A very nice place with private spaces for each family. If you go as a family, I highly recommend it, and it's close to 5th Avenue

This is the first time we've rented the same Airbnb twice, so that alone should speak to how happy we were with Martha's place at Christmas 2023. As soon as we arrived, we felt as though we'd never left. Everything is as it was two years ago, and that's a good thing. What we love most about Martha's place are the separate, private accommodations for our large family (3 couples and two singles (6 rooms)) set within a secure, walled Airbnb. We met under the 2nd floor outdoor hut for games, conversation, pool soaking, and hammock relaxing. In the kitchen, we had breakfast together and watched movies in the small but cozy family room. If you wanted to take a nap, off to your private room you went! Lots of families with small children in the neighborhood. We always felt safe. Restaurants and 5th Ave are close, a few minutes' walk. Another fantastic stay, and thank you, Martha, for taking care of our every need. We will return!

EXCELLENT STAY!! 6 bedrooms, each one equipped with a/c, full bathrooms, mini fridge, tv… a Palapa terrace with a chilling swimming pool!!!! 100%. recommended!!!! Excellent for big families, couples or big groups! A HIDDEN GEM IN CENTRAL PLAYA DEL CARMEN! Our Family group of 11 had a great time here! Samuel a friendly local who’s in charge of the property keeps it SPOTLESS CLEAN!!! THANK TOU!

Great place especially for large groups. If you are traveling with friends or family and want you own private space this is the place and also your close to 5th without all the noise that 5th brings of you stay too close.

Casabella was a great place to stay, a beautiful villa where we all felt comfortable and were able to enjoy our time. It's a bit of a walk to the central area where you find most restaurants, but it's easy to find a cab to get there faster. We loved the amenities, comfy bedrooms, great beds, nice bathrooms, and there even was a washer and dryer we could use. The private pool and terrace with hammocks were also great places to spend time together, have a couple of drinks and talk, enjoy, and plan our day-to-day. Definitely recommend this stay

My wife and I took our 6 children and 3 son-in-laws on our first vacation together. We were looking for a place with common areas for games, chats, and meals but allowed for alone time if anyone needed privacy. Casabella is an intimate hotel with all 6 rooms accessed individually but walled in completely. My 3 married children had private rooms as did my single son. My wife and I took the room with the kitchen and living area, and my 2 teen daughters shared the last room. 2 concerns I had before we arrived: security within Casabella and the location being slightly outside the tourist zone. Both concerns were quickly put at ease. The rental had a strong exterior door lock with additional locks for the 6 rooms. We and our belongings were safe throughout our stay. The neighborhood is very family-oriented. Lots of children. 5th Ave is close. 30th Ave is closer with good, affordable food and grocery stores. Our family hopes to return to Casabella. It really was the perfect place for us!

Excellent location, the beds were very comfortable, and each room is well-designed with a mini refrigerator. Quiet place, within walking distance to 5th Avenue and the around 10mins to the beach but without noise at night, we slept well each night during our stay which is the most important thing for us! I enjoyed our stay in Casabella with my family.

I came down to Playa Del Carmen to celebrate Christmas with the whole family. CasaBella is perfect for large families or groups. We had four families stay with us and everyone had their own room and privacy. We were all very comfortable. The upstairs area included a large table under the canopy and a small pool. They were all great areas to hang out with the family. Martha was very helpful and I could always reach her if I needed any help. We were 5 minutes walking distance from the start of 5th Avenue where you could shop, eat, and enjoy the nightlife of Playa del Camren. Whichever direction we turned we could always find a delicious meal. We enjoyed our stay in Play Del Carmen and CasaBella and we would definitely come back. I also recommend using their affiliated transportation service from Miguel. He helped get us to and from the airport, Cancun, and the nearby waterparks such as Xplor, Xensus, and Xel-Ha. Our overall stay was 10/10!
