One of my best Airbnb experience. Beachfront perfection with an incredible private chef. This place exceeded every expectation. Right on the beach, peaceful and serene, with hot, humid weather and wonderfully warm sea water that let us stay in the water for hours. The sunsets were beautiful, and the pool was a great bonus. The private chef was the highlight — we picked our own menu, and every meal was fantastic. Not having to cook or clean, and instead getting real cooked meals made to order (not a buffet), made us feel like we didn't have a care in the world, like rich people on vacation. It felt so much more intimate and private than an all-inclusive resort, more like having your own home with a personal chef than staying somewhere shared with a crowd. The AC worked perfectly (if anything, a little too well), and the place was spotless. Israel and the rest of the staff were exceptional, always going out of their way to help with a genuinely positive attitude. High Recommend.

We had a bachelorette party here with 12 people and had an amazing time. Communications with the host and staff was seamless and very helpful- both leading up to check-in, and during our stay. The location right on the sand is unbeatable. All of our chef-made meals were great, and having the house/bar pre-stocked upon check-in was fabulous. Thanks Israel and team!

Could not say enough good things about this place! We came for my bachelorette and couldn’t have been more comfortable, fun, and cared for. We also felt very safe - Israel made sure the premises was locked and security system on every night when we got home. Israel was such an amazing lovely host who made everything we could have possibly asked for happen! Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough things about the staff! Israel in particular was attentive to our families needs. Our group of 10 had teens, people in their 70s, dietary requests, and a person with special needs. The staff were able to address all of them throughout our stay. The food they can prepare is incredible, highly recommend placing your grocery order with their team ahead of time and come hungry. Other notes: 1. Memorize ‘Playa Punta Negra’ when getting around by taxi, ride share, or bus. All are familiar and makes it easier describing where to go. All modes of transportation above we found to be great. 2. Get used to Google Translate if you’re not fluent in Spanish. Israel is a pro at using his, but if you’re unfamiliar with the format it could be confusing. It wasn’t for us, just something to note for those new to a language barrier. 3. Meal planning is a must traveling as preparation is family style. Thanks to the team again for an incredible week!!

We had an incredible stay at this property. Israel and the team were amazing and made everything so easy. The house is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained with king beds in every room. We loved having two dining areas and plenty of room for the kids to play. The beach was clean and private, the heated pool was perfect, and the food and drinks were delicious. This place is just flat out awesome. The staff that comes with the house just adds the cherry on top. One of the best houses I’ve personally stayed at in Mexico. Would only go back to Puerto Vallarta if I’m getting to stay at this house.

We had an absolutely amazing stay right on the beach! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and even better than expected but what truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality. Israel was incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy from start to finish. Every request we had was handled quickly and graciously, which made the trip completely stress-free. The chef was outstanding—every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, easily one of the highlights of our stay. You can really tell how much care goes into creating a memorable experience here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a first-class stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We enjoyed the Villa so much. Our family of 8 had a beautiful vacation. The beach location was great and we cannot say enough about the staff! Israel, the concierge was amazing. He went over and beyond in taking care of everything! He fulfilled all our needs and requests with a smile. Alonso, the chef, prepared delicious meals and was very accommodating with all our requests! The housekeeper, Rosario, made sure all the rooms were freshly cleaned everyday. I can’t say enough about how welcoming and caring everyone was!

Such a great time at Casa Paty!! We visited for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely amazing. Easy to check in and check out and the staff was very friendly and proactive. Eisrael was super helpful and responsive and utilized google translate to help with the language barrier. The food was delicious and always readily available. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We all really enjoyed the location and how the beach was public but you didn’t get the craziness of the beaches more in town. Can’t say enough about how great this was! 10/10 and we all would definitely come and stay again!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay with friends! Israel and the team could not have been more accommodating and kind. The food was great, the planning easy, and the whole experience was very enjoyable! It’s easy to spend an entire day laying around the oversized lounge couch on the bottom floor and taking in the views! Would stay again!

What a wonderful place to celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday! The bedrooms were perfect and comfortable for all eleven of us. It’s in such a great location…right on the beach! The on site help was fantastic. Israel was always so helpful and responsive with a great smile. It was fun trying our español with him…and our translate app worked perfectly. The food! Fabulous! Alonso met all our culinary desires and then some! Rosario kept our rooms spotless, daily replenishing towels, remaking beds, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to be!

