My wife and I were there with our son and 9 of his friends. Ms. Coco and her son Daniel welcomed us very kindly and treated us like royalty throughout the weekend. Always very attentive, without being too present; exactly what we wanted. The house, garden, pool and tennis court were wonderful. Everything was excellent!!!

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Beautiful gardens, rooms each with a bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent service from Doña Coco and family, better than a hotel buffet. Flexible hours, refreshing swimming pool. We definitely recommend it!!!

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos. The most notable thing is the service provided by Coco and her son Felipe, who make the stay very enjoyable! We went during Easter week to spend time as a family, and the food was delicious. The pool was very clean and had a great temperature. The palapa and all the amenities, including the tennis court, are perfect for unwinding and enjoying time as a family! In the evenings, you can enjoy total silence accompanied by the sounds of nature; highly recommended. We hope to return very, very soon! P.S. Please keep in mind that you are going to a country house surrounded by nature, so you may encounter a variety of beautiful birds as well as some insects; therefore, you should bring insect repellent to prevent bites.

The house is very comfortable for several people and Coco and Felipe's service make the stay very bearable. We enjoyed all the amenities and the weather was unbeatable. I highly recommend the house.

We had a wonderful time. We loved this little oasis of paradise. The children ran in the grass, swam. There were lots of little nooks for my granddaughter to curl up and read. We used all the spaces. And of course we enjoyed the wonderful care that Doña Soco, Felipe and all the rest of her family took of us. We ate so much! Thank you. The wonderful comments about the staff is what helped seal our decision to choose here, and they were really amazing. Attentive, but not at all invasive. There were extra Special touches decorating for Christmas, that we loved.

We were visiting the village for a wedding. It was very special because we were looking to rest and spend time with the family. At first we thought the extra cost was high, but it's definitely worth it. Coco was very attentive, cooks delicious food and tries to make you feel at home. We would definitely come back to enjoy a weekend getaway.

Myriam's place is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway from Mexico City. We loved the garden, pool, and tennis courts where the teenagers could remember what it's like to "play." The house is very much a long-time family home and it has lots of space for guests in the 5 en-suite bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the break from cooking and other chores as we were well taken care of by the staff. Spanish is essential for communicating with the staff so that is a consideration if you are visiting from outside Mexico and don't have at least some Spanish language skills.

Incredible house, it has everything described; the specific directions for arrival, clean, excellent communication with Myriam the host, Mrs. Coco was super helpful and always attentive. I highly recommend the house, without hesitation we will return on another occasion.

El Arenal is a beautiful property, it is exactly the same as the photos posted. Myriam the host is very attentive and responds immediately, willing to support and resolve any questions. We went to a Wedding to Hacienda Santa Cruz Vista Alegre, and the location of the house is ideal, just 4 minutes away. Impeccable and very safe place, beautiful gardens, swimming pool ideal for having a good time with family. Mr. Cirilo and Mr. Socorro are very polite, attentive and dedicated in their service We will definitely be back in the near future.

As a recommendation, bring everything you will need for your stay because some things are not easy to get in Tetecala or you have to drive several kilometers to do so. The house is very good, even better than what you see in the photos. The garden is very large and has a panoramic view of the hills. The rooms are comfortable and all face the garden. The pool is solar-heated and gets the sun all day long. It has a tennis court in very good condition. The terrace is very nice, we had a great time there in the mornings and evenings. During the food you can eat in the palapa which is good because you can enjoy different spaces and views of the house. Mrs. Coco's attention is very good as well as excellent cuisine. The house is very close to shops where you can get a little bit of everything, the pharmacy is very close too. Thank you Miriam for opening your space to us, we really enjoyed it.

This is a great place to get away and rest. In the middle of the countryside, the house and spaces are spectacular! Everything is very well cared for and you can find everything necessary. Coco and his kids are super hospitable and helpful. Also Coco cooks delicious! Myriam is super friendly and answers all your 😄 questions. The best places we've ever been!

We had a fabulous stay in Myriam’s home - so much so that we tried to extend but alas she was already booked! The pool and tennis courts are fabulous, the expansive grounds boast stunning fruit trees (we ate our weight in mangos and grapefruits!) and Coco was an excellent host and a brilliant chef (don’t miss out on her tamales!). While we didn’t venture out much because of Covid, my toddler also loved feeding the cows next door!

