We loved the cabin, the garden, the spectacular view, the spacious garage, and the good internet connection. Maria is an excellent host; she was always attentive, both at our arrival and throughout our stay. Definitely 100% recommended for a pleasant stay with your family!

Super attentive and friendly

We were very satisfied with the stay. Communication was the best. Maria was always attentive. The house delivers what it promises. Good cleaning. Good Wi-Fi signal. Very close to the square. You can walk there, but the house is on a hill and it is difficult for older people to walk there. When we go back to town, we will definitely come here.

I think the very best part about Maria’s place in San Sebastián was how wonderful Maria was. She was incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. The house is amazing, it’s tucked away with a beautiful view and absolutely perfect for a stay in San Sebastián. But honestly, when staying in a town as isolated as san sebastian, having a host like Maria makes all of the difference. I would stay in any airbnb she was hosting because of how attentive and wonderful she was. I would go back, and this house would be my first recommendation for anyone looking for lodging. Truly an incredible experience.

Wonderful stay. We loved spending the time in San Sebastián and exploring for 5 days. Great views from the house and comfortable inside. Maria was VERY responsive and helpful. We had a challenge with the WiFi from time to time but it worked out mostly. It’s a rural area but with a fun and lively town center

It is a house with a spectacular view of the mountains from anywhere, with all the comforts to enjoy and rest, fireplaces, grill, enough chairs, to enjoy a meal in the garden. With good internet connection. Large garage and a very warm, cozy, magical place. Impeccable cleanliness from the kitchen and all the sheets and blankets. Highly recommended and Lupita's service is very friendly and helpful, a great host.

The house is very picturesque and has a beautiful view. It's just a few blocks from downtown. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi worked smoothly.

This cottage is beautiful on the outside and inside , it also has everything you need to spend the whole stay inside it without having to go out too much . The location is very good as it is very quiet and has an unparalleled view of the village . Maria's attention was excellent . Definitely a place where I would stay again .

We had a great stay! Casa Sabino is lovely and very well maintained for its age. We loved having a wood fire in the evening for chilly nights. Would recommend!

Staying in this accommodation is like having San Sebastian projected in every corner of the house! Super comfortable, in a super quiet place, with easy access. You can walk to the square in less than 10 minutes (yes, you have to go down/up about 70 steps). The fireplaces were smoking properly, we never needed hot water, all the kitchen utensils were working at full capacity, super clean bathrooms and bedrooms, and above all incredible views! We'll be back, 100%!!

Maria’s cabin was beyond extraordinary! We were already charmed by the the pictures, but it’s something completely different walking through the front door. The cozy cabin was decorated top to bottom with Christmas themed lights, pillows, ornaments, etc. Which was a wonderful surprise during the holiday season! The host was pleasant and informative, and answered all of the questions that we had. The place features two furnaces, one in the living space and one in the master bedroom, keeping the house nice and toasty during the chilly mountain nights. The beds were comfortable and fitted with thick blankets and comforters that kept us very warm at night. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and a big jug of drinking water to last you through your trip. Overall, we were absolutely enchanted by Maria’s cabin, and will return for family getaways time and time again in the future. Thank you for providing a space to cement such lasting memories with family

The house physically exceeds the photographs, it is beautiful, it has a lot of space and I loved that they decorated for Christmas and it felt like a dream, my family and I were very happy 🌲❤️

I used it with my family at Christmas, we arrived and the place was decorated for the holidays, which I thought was a very nice touch. The cabin is nice and cozy, just as you see in the photos. It was clean and the host was always attentive. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

A cabin in the middle of the mountains with easy access, a spacious garage, and spectacular views!! The house is fully equipped with the best: a barbecue, fireplaces, they even leave you a load of firewood, a screen, internet, hot water, all the kitchen utensils, pots and Tupperware, and it's totally spotless! Plenty of tables and chairs! Ready to enjoy it! Lupita is very friendly, attentive and willing to help you enjoy San Sebas! A very cozy house! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay over more that i had expected I loved the fire place inside the room and in the living room we get to make marshmallow I love that they had already wood to make the fire Definitely one of my best places i have been 200% recomended

The entire stay was a pleasure. I connected with Lupita on chat and she sent me the map location, along with photos of how to get to the property. She met me upon arrival and opened the cottage up for me. I was traveling by myself with my dog, so it was a big house and I didn't need all the space, but I liked the look of the cozy cabin. The front entry door is incredible, obviously very old solid-wood door with an iron key. The windows frames and doors are all solid wood, and solid wood beams on the ceiling. It was so welcoming, it felt like the old ski cabin I grew up going to. There is a fireplace and wood for a fire. So although it wasn't super cold at night, it was very cozy to make a fire. There was also a big cozy blanket for the bed. There is everything you need for cooking, but you'll need to bring your own salt, oil, seasonings, etc. Internet and phone service aren't great because it's so remote, but you'll enjoy the views and amazing restaurants in town.

It was a good experience. The house is beautiful and even more of the view. The attention and communication was very good. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lupita is very kind, approachable and gives recommendations! It looked like an expensive place but has a lot of details, nice little corners, nice view, amenities walking down to the center of town that is very close without moving your car, I would just add a few extra blankets upstairs that my friends were cold ! But everything else was excellent. Their space keeps it nice and worth paying for the stay ! I love it and would recommend it... I've been in love with your home since I saw your photos

Very clean and peaceful cabin. Not to far from the towns center. Our host María Guadalupe was very helpful and just great all around to make us feel right at home.

Very nice place, well equipped kitchen, host was responsive, everything was clean and in order. Individual fireplaces in many rooms were awesome :) And great view of the valley. We came up as a 5-person group and there were separate sleeping spaces for all of us. Someone was waiting to let us in at arrival, answered all our questions and helped us get some firewood delivered. San Sebastián - like a lot of small Mexican towns - has issues with road signs, cell reception and popular map apps (what's listed as roads are actually foot/horse paths). We got a bit lost following the written instructions as a result, but the pictures were accurate so follow those. The host has no control over the level of ambient noise - there are roosters all over town and firecrackers during holidays - but fortunately all the windows & doors properly shut so the noise can be shut out fairly well. Would absolutely return!
