The house and the view are incredible! Everything was clean and well-equipped, and check-in was smooth! Our only regret is that we only stayed there for two nights!

Absolutely stunning. The architecture is incredible. Epic views, perfect ocean breeze, tons of space up spread out with friends and family. Very private and quiet, yet close to wonderful beaches and downtown.

In my view, reviews should communicate operational items that a host "can control". That said, the place was 'as seen' in the photos, and poolside privacy was a plus! The property is being operated efficiently and with care. The accommodations are superb (quiet, clean, and complete). Kitchen has all that is needed for in-home cooking. Linens are very nice and complete. Communication was excellent. Price was reasonable for what was offered. Location and view are wonderful. There is a steep hill, but manageable on foot with a bit of effort; at 67y.o., I did it many times. Host has furnished services (taxi, massage etc) that worked well - use the Taxi guy, he's great. I sincerely cannot imagine leaving anything less than a 5-star***** review. Respectfully, Micky

The house exceeded our expectations! Very clean and open air house, pool was wonderful! Miguel & Erika were always a text away. Norma cooked amazing breakfasts for us. Andres was always 15 minutes away for a taxi ride. Everything was perfect!

My family and I were very happy at Erika's house, Norma the cook cooks exquisitely and is very friendly, Miguel who welcomed us with Norma was always attentive and available for any questions and also very friendly Thank you all very much, the house is very nice. Excellent house, everything is super well thought out. Cleanliness, Mary's service is unsurpassed, very good service from Miguel. The view is incredible. The tranquility that you enjoy in the house is unreal if your plan is that, because the house is far from any noise of a city. Although by car, it's easy to get around. Walking to the location of the house is not so easy, it is quite difficult because of the hills where it is located.

We had such a great time at Erika’s place! It is a beautiful home with an amazing view, the pool is perfect and both hosts are very helpful.

We found a hidden gem with this place in Zihuatanejo. The view is amazing and the house is very comfortable. Norma and Miguel were always attentive to us and were very kind. Also Andrés who helped us get around the city and to the beach. If we go back to Ixtapa, we would choose this Airbnb again.

Cannot say enough great things about Ericka’s place aka Casa Bailey! The most beautiful setting - our whole family relaxed and swam and played games and read books in paradise. Beds were super comfortable and AC was nice and cool inside all the inner rooms. Manuel and crew were very helpful and site and Andres the driver helped us get everywhere in Zihuatanejo! If only we didn’t have to leave!

The views at Casa Bailey are just as amazing in person as they are in the pictures listed. The privacy and serene environment at the house is just what we needed to relax. The pool was a must have and it got lots of use throughout the entirety of our vacation. Everyone was great communicating with us leading up to and during our stay. Erika is a great host, always quick to reply anytime we had a question or inquiry. Miguel and his family were awesome co-hosts. They refilled the fresh water jugs and serviced the pool on multiple occasions throughout our stay. Andres, our guide/taxi driver was truly one of the highlights of our vacation! He is such a friendly and welcoming person to greet you upon arrival, deliver you from the airport to the house, recommend restaurants and activities, make reservations for certain excursions, and take you wherever you need to go at anytime. We will miss Andres and Zihua until next time!!

Five of us stayed at Casa Bailey for a spring break vacation and would highly recommend. In fact, Casa Bailey is one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed at. The house was immaculate, the view was amazing, the pool was great, rooms were very comfortable for all 5 of us. Erika was quick and responsive and provided us with all the information needed. We used Andres' taxi service to take us around Zihua and he was amazing and always responsive to picking us up. We easily walked to Playa La Ropa and occasionally to town but usually used Andres to drive us back up the hill to the house. Although I did enjoy the hike back up when not in the middle of the day when it was hot. Overall, we loved our time in Zihua and staying at Casa Bailey was perfect.

Amazing place with a billion dollar views!