Myriams House is beautiful ! It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t really make justice of the amazing garden and outdoor space this house has. The children loved the pool and tenis court and we had lunch and played games in a very enjoyable pergola next to the pool. In the evenings dinner is served on the terrace so you practically spend all day overlooking the beautiful garden and enjoying the pleasant weather of this region. Coco and Rene the couple that work there are very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable . They even decorated the terrace for the independence weekend! So I definitely recommend this house and hope to return myself soon!

At Myriam's house, we found the perfect combination: tranquility, good weather, a place with beautiful architecture, cozy yet spacious, with a tennis court!!! A good-sized pool and a charming gazebo. All in the wonderful setting of the large sunny garden, with palm trees, birds starred by the "carpenter". And if that weren't enough, there's the Coco and Paco service. They are very kind and warm and are attentive to any need to make the guest feel good. Even the dog makes you feel right at home. She's very friendly. There's everything you need to stay in, but if you want to go out, the nearby town is small but picturesque (by car). I recommend arriving during daylight because the last stretch is a bit long at night. We'll definitely be back!

The house is very nice and in excellent condition. The spaces are very spacious and ideal for spending a few very fun days with the family and very good for children and adults. We use every space of the house at different times and nothing disappointed, we found everything as seen in the photos and definitely the positive reviews that helped us decide do justice to the experience we had. The children were happy swimming at all hours, playing tennis and corrie if for the garden which is very spacious. Mrs. Coco took care of us wonderfully and even helped us beyond what we would have expected. Totally recommended!

We stayed at the house for a wedding at Hacienda Santa Cruz. If you have an event there, there is no better option than Myriam's house. It is literally 3 minutes from the Hacienda. It's a very complete house, with very well maintained facilities. The pool is wonderful for the weather. It's true when people say that the real thing is better than the photos. The room (12 people) is also real without any discomfort for guests, each room has its own bathroom. If all that weren't enough, the service from Doña Coco and Efraín is simply unbeatable. They were attentive to any request and made sure that we literally felt like royalty. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at. 10,000% recommended.

This house is very, very nice, large, very nicely decorated and the facilities are in very good condition. Efrain and Coco's service makes the stay wonderful because they are always attentive to everything and always willing to help. While it is located in a village, there are many things to see less than half an hour away by car that are not so touristy but are really worth it: the Cacahuamilpa grottos, Xochicalco pyramids...

The house is great, a huge plot of land to enjoy and all the facilities are very well maintained. Efraín helped us as much as possible and make the stay a little better. Everything is in very good condition, it is a little hidden but that allows you to get away from everything and enjoy.

It is a very nice house, with beautiful gardens and wonderful hosts (Coco and Efraín who attend, as well as Myriam the owner). The 3 dogs and the cat that live there are divine and live with the guests (if you don't like pets you can say so). The pool is 30 degrees, everything works well and the layout of the house is very comfortable. The place is a little far away, which removes the noise completely. Surely we will return. We had a great time in this cute place. The attention is first, the accommodation is very quiet and family, it lends itself to living together and enjoys with the family and pets. It's like a private luxury hotel: tennis court, pool, the pristine lawn. The service they have given us in the Coco and Efrain kitchen excellent. They are aware that nothing is missing. We loved it. Fortunately we didn't have a lot of issues with the mosquitoes and the heat we thought it was going to make.

Although the visit was short and we spent a good part of the time at the wedding, we really enjoyed the Quinta. It's beautiful, cozy, cozy. Much better than the pictures. Hello! It was an incredible experience to be able to spend this vacation in Myriam's house. It is a very, very nice and cozy house. It is perfect for families. They have everything very tidy and arranged. The people who work there (Myriam, Coco's daughter, Coco, Efraín and other staff) are always and every day very friendly and attentive. The truth is that all of us who went had a very pleasant time and enjoyed it a lot! Myriam is an excellent host, she was always very attentive and was very kind to us as well as her husband Jaime, they are very kind people, VERY RECOMMENDED!! The property is cute and they just remodeled the tennis court which is now a beauty. The pool is also very good. Just anticipating the repellent depending on the season because in this region hay mosquitos. But we highly recommend the place to go for a vacation or a weekend.
