Me and my family stayed in Tom’s condo. It was 10 of us and all of us were able to sleep comfortably in the home and also have our own space. The condo was absolutely beautiful and so convenient that it was right off the beach. The host was amazing and very responsive. Me and my family are already talking about returning in the future. I definitely recommend staying here.

great communication with Tom. Very responsive on the few questions we had and a slight shower problem which got repaired the next morning. All in all we had a great experience!

My family and I had an amazing vacation days, the place was great, the amenities were awesome, the views of the ocean the sounds of the waves from the balcony where so nice. Definitely doing this trip back at Tom’s place!

Host was beyond great! Communication was instant and check in/check out was a breeze. We definitely enjoyed the location, views, and courtesy from everyone at the resort. We had the pleasure of enjoying all of the amenities available and I’m very thankful to have been able to check in early. Accommodation from a host is superb and strongly recommend this home to everyone visiting Pto Penasco. Everything we needed for our stay was available and having the entertainment inside the home was a major plus. It was a large group with mainly kids as this was a bday celebration for my 7 year old and having so much space really helped. We’re looking into coming back in October and this home is definitely at the top of our list to stay again. The bar and staff were amazing as well! And the courtesy food and drinks from Tom really jump started our fun weekend. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home! 10/10 all around. Using the stairs helped with all the tacos and hot dogs we enjoyed daily!

My family and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and everything was well organized and comfortable. The host was super nice, responsive, and made the whole check-in and stay really easy. They were very helpful whenever we had questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great host.

Tom’s penthouse in Rocky Point was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great, making it easy to enjoy the beach and nearby restaurants. Tom was responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience smooth. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

House is larger and more spacious than in pictures. There are good restaurants in the vicinity and it took just 5 minutes to reach these restaurants. I highly recommend this home. Expected heated swimming pool for the month of December in this resort and however pools are not heated. We had good time in hot tubs. Beach views are stunning from almost all the rooms. Tom was highly responsive and excellent host. I would again come back and stay at this home.

Tom had me feeling like my big brother owned the place! He made sure me and my guests were okay the entire time! Anytime i had a question he was quick to respond! We have had the opportunity to stay in these condominiums, and this has been the best of all, I liked the place, everything was impeccable, better than in the photos, the beds were very comfortable and almost all the rooms had a bathroom, it has everything, you will not need to bring anything, an excellent place to spend time with the family and enjoy the pools and beach

The stay at Toms was beautiful as expected! Tom and Tomas were very attentive in responding and caring for any concerns in a quick manner! The place was very spacious! Everything we needed to cook with was included... there were even chairs and a wagon to take the chairs to the beach. Everyone and I mean everyone were so kind on the property and extremely attentive. People from the restaurant on the property even ensured we were cared for while at the pool! This was an amazing first trip to Mexico! Celebrated my daughters 21st bday!!! Thank you for having us!

Great overall stay. Really liked this place. You don't realize how nice it is to have a pool table and foosball table until you get there and there is always something to do even if you're just hanging out at the condo. Host was responsive and flexible. Would definitely return.

This is a great unit to bring the family. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own area and still share a suite. located within the Las Palmas Resort there is plenty to hang out at the resort all day. the pool is great for kids and the beach is very enjoyable. the resort has security to feel safe in a popular Mexico Destination. I highly recommend coming to check it out. Thanks Tom

We had a great time here! Fit 8 people very comfortably. Pool table and foosball kept us busy while waiting on people to get ready. Furniture was comfortable. Grounds were very well maintained. Pools/jacuzzi were nice, slides were fun. Several restaurants in walking distance. Had a great time with Manuel at the Una Mas Pool bar (round building). We’ll be back for sure!

First time staying at las palmas but definitely not the last. Our kids basically lived on the water slides, perfect spot for our 2 families.

The place was amazing, the pool table was very nice to have for when we got back. It has great views of the Ocean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely place, all my family enjoyed the space especially having games (pool table ) accessible. I was pleasantly surprised how everything that you could possibly need while being on vacation was thought of and available to use. Very clean and updated, will definitely rent again.