From the member we inquired to check out day, what an extraordinary experience. Hosts were amazing, loved that Miguel came often to check if we needed anything, amazing recommendations for restaurants. House is really amazing, everything you could possibly need, beautifully decorated with local art. Beautiful landscaping. Our driver Andres was so accommodating, friendly, timely and available, it really made a huge difference. Very comforting knowing he was a text away and always “ 5-10 min away “ . Pool was amazing. Best part of the house! We will return no doubt. Haven’t even unpacked my suitcase and I can’t wait to go back

We had a terrific time.! The house was roomy and inviting and a good use of space. The pool was such a fabulous thing to have to cool off with an amazing view of the bay. Erika was so helpful with anything we needed and the taxi drivers she recommended were so good. You will probably need to use taxis a lot as the hill is steep and hard to walk in the day heat, but walking down was decent. The beds were comfy and we loved the A/C in them to stay cool at night. The kitchen is well equipped and the big wooden table is the perfect place to play cards and gather with your travel mates. I was worried the open concept would mean it would be very hot and perhaps have bugs, but neither was an issue. There are many safety barriers to keep ya'll safe such as automatic gate, electric wires, etc all around the property. Miguel maintains the property and he was such a nice man and helpful to us. He even picked up our pizza for us one night. Overall a really wonderful stay, thank you!

We would not hesitate to stay here again. The hosts arranged for groceries to be there for our arrival and we had the cook come for 3 dinners which were excellent. The house and locale is exactly as described. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Everything about this place not only met but exceeded our expectations. The house itself was perfect and pristine however what stood out the most was the communication and the seamless service provided by Erika, Maria, Miguel and Andres. We felt safe and well looked after the entire trip. This place is a pure gem.

Best view of Zihua Bay. Spectacular sunsets every night. Birds and butterflies in the morning. Of note - the hill to the house and stairs down to the home can be a challenge to seniors. Andres provided transport at fair prices and was amazingly flexible and friendly. We loved it.

Our stay at Casa Bailey was perfect Miguel was there to meet us at the house and show us around. It is a beautiful house exactly as described and shown on the photos. Plenty of great restaurants close by and Erika’s recommendations were also helpful. Boxha Cafe was great for coffee, tea and breakfast snacks. We rented a vehicle and were glad we did. Although the description said that walking to the beach was pretty easy, we felt it wouldn’t be realistic for most people. The house is elevated up pretty high and it would be a very strenuous walk to the beach and even more so on the return trip. As a suggestion it would be nice to have more than 3 lounge chairs on the patio. Maybe even some folding chairs to take to the beach would be nice. AC worked well for keeping bedrooms cool. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Overall it was an amazing stay! We loved the house and Erika and Miguel were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The house is breathtaking and the team goes above and beyond to make you feel like a local. Ask for Andres, he was the taxi driver that took us everywhere, safe and speaks english. I cannot wait to be back thank you miguel erika and mari.

This house is beautiful! The view is spectacular. Erika, Miguel were super helpful arranging us a cook, massages and rides. We didn’t leave the house several days because it was so peaceful and relaxing. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it’s a lot to climb back up in the heat. Recommend to taxi back up.

This property is truly a 10 out 10! We knew it looked beautiful when booking, but wow the house, view, staff, host, and location made for the best family vacation we have ever taken! Erika is a fantastic host! Miguel who watches the property coordinated private boat transportation to Ixtapa Island multiples times, a real family favorite location to spend the day. Erika set us up this Andres our local driver and guide. His love and knowledge of Zihua along with his professionalism was unmatched. What a wonderful distinguished gentleman! Erica coordinated along with Miguel the private cook who made dinner multiple nights. The food was amazing! Sitting under the Palapa for meals or coffee in the morning as the sun rose or set was so incredibly peaceful and post card picture perfect. It made for the most relaxing trip our family could have asked for. The beach is a short walk down hill. I would recommend transportation back unless you want to get your exercise. We can’t wait to return ASAP

We loved our stay at Casa Bailey!!! The view of the bay is indescribable and spent hours enjoying the pool and palapa. Erica was incredibly responsive and took care of any questions or issues we had. Miguel checked in on us daily and answered questions and offered assistance with a few things. This is not a place for people with mobility issues or out of shape as there are lots of stairs and a good climb up the hill o get to the place. We loved every minute of our stay and will be back!