The place is great because it is right next to the beach. The place is great for large gatherings with family and friends. I also liked the staff. Israel made everything easy and comfortable for my stay. In addition, Alonzo's cooking is excellent. We all loved every one of his meals. I am looking forward on coming back.

Casa Paty is really extraordinary. The location is really special. The beach is beautiful and quite private. The views are spectacular with sunsets nothing short of breathtaking. The house itself is a little dated in some ways, but stunning in almost every way that matters, perfect for a big group. Photos don´t fully do the house of its location justice. The house staff is also really special and really makes the experience memorable. They met every single request we had. The food was amazing and the process for choosing and planning meals was super smooth. They did absolutely everything we asked and went above and beyond multiple times. Our stay at Casa Paty was a truly incredible, memorable experience in every way. We leave filled with gratitude!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa. It started even before we arrived - Gary was exceptionally organized, responsive, and proactive. He went out of his way to provide helpful information, answer questions, and ensure our trip would be as smooth as possible. The property itself is beautiful. It’s well-kept, right on the ocean, and has both the beach and pool just steps apart. It felt extremely private and we always felt completely safe. But the true highlight of our stay was the staff. For anyone fortunate enough to work with Israel and his team, you’re in for a treat. They were unbelievably kind and genuinely made our stay one we will always remember. The food was outstanding - we loved every meal and had the chance to enjoy dishes we don’t often get the pleasure of having at home. Highly recommend this Airbnb. It exceeded our expectations.

A world away from the high energy bustle of Puerto Vallarta, Casa Paty is an oasis of open-air pleasure. Our 12 family members, from 1 ½ years to grandparents, took full advantage of the sweet pool and abundant floaties, as well as the dramatic surf and sun on the beach just steps, literally, away. The staff (Israel, Alphonso & Paulina) cannot be praised enough for the generous and warm service and scrumptious meals, all eaten at the big downstairs table (family-style was wonderful), and the total charm and cleanliness of the home. In 5 days we didn’t go up the steps to the street until our departure, Casa Paty is simply that good. 5 Stars.

Our stay was amazing!! The staff was so kind and had everything ready to go the minute we stepped in. You need to take a taxi or uber to town but honestly the place is so relaxing with the pool and the beach right there it was hard to even want to leave. There were hardly any people walking the path of the beach area in front of the house it felt almost private. We had the most delicious breakfasts made for us each day our favorite dinner was fajitas they accommodated our dietary needs. We loved the entire experience

Wow! We had a truly incredible stay at Gary's place and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The location and layout of this house was ideal for our three families. We loved the lower pool level, as it was very spacious, with a lot of shade options and we could eat all our meals out there on the large table (plus the bar was there for the parents!). Being right on the beach was ideal for our kids- so easy to go back and forth multiple times a day. Easy to pop into city if we wanted to shop, get ice cream etc. The staff here are truly incredible- Israel in particular was EXRTREMLY helpful and responsive to any questions or requests that we had- so polite and kind!! The food was sooooo good- super fresh, local ingredients and lots of options that suited everyone -even the kids! The daily housecleaning and option to do laundry was also really helpful with the kids. We would certainly LOVE to come back and stay here! Gary was so responsive and answered all our questions promptly!

Beautiful home and very relaxing. The staff was incredible. The kitchen staff made a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for us, all of them were great! Morning coffee and the beautiful beach were the best combination.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Gary’s place. The house is amazing, with a pool and direct beach access, hence a great view. The house staff was beyond amazing and tending to our need to make our stay very comfortable. As a cherry on top of our great experience, on our first night there, we got to witness from the pool balcony an olive ridley sea turtle coming out of the water to make its nest and lay eggs and then go into the water again. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were attentive and very nice! We were extremely grateful for how clean they kept the property, and the food was AMAZING The chef did a wonderful job. As mentioned in a previous review, there is a language barrier, Google translate allowed us to communicate seamlessly - it was NOT a problem at all! We felt very lucky to have such a great staff who makes you feel right at home.

Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is one of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed. Every room was comfortable and clean. We had a couple issues with the AC, but it was fixed asap. Israel was amazing. He stocked the house with everything before we arrived. He constantly checked in with us to make sure we had all that we needed. The food was very yummy. We had a masseuse come to the house one day. Israel arranged for transportation for us into town, which was around a 20 minute drive. Being able to go from the beach to the pool was perfection. We are already planning another trip here because it was that wonderful. And yes, you need a translation app bc none of the staff speak English, but that didn’t stop us from getting all our needs met. Stay here. You’ll have the most relaxing vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We felt like we were one with nature the entire trip. Very tropical and not even two steps to the water. We can’t wait to come back. The staff was amazing and the home felt super luxurious, I especially loved the marble floors throughout the home.

This is a beautiful house with plenty of room to lounge and be at peace. The staff, in particular Giovani, made us feel so at home and met our every need with a smile on his face. The beach is absolutely stunning and easy to access. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing, fun, memorable time. We were close (10-15 min) to the romantic zone where we had dinner when we decided to go out, though we really could have stayed in every night at this amazing house. We spent a lot of time out in the ocean and loved cooling off in the pool. Our rooms were always impeccably clean and organized at the end of each day. Giovani was quick to help us get transportation, order additional groceries, make us snacks, and go above and beyond to make us feel cared for and celebrated. Gary was a responsive host and went out of his way to make sure we had an awesome time. I can’t say enough great things about this place and can’t wait to go back one day!

Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible. I can’t say enough good things about Govani, he made our trip so special. Not one detail was overlooked. The location and house were perfect. We loved being right on the beach with the option to hang out in the pool or in the ocean. We were close enough to town that it was easy to get to, but far enough away that we felt at absolute peace.

We are a family of nine celebrating a 50th anniversary. This place is amazing. The pool level has an amazing pool, direct access to a sandy beach, a large shaded lounging area and incredible views. The entire home was great but other than sleeping , which was very comfortable, we spent all of our time there. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. None if the staff spoke English so strongly recommend you download your translation app and practice before you get there, but in no way did this interfere with a great stay.

We stayed here with a group of couples and had the best vacation! Every meal was delicious, the staff was helpful, friendly, and so easy to work with. The location is perfect! Quiet beach with a private pool area, beautiful view for sunset, we even had whales swim in front of the house one evening! Getting to the location was the only difficult part as it is hard to spot from the street, but the directions sent in the welcome packet were very helpful and descriptive. It would have been harder to find without them.

I am not sure I can say enough good things about our stay at Casa Patty. From the location to the house, to everything it was all we could have dreamed of and more. We had 6 couples and it was plenty of space for everyone. Top floor is the kitchen, dining, bathroom and indoor living area. Honestly, we were rarely there, it was nice to have separation from the staff and the rest of the house. Middle floor was 4 bedrooms and the bottom floor was 2 bedrooms, bathroom, bar, dining, pool, etc. This is where we spent all of our time. The food was immaculate, for an even more relaxed vacation plan all your meals in advance so you don't have to coordinate daily. The staff does not speak English, unless you speak fluent Spanish, plan on using G**gle Translate. It worked out, but it was complicated at times. Marcos was amazing, made us drinks, set up a special balloon arch for my birthday, picked up special flowers and they even provided a cake! They truly went above and beyond for our stay.

We had a great time at this home. The staff were friendly. The cook tried to accommodate all the food requests we had from our group. The house keeper was also very helpful with all our requests like arranging for our massages and arranging for transportation for our daily activities etc. overall it was a memorable experience.

I just would like to start off to write that this was one of the best trips I have been on and because of Jonathan's villa. Jonathan was very accommodating and was flexible to our arrival. Jonathan meet us on the first day to meet and greet and that was very comforting. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Our group said that this was a trip of lifetime and all because we were all together. This villa beachfront was everything we hoped for and exceed our exceptions. We were celebrating a 50th birthday and could not ask for anything more. The place was peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. Just steps to the ocean… just as you see in the pictures. The staff was very accommodating. Jonathan was very responsive during our stay. He was happy to arrange messages on site which was a lovely experience.

This villa was absolutely perfect! It is a beautiful house right on the beach with incredible service. I came here with 9 of my friends for my bachelorette and we had a great time. I do have one big complaint and it is related to the host's communication as it was VERY disorganized. Responses were very slow which resulted in a lot of frustration. What was worse was the fact that my friends spent a lot of time planning a menu for the week and coordinating approvals for a couple of vendors to go to the villa, only to find out the day we got there that our host, Jonathan, had not communicate ANY of this to our incredibly attentive and accommodating service staff at the house. This made it frustrating for us and difficult for the staff as then they had to make sure to accommodate us. Now the staff, chef, Luz (maid), and Marcos, were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! The qualify of the food and the attention was absolutely perfect! Thanks to them our stay was incredible!!!

