Great place to stay at in Tulum. Not far from the beach, very close to the centre and to Veleta. Good restaurants for breakfast and dinner/lunch. And more importantly for Tulum the road is great. the flat was very clean and the host very responsive for anything we needed. Nothing bad to say. I would recommend it whether youre interested in the restaurants of Veleta and Centro or in going to the beach (obviously rent a scooter for that but its 10min away. There is even a 7/11 right next to the flat and a place to rent scooters)

Highly recommend staying here. We loved the support that we got from the host Bill and property manager Cathy. It was an effortless stay with space to cook, relax, and hangout. The area is nice, a short walk from local shops and restaurants, and a longer walk to the pueblo.

The place was fantastic. The AC was a life saver, I don’t do well in heat. The location was great, lots to do around Tulum. The owners were great in giving us info on what to do in the area. They were quick to respond to my questions as well. They were even very caring in sending us updates during this corona virus epidemic. Asking if we wanted to cancel and telling us how it was in Mexico. Very grateful for their concern. We were unable to stay the entire time because of the epidemic, I did ask about a refund for the days we did not stay. I’m not sure if there will be or not as it is up to the Host, but either way I won’t let it effect the stay and hospitality we were showed. I would stay here again

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Tulum, near the Centro and the beach. Without hesitation, I'm staying there again.

The apartment is excellent, everything is such as shown in the photos (or even much better). I would definitely recommend this apartment. Bill and Ignacio's service was great.

Wow! Absolute trip of a lifetime! My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was the best decision! Bill gave us all the recommendations and assurances of safety we needed! And he was completely right on with everything! And Cathy, the property manager, was a God send!! She was more than knowledgeable on all things Tulum! We were always able to contact her for questions about where to go or best tacos- and she gave the best recommendations! I have traveled many places, and never have I ever received the hospitality and support we received from this property! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy all over again!

Amazing experience! Beautiful and fully equipped condo with comfy beds and relaxing ambiance. Bill and Cathy (property manager) were very good at communicating with us. I had to work for a couple of days and the internet connection was fast and stable. We also felt very safe during our stay. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay in a delightful condo. Bill and Cathy are EXCELLENT hosts and we loved our time here. The location is fab for the beach and Tulum town and the apt super clean and quiet with a lovely pool. (Great beds too!) Thanks Guys 😍

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay in Tulum. Quickly dip into the pool or if you take a taxi you’re at the beach or the city centre in no-time. Communication was quick and easy and made that we didn’t had to worry about anything. Definitely will stay here again if I ever get the chance to visit Tulum again.

Bill’s condo is just fantastic, it makes you feel like in a home away from home. Location is perfect right between Tulum Town and Tulum Beach in addition to the huge supermarket almost across the street. Can only recommend to anybody who doesn’t want to stay in a hotel. Also, any questions about Tulum and the area around Bill and Cathy are super fast in answering them! I would not stay anywhere else if I come back for another visit. Cheers!

Great price & location! Bill was an essential part of making our vacation perfect although it was planned in 3 weeks. Location is in between the town center and beach so renting a bike is perfect to get to both. The pool is beautiful and apartment felt more like a home then a vacation place.

This place is amazing. It's beautiful, peaceful, quiet and there's a lush garden surrounding the swimming pool. The place is perfectly located between the beach and the town with lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment is big and has everything you need and Bill was a great host. We had a great couple of weeks staying there.

Bill's place is just as advertised. This was my 4th time to Tulum, and while I really wanted to stay near the beach, you can't beat the comfort and value that this place provides. The distance to the Aldea Zama area wasn't a nuisance at all - we found our daily drives to be quite pleasant (and actually met some people along the way). I highly recommend for anyone just wanting a crash pad, or even families that want to stay in and cook. This place serves all types. Super comfy beds and easiest access to the unit. You don't have to meet anyone - it's all automatic with codes, etc.

The location is perfect. The facilities are just like the photos ! Fast communication. 100% recommended !!

We stayed at this lovely apartment in Zama Village for 6 nights. Very happy stay in peaceful surroundings. Excellent communication with Bill and Cathy before and during stay, and helpful advice received too. We would have stayed longer if we could! We used a combination of hire car and taxis which worked well.

Excellent apartment in a delightful, immaculately maintained complex. Our kids loved the beautiful warm pool and we all appreciated the extra touches like the board games. Kitchen area is small but functional and we had everything we needed for our stay.

This appartment is exactly like the pictures and the description. We like the confort of it and all the amenities. The pool was gorgeous and surrounded by a lot of végétations and trees. The appartment's terrace was large and confortable, perfect to relax before the diner. Bill answers quickly to all our questions (car location, bike rental) with completed and helpfull informations. I definately recommend this spot !

Bill's apartment is amazing! We enjoyed our stay there. The flat is clean and very spacious and the pool is very pleasant at the end of the day. The communication with Bill is easy and fast. We thank him for our stay in his apartment .We enjoyed Tulum for its beaches in front of the jungle .

Great location, new condos with wonderful pool. Well furnished and everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. Would highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Tulum

Bill and Daniella were excellent for communications! We would send a question and they would respond back quickly. The check in process with Daniella was great as well. she was very thorough and gave great suggestions on the area. The unit was nicely located and very clean. We had no issues and would recommend to anyone to stay!

Bill and Daniella were incredibly gracious with allowing me and my siblings to stay at the property. The place was a dream with a beautiful pool and such a great and convenient location close to town and the beach. It was so easy getting to wherever we needed to go. Mariposa Azul was great! The condo is very modern, clean and equipped with everything you might need! I loved the location between the beach strip and the town. It was a quick bike ride to either and the bikes were included with the condo! Daniella, who manages the property, and Bill were both extremely helpful with questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend the condo!

Bill's apartment is the perfect getaway spot for four. The place was exactly as advertised: fast wifi, clean space, everything you need to eat-in, a great patio, very comfortable beds, working bikes, etc. Daniella met us when we arrived and gave us some great tips (all of their recommendations were fantastic). Aldea Zama is a new neighbourhood located between the beach and the town of Tulum. Cabs are everywhere, so getting around is no issue. I was there with my wife and two friends and we had the best time ever. Tulum is a perfect mix of beach, town, sights (cenotes / ruins), and pool (at the apartment). Would highly recommend this trip and would absolutely stay at Bill's place again.

Bill was great communicating everything we needed and his property manager Daniella was wonderful with suggestions and recommendations . The home was exactly as pictured and fully equipped with all the necessities. Also had a great selection of DVDs!

We had a great 4 night stay at Loxy and Bill´s. Bill was helpful, he gave several tip of the places to go. He conversed before our stay, took care of our needs and we felt very welcome to Mariposa – The apartment is just like informed; luxury, spacious, very clean, well equipped and secure.