Great stay and lots of space! There were certain rules at the resort that were somewhat difficult (no speakers by the pool and no pool toys)

Tom’s place is amazing. It was very clean a beautiful with a lot of space. Great for large families I went with a family of 10 and we fit perfectly and we still had room for a few more people . Perfect beach view almost every room was like a master room amazing kitchen you were able to cook. He has little things that you might need like knives spoons, and everything, also, he has a lot of supplies for the beach like beach chairs a little cart to push the things around lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets anyways, amazing I highly recommend it. Tom was very responsive and a great host . Thank you for having us

Great spot to stay in mexico! Great pools and a good happy hour drink special. Do not recommend the breakfast restaraunt at las palmas but everything you need is in your spot!

Toms place is great! Everything you would possibly need is there. The beach chairs, towels and wagon really came in handy. Place was spacious, clean, just as described. Tom is super friendly and responds quickly with clear instructions.

Host and Co-Hosts were very responsive and friendly! The unit was fully stocked and felt like home! Was perfect for our group of 10! Also had a great view!

Tom’s condo was just perfect for our trip. We had two families with teens and small kids traveling together. The place had great beds lots of spacious rooms and bathrooms. The whole kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of towels and blankets. The pool table and foosball table was an added bonus to entertain us. In addition the pools and beach were much fun. To top off service by the pool was great. We will definitely return!

I booked this trip for my first family vacation & needed lots of space. Man, did this place exceed expectations! There was so much room, 3 extra beds to sleep on and the amenities were fantastic. They opened a new upstairs bar by the pool “Uno mas”, with NON resort pricing! To top it off, it’s all natural ingredients & have so many games to keep everyone entertained. The manager Carlos is FANTASTIC, make sure to ask for him. Altogether, great place, awesome location & can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing stay during spring break. Our group had a lot of fun playing pool and foosball. The beach was very close and great restaurants/bars within walking distance. Overall we had a great experience!

From booking to checkout the communication was open and extremely responsive. The suite was just as pictured and described. Seven adults with personal spaces was a definite plus! 10/10 we would stay again :)

Very relaxing, perfect walk to beach, had everything I needed for beach/pool day, private and felt very safe. Beds are super comfortable. Close to walking shops and not far from Sam’s club for groceries.

Tom and Edward were extremely responsive. I had reached out to them before booking with a couple of questions and they responded within MINUTES answering everything. After booking, they continued being extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had leading up to the trip. Check-in was easy as well. We pulled up to the resort and the security at the front was able to guide us to where we needed to go, the front desk associates were very friendly as well and got us our wristbands and everything we needed. Upon our arrival, the space was clean and ready to go for us! The AC was ICE COLD the second we turned it on, and there were multiple Nest thermostats around the unit to adjust each section as we wanted. Having two refrigerators was a big perk as well. We had 11 people on our trip, so lots of waters, beverages and food was all able to fit between the two. The beds were super comfortable, and the blankets were so soft that I wish I could have taken them with me. 10/10!

Excelentes condos … We are a group of friends we had an amazing time in the facilities of the development. The condos are super equipped with many details. We were comfortable. Attentive at all times to clarify our questions. I definitely recommend it and we will be back.

We had a great time, kids loved the foosball and pool tables, ample space for our family and steps to the beach 🏝️!

We had 9 adults in our party and loved the fact that each room have a VERY comfy king sized bed for the four couples and a fantastic murphy bed in the common area. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the fourth bedroom has one just steps from the bedroom door. The kitchen is modern with everything you could need for a large group, including a second refrigerator which was a fantastic surprise! The other amenities like extra pool towels, a very nice BBQ grill, pool table, foosball, and countless other touches throughout the penthouse clearly take this accomodation to the next level. It certainly surpassed all of our expectations and we can't wait to stay here again and again. Tom and his crew were very responsive with their communication with us and even checked in with us via email/AirBnb during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at Las Palmas were also extremely friendly and helpful with any questions he had and/or assistance we needed.

The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Very spacious, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resort was right on the beach with a swim up pool bar, and there were several restaurants and bars just a quick walk down the road. Check in process was easy, and we were even able to check in a couple hours early. Couldn’t have selected a better place for the 11 of us!

Nice place and very clean. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. He even had some waters in the fridge for us. Pool table is a little out of whack but still fun.

The penthouse was beautiful, spacious, had great views, and amenities just as described + beach towels, chairs, wagon and cooler for the whole beach experience! Kid friendly resort. The beach area right in front of the resort had quite a few rocks, which made boogey boarding unsafe and required shoes for walking at low tide. Plus lots of vendors passing by all day. Overall a great stay, that would have only been better if the stretch of beach was nicer.