I came here with my girlfriends for my bachelorette party and we all had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, everything was cleaned daily, and the staff were super friendly. The chef's cooking was also absolutely delicious. They even helped us decorate the space with balloons for our party. The host's communication was also very prompt. And of course the views of the beach and the ocean each day were incredible. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Our family had a great experience here. Before arriving, Jonathan was accessible for answering all our questions and made planning the trip easy. While at the house, Marcos was extremely polite and patient with our language barrier. Chef Alonso's food was delicious and Luz kept the house clean every day. The beach access was incredible and the house was stocked with floaties and toys for the pool and beach. Overall the house is amazing and a perfect place to relax and hang out on the beach. It was super easy to plan the food menu during the week and get whatever we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and cool. All the mattresses were fantastic as well. There is also a great little beach restaurant/bar down the beach to the south that is just a couple minutes walk. Can't say enough about Marcos... He was so helpful and pleasant and really worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough about how much we loved our stay. This was for my 40th birthday celebration. I just wanted to relax with some friends in paradise and that is exactly what this place was. The private pool, and private entrance to the beach, and the entire experience were well worth it. The staff was incredible as well. Marcos really made us feel right at home and helped us with anything we needed. Chef Alonso also made the most delicious foods we requested. There are a lot of places to look up here on AirBnB, but what made us choose this place was the great reviews. I am very glad that we did. Also, the photos do NOT do this place justice. The third floor alone is gorgeous and so beautiful and not really shown in the photos. I can't wait to go back.

We had the most amazing time here. The house was incredible, the pool was warm, the view was gorgeous. We ate all our meals at the house and the food was amazing. The chips, salsa and guacamole was fresh made and each meal left us excited for the next. Our house assistant Hector was the kindest, most helpful soul. We spoke to him in Spanish and he was ready at any moment to help us with transportation, meals, activities, and requests. He even put up some birthday decorations for us, hung a piñata that we requested, blew up our floats, and had drinks for us upon arrival. Jonathan was great at communication and helping us plan our perfect week to the fullest. The house and location felt safe and clean and we will hopefully be back in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay!!! Jonathan was super responsive and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. He made sure we had everything we needed before our arrival. The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate an early check in. We had family ranging from a baby to our 78 year old father everyone loved the house and location which is right on the beach. Hector, the cook, and the housekeeper were extremely nice and did an amazing job of taking care of us and the house. Service and food were top of the line. Would 100% stay here again. The staff as excellent and the in house dining saved us lots of Ubers and money. The one room is a little dark and humid as it had only two small windows. Other than that, the rooms were fine. Right on the beach. Great poolside gathering area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cannot say enough about this place! We had the house full, with all our kids and spouses, as well as the grandkids.....and it was a blast. The staff took care care of everything we needed and they worked hard to make sure our stay was a good one. We would go back to this place in a heartbeat. We booked this property for a photo shoot for an online clothing boutique and are so happy we did! Jonathan and his staff are so great! The house is very spacious and has such a great location with private beach access. I would highly recommend Jonathan's place to anyone taking a vacation with a large group!

The home’s location and the beach are fantastic. There are high rise condos on both sides of this home so you should know that ahead of time, but the lack of privacy is worth it for this kind of beach and outdoor amenities. This is an older home, so there are things that need updating/replaced, especially in the main bedroom/bathroom. The bedrooms function well though, and most of the time is spent outside on the lovely pool level, even for meals. My husband and I originally slept in the large main bedroom but only lasted one night before moving to one of the other bedrooms with a more supportive mattress. The staff was great! Marcos took good care of us! Chef Suzy made really delicious food & when we asked her to just make things she liked to make, she put together an incredibly delicious shrimp boil. We really enjoyed our time here & would stay again! Tips: Bring card games & floaties for the pool! Also, pick up alcohol on way out of airport at duty free shop before exiting!

