Really nice place! We enjoyed our stay a lot. The villa has a lot of room and is very clean. Monkeys pass by almost every day;) Roset was super helpful and a perfect host. Location was perfect for us. Its quiet but you are only 5min away from all bars and restaurants. I defently recomand this place

An excellent option with a fantastic location, close to everything and very easy to access. Just across the road, you’ll find the Mal País tide pools, which were a highlight and perfect for kids. Communication with the hosts was seamless; they were extremely responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay. The outdoor area is wonderful, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place.

We felt welcommed and verry attended to. Nir was super responsive and willing to attend to all of our needs. Almost felt like we were at a hotel. The house is beautifull, in a beautifull surrounding, verry close to the beach. A bit of traffic in front, but very quite inside. Serene environment with lots of wild life and monkeys guarenteed. Thank you for the stay!

Easy to access, right on main rd from Santa Teresa.Really enjoyed our stay, inside was spotless, we had a small issue with the outside covers but Nir fixed this immediately, very friendly. Beds were absolute luxury and Nir was on hand at all times to assist whenever we needed him. The only tiny drawback is the noise of trucks and motorbikes on the main road, no issue when we were inside but a little annoying outside. Loved 2x large flatscreens allowing us to chill in either room. Great outdoor space with beautiful vegetation allowing for plenty of monkey watching. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at casa Nirozet. Dreamy home close to the beach and very private pool. Loved seeing the monkeys all around the property. Concierge was extremely helpful with everything we need and helped us reserve a car and ATV and even a nanny. Five star and more overall.

Casa Nirozet was perfect for our family of 6. We especially loved the proximity to the beach, the functional kitchen, outdoor space for kids to play, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The hosts were immediately responsive and friendly!

Great area, not too busy and a great place to relax with the beach and the pool.

We had a great stay at Nir and Roset's place. It was a great location and it was so nice that there was easy access to the beach across the street. The house was as described and clean upon arrival. Communication with hosts was easy and they addressed the minor issues we had quickly. The concierge was great to work with as well and very responsive. I recommend this spot for a peaceful and restful vacation!

We had the best month long stay at Nir and Roset’s place! Both Nir and the property manager, Peter, have been the most responsive and accommodating hosts answering in the record time to any questions or requests we had. The place itself is very modern and spacious, surrounded by nature and monkeys that we got to see quite a lot. Having a gate and lots of parking was also helpful as at one point we had a car, a golf cart and an atv parked inside while still having tons of room. The complimentary cleaning was also amazing, and only required a one day notice. Having laundry on site was also a huge benefit for us as we stayed for an entire month, and based on experience of our friends not every place has this perk. The place also has a great location and a private beach access which was amazing. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation, and for better hosts. Highly recommend to everyone, and we wish we could have extended our stay! Thank you to Nir & Peter!
