Very comfortable overall. The only thing is that there's no way to cool the room with a fan. It's always very hot. Everything else is very good. The house with the lake is very enjoyable. I would come back. We were all very happy to come back

We had a great time. We traveled with 5 children and the house is suitable for them. They provided us with life jackets for swimming in the lake. The sound system and TVs are a bonus. 100% recommended. We will return.

A very nice house and everything is very clean. The pool is super warm, and you can stay in it day and night. With all the amenities it has, you hardly need to bring anything. Some awesome screens with spectacular sound. You have to go up and down stairs to access all areas of the house, but if you don't mind that, you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view of the lake. Very good communication with the host and a prompt response at all times.

Everything was clean, you always found what you needed in the bathrooms, kitchen, rooms, the pool was super clean and has a heater, all the spaces are well thought out to have a very comfortable time, in addition to Alfredo's attentive and very friendly service.

Everything was great! The house has everything, it's clean, towels, just as described. Alberto was always available and resolved all the problems. The coffee maker doesn't work, but unfortunately, other than that. Everything was excellent, location close to shops and restaurants. It was worth it!

The house is as shown in the pictures, it is very comfortable, it has a very nice view and above all the cleanliness of the whole house is outstanding, we appreciate that it has kitchen utensils, shampoo in each bathroom, toilet paper, the horn, towels. It's a fair price for what they offer, it became my favorite home in Teques, we would definitely stay again when we return.

Great! All the comments were right, because of its location with lake access, it gives you a beautiful view. It is a spacious, cozy and modern house. Of course, many steps. It has everything and more in terms of amenities (more pillows, duvets, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, kitchen utensils, everything!) The water, always hot, hahaha even for washing the dishes and the water in the pool and jacuzzi is the same, at night colored lights! You don't want to leave it. Smart TVs and sound equipment, and access to the Marina del Sol, but due to the time we did not use all the resources, but we appreciate it. The master bedroom is spectacular and is on the ground floor along with the pool; the other two are upstairs, the largest (1 king bed and 2 double beds) is in turn made up of two rooms with their own bathroom. I did not have the pleasure of meeting José in person but he was very attentive, answered my questions and recommended that we visit Jardines de México, it was a very good decision :D

Jose’s place is exceptional and communication for arrival was great. There is ample space, decorated and equipped to feel at home. The house is private and perfect if you plan to do lake activities throughout the day. We had a great time at our stay and very much look forward to future visits!

An excellent house, it lends itself to various activities such as swimming in the pool with a view and direct access to the lake. The utensils and amenities that are provided when renting the accommodation are rarely included. We will definitely return to stay here when we return to Tequesquitengo.

The house is super clean and everything is new. The air conditioners do cool down and have attachments such as a speaker and a cooler in the pool area.

Our stay at the house was simply perfect. Since we arrived, everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made us rest wonderfully every night. The pool was another big plus: the water was at a perfect temperature, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything worked great and the house had everything you need to spend a few incredible days. We'll definitely be back soon!

It is an excellent place, it was very clean and tidy, very spacious with activities available, (jet skiing, boat ride, etc..) the beds are comfortable, the bathroom was impeccable, it has great view and a beautiful pier. I would definitely go back to spend more days.

José's house is beautiful! It's at the foot of the lake so you can enjoy the view and local activities. Jose was in communication all the time, he helped us with recommendations for services and food and allowed us to check out later. If they are looking for a place to stay this is the right one. The house is very spacious it has different spaces to live together, we were 12 people and we had an incredible time. Everything was clean and better than the pictures. Jose and Alfredo always attentive to any situation, we forgot something after we left and they did us the favor of handing it over. The house is the most beautiful in the area, it is impeccable and since you arrive you feel at home, it has everything to relax and have a good time with friends and family. Nearby there are restaurants and convenience stores where you find the basics for your stay and no longer have to go out for anything. The pool is a dream to refresh yourself and also has a spectacular view of the lake. Definitely both me and the friends I was with were left in love with the place and will be back at the first opportunity.

I highly recommend this place, we were only 4 people but there could easily be 10, the luxury amenities, the pool, the decks with access to the lake, the dock, the beds, super equipped kitchen, air conditioning in rooms and general stay, all in the kitchen including extensions (super useful), airhockey, grill, uff I have only good references to this accommodation, maybe the only drawback is that if you come in a chaparro car (like mine) you go to battle with some stops that are before, but that is not afraid to do with the house. What I liked the most and I really appreciate is that I rented it immediately, and I just had to send 1 msj to José to send me the instructions, that's it, everything super easy, I didn't have to struggle with anything, as if arriving at a hotel where everything is ready, for me it was the best and it is appreciated.
