What a beautiful apartment-- in the city but immersed in leafy trees. On one of the days it rained and it was so peaceful to hear it in this apartment. So many places to eat and drink coffee within a couple of blocks. My family particularly enjoyed the arrachera & tuna tostados from Barron's as well as our entire dinner from Comal Oculto. You could find food similar to Barron's in the states, but you can't find the dinner food at Comal Oculto in the states (at least on the east coast)! Simply delicious and unique. Thank you to Leon for easy communication throughout and for also hooking me up with an OG abuelita babysitter to help my husband on my one night out with friends at a concert! Great hospitality in a glorious city! Hope to be back in CDMX, if only for the food :D Walking distance to the zoo in Chapultepec Park also a real bonus, especially if you have young kids.

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've lived at. It feels right at home. The art in the house along with the beautiful and peaceful surroundings, makes you never want to leave :)

Found at the last minute and so grateful we did; eclectic & tasteful furniture + paintings made it feel like artist's residence, high (HIGH) ceiling views to die for, so much space, and the perfect balcony. We also appreciated the super communicative host. Thank you! Can't wait to be back!

The most beautiful AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in, and perfect for our group of friends! The neighborhood itself is super walkable and charming, but also easy access to the metro and other areas like Roma Norte and Chapultepec. Having an outdoor space was also incredible to enjoy the (almost always) perfect weather in CDMX. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is one-of-a-kind, waking up with the sun filling the entire living room was beautiful and the balcony had an amazing view over the park!

The host is very communicative when asks questions.!The apartment complex has a 24hr guard so entering the premise is always secure. Great walkability and yummy restaurants on the same street. There is a rustic charm to the unit, but the views and hangout spaces are unbeatable!

The apartment was great for our stay. Hosts were responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe but still with some nice local cafes and close to other great neighborhoods. With no heat in the winter it is a bit cool at night in the apartment at night/morning but it was not a problem for us.

Amazing apartment. We loved the high ceilings and the windows across the entire living room. We are above tree line so the view is spectacular especially sun rise. The neighborhood is the best in CDMX. It’s away from the more touristy Roma and Condesa yet close enough for a short uber ride (traffic can be bad though). There are beautiful cafes, galleries and restaurants nearby. I was told it’s the “French Mexican” neighborhood and it complained why we see many very trendy and chi dressed. We loved our 10 day stay. Thanks for the beautiful place.

Fernando is a pro. Proactive, fast to respond, and relaxed. We asked for a delayed check-out to accommodate flight times and he quickly obliged. No faults to point out. Place was also cleaned again during the stay. It's clear he's a Superhost; easy to recommend to others.

The view at Fernando’s place is just magical. We also did enjoy the terrace a lot for breakfast. The appartment is very spacious in a nice building very well located. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need making long stay easy. Dona Ines who supervise the house is very nice and helpful. Really recommend the place

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Mexico City apartment for my birthday. The space is spacious, full of natural light and incredibly well-designed. The interiors are both tasteful and eclectic, with a curated art collection that made the apartment feel special. It was the perfect stay for my family: comfortable, stylish and well-located. Highly recommend!

Leon was super communicative and responsive. The space is really lovely with all the windows and open feel. Loved the neighborhood. It’s quiet and so close to the park.

It’s an amazing space and impeccable decorated. The living room with its huge floor to ceiling windows, beautiful artwork, architectural details and lovely plants made anytime spent at home-base for our trip lovely. The view is stunning and I will miss the late afternoons slipping into evening as the swifts pour out of the trees of Chapultepec park. Truly a one of a kind rental, and I look forward to staying there again the next time we visit.

We had a lovely time in this gorgeous, light-filled space. The apartment is in a quiet, tree-lined street but also on the same block as a great coffee shop and restaurants, and a short walk to the park, delicious bakeries like Saint, and the delights of Condesa. Fernando provided a cleaner, Señora Inés, who was lovely, warm, and helpful.

We had a great stay at Fernando's home. It was in a good location, only a few blocks from Chapultepec Park, with galleries and restaurants in the neighborhood and close to Condesa and Roma. The condo was very comfortable, had a magnificent view both day and night and interesting artwork and decor. We would definitely come back!

This was one of our most memorable experiences at an Airbnb -- and this is coming from someone who has stayed at over 100 airbnbs all over the world. It's a large, beautiful home a with a lot of character -- not your run of the mill cookie cutter apartment experience like most Airbnb's in CDMX. It truly felt like you were at home away from home. The house is filled with a lot of little artistic details, very comfortable, and in a wonderful location -- close to all the major attractions without feeling like you're in the middle of too much going on. The hosts were super easy to communicate with, very accommodative, and has a great housekeeper that came every few days to clean the space. Would 100% stay again if we find an opening!

This one of the best Airbnbs I’ve had the pleasure to stay I . Lots of room, comfortable, character, clearly someone’s home. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. The door staff were, Susie and Armando were really lovely and helpful. Dona Inez, the housekeeper was great and very considerate when we had a brief illness in our group. The area is close enough to everything without having to deal with all that comes with it. Will definitely stay here again the future!

Stayed a month at Fernando’s place. It’s so amazing and filled with a lot of charm. Nice walk or short Uber ride to all the happening places. Neighborhood is super safe. The caretaker, Ines is the best and really helpful. I highly recommend staying at his place if you’re planning on visiting CDMX!
