We had a great time. The surroundings are quiet and everything you need is nearby.
Spacious place to go with the family and especially with children to play and be in the pool. We really liked the vaulted palm roof space.

We all loved the accommodation. It's an amazing place with perfect spots for photos!
The accommodation was nice, always with a timely response from the host and having a beach with very little traffic 3 minutes away was the best, as well as shops where we could buy everything. I only suggest a little more lighting in the grill and pool area, otherwise everything is very good and above all very safe.
It's a quiet place, with good spaces in the house and close to a not so crowded beach.
Roberto's house is very nice and comfortable, the beach is less than a 5-minute walk, Roberto was always attentive and Esther (the person in charge of the house) was very nice, attentive and a very good cook😋. My experience at Roberto's house was very pleasant, I'll be back again.
The place is just as it is shown in the pictures. Pleasant, spacious and generally good. For perfectionists, I would add that it is necessary to improve the showers in the bathrooms inside the house, little water comes out and you do not enjoy the bath, I also think that it would be very useful to have air fresheners inside the house, it smells like an enclosed place, the house is not 100% clean, you have to wash the dishes because they have dust, and they should improve the stove because it does not produce much heat and it takes a long time to prepare things. All observations are areas of opportunity to improve so that it would be 100% recommended. It's not bad, I would definitely go again, but it's important to say the things that could improve the place. The area is quiet, the beach is private, there are not many people and the pool is very good. It has plenty of amenities.

My accommodation was very nice, I enjoyed the stay because the house is very spacious and comfortable, the pool is very nice. I highly recommend the place, especially if there are several people. You can walk to the beach, the area is very quiet. I hope to return soon.

The house is very nice and thoughtful. Very good option if you want to rest since the house is in a remote place, easy to get to, there is a very well-stocked store a few steps away. The beach is a few minutes walk away away.

Everything seemed to me excellent, everything is well organized and although one of the rooms had no air conditioning the one with large windows makes the air flow. The pool was the best part of all.
The villa is wonderful, the garden is very spacious and the pool was the best! We really enjoyed it, it also seems like a safe area and Roberto was always very attentive to everything, the only thing I would add would be a climate in one of the rooms since they adjoin one with another (they share it) and there is no door, everything else seems like an excellent stay.
The place is nice, ideal to rest and the land is super huge I don't like that the main bathroom smelled like a pipe and although this closed the neighbor goes into watering the grass twice a day, in privacy there they fail because according to everything closed but a fard is jumped but this is nice the pool of very good size I recommend it

The house is big and nice, it was clean and the people who are there to help extremely friendly, available at all times, the food they prepare delicious, well the location of the beach, in general we liked everything and had a great time!

I think it is a house of no more than 8 people. i suggest they put towels for the pool and take out at least the garbage and clean at least every third day. sr. Roberto very . Excellent accommodation , the service , the location is very good , I consider that they only have a great defect, and it is that the photos do not do it justice , although it is as you see in the photos, being in the place is much better, everything is much better. A house where you won't want to leave. If you want to go out, it's a bit far, and there are few stores to buy groceries, but Ms. Esther's service is excellent.

I appreciate the flexibility of schedules, as well as the amenities of Mr. Roberto's house. It's a beautiful place for a few days of rest and tranquility. He is very friendly and always attentive to any setbacks that may arise, such as the refrigerator cooling. The nearest town is Casitas (25 min by car) and along the road there are several Oxxos, shops and restaurants. I would only improve the cleanliness of the countertop where the stove is located a little.

Excellent option to rest and disconnect from the daily routine, in a literal sense since the reception of the telephone services is limited in the area. The stay was very pleasant, however it can be improved in relation to maintenance. Attractive spaces in the garden and pool. The host and managers are very attentive to requests and very friendly when responding to them. The house complies with everything mentioned in the description.

A very comfortable house that has all the utensils for 12 people (large table, quite a few chairs, fans, dishes and up to 2 bottles of water) , you can have a lot of fun with your companions.

We have been renting this beautiful house for several years. Unfortunately, the price continues to rise while the service continues to decline. We are received coldly by the people who take care of the house. During the night, we were bitten by ants in bed. And we found several cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bedrooms, animal droppings outside, and a dead bird in the pool. For these reasons, we believe that the price is excessive for this rental, since the service is not up to the standard of this beautiful house. It's a shame.

Good afternoon,this is the third time we received Sylvain and family and I appreciate it,their reviews of the stay have been good and therefore they have stayed again..The previous occasions have been allowed to check in and check out at a more flexible time..In the latter the latter it was not possible and oddly your appreciation of the house is not the best..For my part I will be more supervising the cleanliness.

In my opinion, the house is better in person than in the published photos; I think the value for money is fair. The beach is very quiet and close to Gutiérrez Zamora, Tecolutla, and Casitas.

It is a beautiful property very well cared for and clean, spacious for families. The outdoor dining room is very nice, the pool is clean and very large, green areas very well. Fresh and well-distributed rooms. All amenities in good order. Very close to a clean and crowded beach as well as a clean river and warm water. Consider loud noise 24 hours a day. I exceed my expectations by far and I would definitely come back again. 😊
The care from the beginning is very good from the host. We arrived earlier and he allowed us to enter the house no problem, it's big, clean and everything in order. The beach is a few meters away, we ask for breakfast and food and everything was very rich :) a place that would be visited again.

Private very low key beach which was a great family get away! Recent rain brought in mosquitoes make sure you have repellent.

Everything was excellent. The only thing missing was a little cleaning in the bathrooms. The beach is very close, but it's not completely suitable for swimming. In fact, it's quite neglected. To get to Tecolutla beach is more than 40 minutes by car or by boat.

When handing over the house, the guest is shown to authorize if he receives it clean and in order, I don't know what happened this time..In how much to the beach, 2 days before his arrival a cold front came that carries major swell as well as beating attributed to the proximity to the Tecolutla river,probably reason for what it refers.. We wait for it on another occasion and you will notice the changes.

Excellent option to spend incredible days, the house is much better than what's shown in the photos. Very close to the beach, which is not so quiet for children—perhaps it's the season. However, you can get to any beach on the Costa Esmeralda very quickly, and the pool is also available with warm water at all times. Beautiful details and everything you need to feel right at home and be able to cook or simply relax. You can also ask for help from Ester, the lady who makes sure we don't lack anything. You don't need to bring anything except your suitcase with clothes and the desire to have fun.
