Carlos

The photos did not do it justice. Th replace was perfect for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. The house crew, Solina, Rosario, and John were phenomenal. They were very attentive, and offered great recommendations when asked. The first night the water in the shower was cold and I told John about it and he was able to change the temperature on the water heater to resolve our issue. Additionally the location is great. We rarely needed to use uber during our stay. I along with my friends mentioned we would stay here again.

My family and I came to Cartagena to surprise my mother for her 60th birthday and I we couldn’t have chosen a better place!! The area is so rich with the culture of its nature, people, art, music, history, etc! I simply love the beautiful energy that Cartagena has, and with this place being right at the heart of it, it made all the difference. The staff were also super welcoming, attentive, and kind!! We felt right at home and my mother left in tears for how much of a good time we had. I cannot wait to come back to Cartagena and would definitely love to book again in the nearest future! Thank you Carlos!!
