Gabriel's place was AMAZING! Beautiful view from three of the rooms, everything was as described in the description. Would highly recommend this place a million times. Gabriel was so helpful and extremely kind, was respectful and made check in super easy and fast. Family of 9 and this place was a 10/10, access to 5 pools 2 which are infinity pools, easy access and reasonable times for swimming. Parking was available everyday no hassle at all and everyone in the area was super nice. Place wasn't far from the Malecon, easy to get there and back. Many restaurants around and local stores to buy necessities. Gabriel's place provided many items and very clean. Full kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms, full living room, and the view from the balcony was beautiful 😍 Super thankful for Gabriel's hospitality, such a humble person. Would definitely be coming back someday. Thank you once again for providing excellent service

Gabriel went out of the way to ensure prompt communication and he welcomed us with a fruit basket, which was a sweet gesture. The 4-bedroom unit was spacious with great layout, and with amazing view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. My family greatly enjoyed the place. For bigger group, this will be our go to in PV. Grand Venetian is our favorite, for its world class swimming pools, and central location.

Gabriel was helpful at all times. He exceeded my expectations.

Communication was very good from before we arrived and throughout the stay, which made everything much more convenient. The place is beautiful, very clean, and has an amazing ocean view. It really feels like a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the apartment and the amenities were very comfortable, just as they are in the photos and in the description. Gabriel was always very attentive and kind, we would definitely stay there again.

Gabriel’s condo was a great experience. There were seven of us and we had lots of room. The views from the balcony are amazing and everything in the unit worked great. The pools were clean and warm and the poolside restaurant served excellent food and drinks. Gabriel is a wonderful host.

Gabriel’s place is definitely worth the price. The views are beautiful and the pool area was immaculate. Every morning we had our coffee out on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. It was a little high up (20th floor) so if you have a fear of heights, this may not be for you. Gabriel and his people are very attentive and helpful. Anything we needed, they got to us. Had some issues with leaking AC units and Gabriel had someone out there the next morning to take care of it. If I had any questions, I would message Gabriel and he would respond very quickly. I stayed with my large family (parents, sisters, children) and we all had a great time.

Luxury apartment in an area with incredible access to everywhere. Pools and beach access, the only thing was that the tennis courts were closed for maintenance but everything else 10/10

My family and I love Gabriel’s place. We’ve stayed at his place several times over the last ~4 years. He is a great host, very welcoming and proactively communicates. The condo is great, very well maintained, and fits large families (like ours). We will for sure come back on our next visit to PV!

Our family of 8, which includes 9 and 14 year olds, 4 adult children and my retired husband and I just spent the most fabulous week at Gabriel’s condo. It is hard to put into words how much we loved the condo and the complex, including the massive swimming pools and fabulous restaurant! The condo itself was meticulously clean, huge and well stocked. Gabriel was a perfect host from the booking to our departure. He always got back to us very fast if we had any questions. He left us a beautiful, large bowl of fruit, and we used his delivery service in order to have food there right away. We had the most incredible view we have ever had from a hotel! We spent a lot of time on the deck just looking at everything. We played many family games on the deck, watched parasailers take off and land right on the beach in front of us, and we were in awe of the very unusual and pterodactyl looking birds called Magnificent Frigatebirds. We loved staying here and hope to go back! More than 10/10!

Gabriel was an excellent host. His property has the most AMAZING views. He met us there and helped us get into the property. He was very quick to respond when we had any questions. He helped us arrange a chef for two of the nights that we stayed. This was the BEST! The food was home cooked and delicious! We got to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a fabulous meal! We will certainly stay at Gabriel's property again.

Gabriel’s place was awesome! Very responsive to any concerns, although we didn’t really have any. Everything we needed was there. The location is ideal if want to be on the beach. Waking up to that view was great. Plenty of pools and spas, and the restaurant was very convenient when we didn’t want to go out. If you have a chance to stay here, grab it. Definitely recommend 🇲🇽

We loved staying at Gabriel’s place! The condo is beautiful, the bedrooms are so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The balcony view is just amazing and so relaxing, it was our favorite place to hang out. Gabriel went above and beyond! We always had anything we needed and if something came up or we had a question he responded immediately! He told us about Adrianna the chef and we 10/10 recommend her. She was fantastic! We originally booked her for just one night and ended up having her come back twice more after that because her food was so incredible! She was so sweet and made every single thing from scratch which was such a treat.

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Venetian. Gabriel was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He provided excellent suggestions for local ATV rentals, including names and contact information, which made our adventures seamless and enjoyable. Additionally, he arranged a fantastic dinner for us with a private chef, creating a memorable and delicious evening. The condo itself was wonderful—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The complex's pools were beautiful, clean and offered a great place to relax and unwind. Beach access was convenient and added to the overall experience, allowing us to enjoy the stunning coastline of Puerto Vallarta. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with a host who genuinely cares about their guests.

Gabriel was a consummate host - helpful, responsive, friendly. The unit was beautiful and well equipped. Gorgeous views, expansive rooms and balconies. The pools and fitness room were amazing and we were close to restaurants and groceries when required. Hopped on the bus or Uber’ed downtown. Everything was fantastic and we hope to visit again soon!

