous neighborhood.

This was a wonderful house for our larger group staying for 6 nights, as it gave us all separate sleeping and washroom spaces. The patio is lovely for a morning coffee, and it was nice to have a large fridge and laundry facilities. Great location for exploring Roma and La Condesa. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Spacious bedrooms and older historic home. Located in a great area for local restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Tall beautiful older trees line the streets, centrally located to Uber around the town. Must check out the Anthropology museum downtown, much history in chronological order.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Maria Elena! Rooms are large with big beds and private bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the hosts communication was exceptional. Fantastic location as well, close to a ton of bars and restaurants. The only cons would be that there isn’t a “family room” type area with couches/tv to hang out in and there is a concierge who comes and goes at random times throughout the day. Both really not a big deal though. The concierge is a very nice guy who will refill water for you and clean as well so it’s nice to have. Just if you really like your privacy, it may be something to consider. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again!

Six of us just spent 4 days in CDMX. Maria Elena's place was wonderful. The location is fantastic and the fact that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms was just amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Maria Elena and the entire team were just wonderful.

They were very nice to us, thy let us check in super early (~10:30am) so we could take a nap because we landed around 6am, I think this is the first time a AirBnb host gave me a personal tour and explanation about the house. They made sure we felt like home, and always communicated for anything we needed

This place is simply fantastic. Super clean. Amazing value for the price. Location is perfect - easy to access everything around Condesa and Roma Norte. Lots of wonderful food, drink, and coffee shops around. German is one of the helpers and assists with keeping the house clean and running errands (buying water, etc). My group had a lovely time and would absolutely return

Amazingly beautiful and impeccably clean home in a safe, lively, exciting and popular tourist area. Condesa is one of many peoples favorite places due to its hipster and night life vibe. But it’s tree lined and cafe ridden streets are quiet and safe for families as well. It is filled with family parks and lots of dogs and bicycles and beautiful architecture. This is a diamond in the rough in a great area walking distance to everything. There is a house manager who assists with any needs, just be sure to get the specifics from the contact for him. Also, I would recommend splitting up showers through the day since the water heater is smaller. Would stay again. Excellent and fast communication from Carmen and Ernesto and German does an excellent job caring for guests. The rooms all lock individually and although there’s no central heat, they provide a closet full of extra blankets and it was never so cold at night that we even needed them. And it’s not even summer there.

Great location and the house has lots of space. Also a great deal. Claudia and Herman Andre really great house staff. It’s noteworthy to say that the plumbing system doesn’t allow guest to flush toilet paper. Guests have to put dirty toilet paper in trash can. This was an unexpected experience for my guests. The house staff are great and removed the trash daily. I write this because many people are not used to this. Also the washer and dryer are used by Herman and he will take care of laundry for you. We had a great stay for a group of 7. Definitely recommend it.