I can't recommend this house enough. My friends and I (11 total) rented this house for my 40th birthday. Everything from the staff, very comfortable beds, food, and space was incredible. We mostly stayed downstairs on the pool level the whole time going from the ocean to the pool. The guys were even able to watch some of the World Cup on the tv! We used the ping pong table and enjoyed MANY meals at the beautiful table on that same level. Chef Suzy's meals were some of the best any of us had ever had. Plus, she was accommodating to our restrictions. The beach is nearly private - we were often the only ones enjoying the water. Marcos was incredible, we didn't speak Spanish but he was patient with us and our translate app came in clutch. Jonathan was also a highlight from the trip - he was always responsive, answered our questions promptly, and made us feel welcome with the best service. Whatever we needed - he was there. Truly, can't recommend this house enough. I hope to stay here again

I had a group of 14 Americans ages 25-35. We all had a wonderful time. Strong air conditioning in every bedroom. Clean house. Secure. Right on the beach. 10mins to the romantic zone for nightlife and restaurants. The staff knew enough English to get us what we needed, but don’t expect fluency. The host speaks English and responds quickly so I had no language barrier problems booking the property. Taxis can be called to the property if needed so don’t worry about feeling isolated. Don’t try to have parties here with extra guests. The host can see you on front gate cameras so choose somewhere else if you want a party house. Nothing but good things to say about the place. I would come back.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. All the rooms have air conditioning which was also a huge benefit. The house staff were all wonderful and so helpful with recommendations and booking taxis and outings. The chef shopped for us and cooked amazing meals every day. It was a really luxurious experience for our family reunion and we had an amazing time. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Spent 10 days here with 10 (total) family members - the food (prepared wonderfully and delicious and staff (friendly and helpful) were wonderful. And, of course, the house was amazing! Jonathon was always a text or call away if we needed anything. The private beach is very private - literally we were the only ones there 90% of the time. The 1st level of the house is the kitchen and living room type area - we never spent any time there; 2nd level is where most of there rooms were - just for sleeping, the 3rd level was the "party" outdoor area. We spent most of our time on the 3rd level where we just "hung out" and also where we took our meals overlooking the beach. It was a great family vacation, would definitely come here again!

My stay was last minute and to say that Jonathan was accomadating would be an understatement!! Jonathan was sweet and incredibly responsive every step of the way- from inquiry, to reservation, to my stay and then sadly, my departure. I can't thank enough Jonathan for my stay and ensuring I was always taken care of. I started my review with Jonathan as it's not often to come across such a genuinely caring host, so thank you Jonathan! In terms of Casa Paty, my stay was absoutely wonderful! The location is a stunner, nicely removed from downtown PV to make all the difference in enjoying a stunning view and incredibly clean and private beach. Of course the location is a quick drive to town so do not let that discourage you at all. In fact, after a day or night in town, the quick drive to beautiful Punta Negra was refreshing. Walking into the home and down to the pool is all the reward you'll want. As for the home, it's spacious, clean, and views afforded from every single level. The lower level is really where it's all at. Either as a quiet getaway or gathering of friends and family the space is as accommodating as it is just so serene and beautiful. The view is undeianbly stunning, the pool is heated and the walk down to the sad is just as quintessential as it gets. The house staff are every bit a representation of Jonathan! Truly loved my stay and can't wait to return!!

This place is an absolute dream!! Such gorgeous outdoor living space, directly on the beach. I had my bachelorette here and 11 of us fit very comfortably in the rooms. We had so much fun enjoying the scenery, the pool, and the incredible staff and food!! Highly recommend this place - it was so perfect!

Casa Paty was the most incredible stay! Anything we wanted they made happen. The house setup itself is so perfect for large groups, and the access straight to the beach could not be better. The service/ constant communication from Jonathan and from Ramon at the house was just amazing. With one day notice they got massages set up for us in-house. Every meal was beautifully set up and delicious. Thank you Casa Paty!

You won’t beat the location! I have stayed at many places in PV and this one is truly on the beach with great walks (go to the bar to the left… wish we did that before our last day). Staff is absolutely incredible and happy to share a google doc with meals we had them prep if you need ideas. Jonathan is super responsive and I highly recommend for families with younger kids too.

Casa Paty was beautiful! Located right on the ocean, it doesn’t get any better. Be prepared to relax and catered to with a cook, cleaner and all around helper, Ramon, you will be pampered every step of the day. We enjoyed hanging at the house playing ping pong, flip cup and pool games but also enjoyed the days we chose to hang out in town. The taxi ride is 10 minutes. There is also an amazing beach bar close by with a great bartender and beautiful view that you don’t want to miss. We had 12 family members, with each bedroom having a private bathroom we were all extremely comfortable.

