I can’t say enough good things about Trent and his place! The night before my wedding, we rented Trent’s home to host an icebreaker party for our families, and it became one of the most unforgettable nights of my life. Trent was beyond amazing, he was so helpful, accommodating our every need, and truly went above and beyond. The property itself is stunning!! The rooftop view was unreal. The house was soo beautiful, had everything we could possibly need, and then some. Honestly, this was a 10 out of 10 experience, and Trent made it even more special. I highly recommend staying here, it’s pure magic!

This was a gem of a stay in San Miguel! The place was gorgeous, quiet, and perfect for a large group. Walkable for all the key places and restaurants. Trent was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve experienced with Airbnb.

The home was immaculate, truly even more beautiful than the photographs. The high-end furnishings and thoughtful décor created a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The property is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, with an easy and enjoyable walk to the centro. Trent was an exceptional host; friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. With his support, we were able to celebrate a small, intimate wedding that felt deeply special. Every detail came together perfectly, and our guests absolutely loved it. It turned out even more magical than we had imagined. Mirna was also wonderful, so kind, attentive, and helpful during our time there. We would absolutely return without hesitation. This is a stunning property, more beautiful than the photos can illustrate. Such a wonderful space for our group vacation. Trent was so helpful and responsive to any messages. The location is great, easy to walk to center of town or Rosewood. Neighborhood has its own delightful restaurants and cafes.

We anticipated a pleasant stay at Trent's house in San Miguel since we read earlier reviews which were uniformly complimentary. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The property is beautiful, extremely well maintained and centrally located. Furnishings are very comfortable, including the luxurious beds. There are several places for groups to gather (large living room with fireplace, lovely courtyard with sofas and dining table that seats 10, rooftop terrace). The house is very well equipped. We brought a chef in to host a dinner for 8 adults and made use of the well selected table linens, cutlery, china and barware. Best of all, Trent was the most responsive and thoughtful of hosts. We hope to visit his property again soon.

I've been visiting San Miguel de Allende for years (33 to be exact) and Trent's home is now my favorite place to stay. It's in the perfect location surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, the Instituto Allende, and an easy walk to the Centro. The house is GORGEOUS with an incredible view from the rooftop patio, 3rd floor room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the house was just amazing all around. Trent was very responsive and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend this listing and hope to stay again in the future.

The house was better than we expected, it's full of beautiful details. The different spaces and amenities make for an unforgettable experience, the terraces, the electric bicycles, the jacuzzi. We have been traveling globally for the past two years, leveraging our retirement to explore. As a couple, we consistently seek accommodations that offer ample space, typically opting for 3-bedroom and 2/3 bathroom properties. Trent Place in SMA stands out for its exceptional amenities, including a spacious penthouse area with a stunning view and a comfortable master bedroom that truly feels like home. The cleanliness and amenities provided are superb, and its location allows for effortless walking access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the proximity to a 5-star spa facility next door is a notable perk for personal pampering. We will definitely return, as this experience has been truly unforgettable. Thank you.

Any comments I can make about my stay at Trent and Erika's place really fall short. It has a spectacular location, the house is beautiful, a real luxury, it has absolutely everything to have a good time, they are excellent hosts. I will definitely look to return to SMA and I hope to find this place available, it was a wonderful end of the year, thank you very much :)

It is an excellent place to rest at night, it is very close to downtown, about 900 meters, and there are things to see and do all the way to downtown. This distance is just right because at night you can rest 100% to be revitalized for the next day in San Miguel de Allende. The place has all the amenities, comforts and extras such as electric bicycles that allow you to get around in case you don't want to walk. In our case, we prefer to walk and enjoy the views in SMA. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this place that feels like home.

This property is absolutely breath taking! 10/10 our family was impressed and regret not planning better and staying 2 nights instead of the 1. The location was just south of the Centro and main gathering area of San Miguel, we were able to walk to the gardens and sight see without a problem and it was usually about a 15 min walk which I enjoyed every second of it. Best part of this property was definitely the rooftop and the view of the city that we got from it. Thanks Trent for being very commutative with me with any questions that came up. Will be back soon!