I would give 10 stars if I could. The condo was beautiful- especially the view. We also felt super safe during the entire stay. The front gate staff are very proactive and always verify with guests at the gate. I will definitely be coming back. The restaurant across the street- Campomar- was one of the best parts of our trip. This is a beautiful place to spend time with your family. Our host kindly welcomed us with a fresh fruit basket, water, and beer. The rooms were big and spacious, very clean.The pools were all warm, and restaurant service was great. food was excellent. The location was perfect and within walking distance of good restaurants and shopping. The only down side I found had nothing to do with our host. It was the beach. It was very rocky, you had to go to about waist deep for it to be comfortable to stand with out too much rocks.

This location is awesome. The view is breathtaking and the space is a lot. That what we look for. This allow to have privacy for those who in honeymoon phase or feel romantic because the view. Gabriel is an awesome host. Always explaining everything and fast respond as soon you send a message. I will definitely go back to his place because the service was 5 stars. The location have a secure gate, multiple pools, a person who can order a taxi for you, restaurants, basically everything you need to have a great vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The house was very clean and if you want the maid to clean it after few days in the condo, just need to contact Gabriel and he can make it happen for no extra charge. The condo have AC in each room and working properly. I definitely recommended for the space, the view, the pools, the location, the security and the host Gabriel.

It's an amazing place. We enjoyed the cool breezes as we relaxed on the terrace. We had a panoramic view of the city and bay. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms are fully furnished. It has a large kitchen where we cooked every mornings breakfast. Great internet. We have already decided to come back next year.

Can’t say enough great things about this place and our experience there. Our host Gabriel was waiting to greet us and show us our around. When you walk in for the first time the view is breathtaking. The accommodations are top notch. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and own bathroom, kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Gabriel had our fridge and cupboards stocked on arrival from a list I provided. Boy, that was a nice touch. One night we hired the private chef. Dagoberto and his family were fantastic and the menu was delicious. Highly recommended doing that. The pools were pristine and right on the beach. Poolside service was magnificent. We are already planning another trip for next year. Thanks for everything Gabriel!

Everything was great! The location was ideal with beach access, a mall, groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Couldn't ask for a better host as the bottled water, bags of ice and fresh fruit were an especially nice touch. The condo was clean and well appointed with amazing views of the ocean and downtown PV. I can't say enough about this place and will certainly be back.

We had a terrific stay in Gabriel’s amazing condo. Gabriel is a top tier host!The views from the condo are insane. Every room has balconies with lovely views of either the coastline or the mountains. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms are high end, and kitchen was well stocked. There’s even a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink and drying rack- to rinse out bathing suits. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. We enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony outside the big, spacious living room. The on-site outdoor restaurant was a big perk! We ate lunch poolside several times. The food is basic but not too expensive. Las Islas outdoor shopping mall is behind the property and was really nice. Be sure to ask Gabriel for pointers with activities- he arranged a private boat to take us snorkeling to Los Arcos! It was a highlight of our trip!

Walked into the unit and was immediately in awe of the breathtaking views. The owner met us upon arrival and took care of setting up a private chef and made us feel really at home. Had to call him because we susnt understand the A/C, and he came over (with a crew just in case) without hesitation to make sure we were taken care of. We were so thrilled with the place and the experience, we are already planning our next trip. Would highly recommend!!

What a fabulous Airbnb. My family stayed here with plenty of room. AC in each room. A well stocked kitchen for cooking. Tv and movies available. Our host met us when we arrived and was very available for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Great showers. Great pools. Hot tubs. Close to a mall and Costco. We rented a car to get around PVR while we were there and there is a free spot to park your car as well.

OMG! I will describe this wonderful place with the 5 senses (Kinder teacher talking) Sight - beautiful view from all over, sunrise/sunset and even fireworks! Hearing - the waves crashing at night and nearby hotels had music that was enjoyable. We walked on the beach and saw 2 weddings. Touch - feeling the ocean breezes coming in and no use of A/C. Along with the hot jacuzzi and warm pools. Taste/Smell - whatever you have to eat or drink was so enjoyable out on the balcony table. Sharing special moments with family is priceless. Gabriel also considered our dilemma and accomodated our stay when family members couldn't make it. Also, his welcoming touches and attentive responses before the stay and How's it going? showed his concern on our stay. We will definitely come back with the family!

We had an incredible vacation!!! The apartment is gorgeous with excellent views and very nicely decorated!!! The club is also a plus and it has direct access to the beach. I highly recommended !!!

We had a great stay at the condo, too bad it was only a week! The home had all we needed for a comfortable stay and the pool area was well kept by the property staff. Our 2 year old loved being able to swim in the warmed pools early in the morning and the cool pools once the day got hot. The views of PV from the 20th floor are great and various resorts set off fireworks each night. I will miss sleeping with all the windows open hearing the waves crashing on the beach.

Exceptional stay. Place was exactly as presented and location cannot be beat. Taxis right out the front door will take you everywhere you want. The five pools will make you want to stay home. This is now a permanent place in our vacation rotation.

You can expect to be speechless when you enter trough the doors the views leave you lost for words the host made the stay feel like if I was at home the little things make a huge difference in the future I don’t see my self going someplace else.

Truly a beautiful home. Everything in the description is spot on. My wife and I hosted our adult "kids" and spouses and we all had room to move. Although we do not watch much TV but the Olympics were on and we were able to easily connect with multiple options. The accommodations were great for a group our size. Our host, Gabriel, was waiting for us when we arrived. He is a friendly guy and quickly responded when we had a minor issue. Overall was a great host. We would stay here again hands down.