Jonathan and his staff were absolutely wonderful and made this a great experience. The location is beautiful, the beach was perfect and only steps away. You couldn't ask for a better house with a large group. Ramon helped set up everything we needed inside and outside of the house and the food was great. It was my first experience having an onsite staff and chef and because of how amazing they were it won't be my last. I would rent this exact property again with no hesitation.

Jonathan is such an attentive host. He was on call for us all weekend, and would always immediately answer my texts. He booked all services for us (including taxis), and really cared about our experience. The house was amazing and the beach was stunning. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves. My group would definitely come back. I highly recommend this property!

The house is great. We had extended family of 14 (including 4 kids 12 and under) together and there was plenty of space. The beach is beautiful and pool is fun as well. It is truly steps to the beach. The location is nice - quiet with a great, sandy beach that is not crowded. Taxis are needed to get around but easy to find right across the street. The staff were amazing - really going above and beyond and working over the holidays to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The food and drinks were great.

PV is a great place to vacation and if you have a big group you want to pick Casa Paty!!

Easily one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. I booked the house for a group of 11 girls, and it was absolutely perfect. I had never stayed in Mismaloya, but the location was great. In terms of the house, it is beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious for a group of that size. The pool and walking down the steps to a basically private beach were unbeatable. The staff was amazing - attentive and helpful, and prepared us some wonderful meals. Finally, Jonathan was a great host. He was communicative throughout the entire process. Could not recommend enough! Maybe there will still be availability after we continue booking all our future events here. :)

I have traveled and stayed at many places throughout the world but when I say this stay was completely perfect I am not kidding. Me saying the house is absolutely beautiful and perfect is still an understatement. The pictures do not do it justice its way better and literally on the beach! Complemented with the staff that cook, clean and attend to your needs just made the stay so much better, 100% worth it and felt so safe. The food prepared by the cook and host spread presentation looked like something out of a magazine and tasted amazing! This house is better than any resort hotel PV can offer and so much fun!

Jonathan, the AirBnb manager was so helpful in coordinating the best vacation for me and my girlfriends. He was always so helpful and detailed and responded to my questions promptly. The villa itself is ON the beach, has a pool, and the most amazing layout with the indoor/outdoor space on the first floor. So much room to lounge, eat, swim, layout, etc.. Each bedroom had it's own AC unit which helped with the humidity. The upstairs area that was not pictured in the listing was also really nice and relaxing as we would eat some of our meals there at the huge round table that fits 10 people. Although the villa was somewhat far from the marina when we did a boat day, the beach that it is on is so nice and soft sand with clear water that it was worth it. The staff was very nice and helpful. Any request they followed through with a smile. We ate most of our meals there, they did all our grocery shopping and we just had to tell them what we wanted and pay the receipts. I would highly recommend this villa to all my friends and family.

Very hard to find a private home in PV right on the beach. Great to swim in pool, lounge on beach, all within 30 feet. We fished on beach, walked, listened to waves all night long. Great ping pong tournaments! Ages 4 to 61 with us. 11 people. Something great for everyone.

This house is amazing! This is my second stay at this location and it has been amazing both times. The location and beach access are great - the house staff is great & the host is super accessible and helpful when needed. I would give it more than 5 stars if possible.

The home is beautiful, spacious and clean. Great for big families. The home is located 8-10 minute from down town you can catch a Taxi right in front of the home. So that’s very convenient. The staff is the best very helpful and will try there best to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this home. THE STAFF IS GREAT.

Jonathan was a fantastic host, this was the first time we had taken our young children out of the country and Jonathan are us feel like family and safe even before we checked in. Upon arrival we were blown away by the warmth and kindness of the staff. The beach was beautiful, not crowded at all. We spent most of our time swimming in the warm clean pool or swimming in the ocean. The staff went above and beyond in every way to make us feel at home. The food pepared was absolutely exceptional and greatly surpassed even our wildest expectations. The home was very well equipped, 10/10 would stay again!

The house has access to its private beach, which is in perfect condition, without stones and the best sand of all PV. It is a fairly large house. It has all the amenities and impeccable cleanliness. I recommend staying here 100%.
