My family and I absolutely loved our trip and staying here was a huge part of why. The place is nice and clean, and we were able to put our kids to sleep and relax on the veranda and watch as the party bus passed by. Our kids are young so the only thing is that we had to watch them from going down the stairs. We have a little gate at home blocking off access for them to go down. We would love to go back again! The host is excellent.

The arrival was very easy, it is on the seawall and is a safe and very comfortable place to move around and walk. The place is very nice, everything is comfortable and clean, the parking is outside the apartment but it is very safe, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. All the appliances work great, Air conditioning in the rooms, hot water all appliances weather, wifi, the seawall is very pleasant for walking and very safe, I am very happy with my place and the host. I recommend it 100%.

Very good place with necessary amenities

The suite is as described, the host is always on the slope and very attentive to any questions, we had a bit of problems when arriving as maps sent us to another location but the prompt response and the attention of the host help us to arrive in the best way, the parking was on the street however we had no greater problem, great place!

It is the perfect place to enjoy you stay in chetumal, is peaceful and has the amenities make you feel comfortable. 100% recommended.

A great place to rest in the AC. All the comforts of home. I recommend visiting Los Rapidos beach club at Bacalar. The planetarium and zoo were closed while we were there, so there wasn’t much to do in Chetumal itself. Host was very attentive and friendly.

The apartment is very well located in a quiet, illuminated and safe area, close to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the balcony in the breeze and the view over the bay.

Jose was so welcoming when we first arrived. We booked the place for my husband’s graduation in Mexico and had to check out quite late and jose allowed us to do so. He even pulled out an extra bed for us. We had a total of 4 people and everyone had beds. The location is also great, right on the coast and close by many great food restaurants. This is highly recommended for families. The railing was missing one glass piece so I thought that would be quite dangerous if I had brought my nephew but if that were to be fixed I think that this place would be perfect.

our stay at José's place was perfect...it was spotless and a newer house compared to others I have stayed in...it's on the main street where u can walk down to find many restaurants and great park with activities for kids...Jose was so helpful with every question we had; he even moved the bed in the 2nd room and joined it to the bed in the other room so our son could sleep with us...over all the place is just beautiful..a great verandah with a hammock available..great view and breeze coming from the sea side...look forward to staying there again

Jose has exceptional attention. He was always on the lookout for both check in and check out. She was very kind and responded very quickly to messages. The place is just as it appears in the photos, it is very nice and very safe. The beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable, which is a huge plus. We were very happy with our stay.

Suite Bahia is a great place to stay. we enjoyed our stay. Jose is indeed a super host. he is very friendly and easy to communicate with. the place offers a five gallon water gallon and coffee. he was there to greet us personally and hand us the keys. we highly recomend this place.

Jose and his wife are great hosts, I highly recommend them. From your apartment, there is nothing wrong to say, excellent place to rest. Highly recommended for stays where you want to get to know Chetumal and its surroundings. Nice location, very accessible despite the works of this town.

Jose’s home was beautiful. It is located right in the middle of the malecón of Chetumal. Therefore it was walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the boardwalk. The home is located above a business but that did not interfere with anything. The home is private and felt very much at home. Comfortable beds and many amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Jose was very friendly and communicated effectively. 10/10 recommend this home when staying in Chetumal.
