Our family of four, with two teenage boys, loved this apartment. Great location and spacious, clean, well kept, comfortable space. We could relax and even cook after a busy day touring the city. The complex has a gym, pool and doorman. No complaints and highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in several airbnbs over the years and Karen’s place has to be the best. She has a team that covers the communication, so there is always someone on hand to help. The place is elegant and new. There is also a team that is physically on hand 24/7 at the building. Everything is very secure. The location also is safe and fun. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the front door. Uber and DiDi are available within 2-5min during any time of the day. It’s an incredible spot to stay. There are great views of the city from all the bedrooms, but it’s also very quiet — even during high traffic times in the city/night. ‼️The air conditioning is a massive plus. There is a unit in EACH of the bedrooms AND a ceiling fan in each as well. This combination makes a huge difference in sleep quality for nights during the warm season. I will 100% book this spot again when I return to CDMX.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern and very spacious. Everything felt updated, from the appliances to the overall design and furnishings. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to explore in Mexico City. The front guard was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The apartment is just as described. It's very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and we had no problems. Karen and Arely helped us at all times. The building guards were very friendly at all times, and we enjoyed our stay very much. My whole family was very satisfied with the apartment. We definitely recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as advertised and had more than enough space for our group of 6. The unit was very clean, and Karen was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The building security and surrounding area made us feel very safe as a group of young women staying there. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

A lovely stay! The apartment was bright, clean & comfortable. The apartment complex had 24 hour security/front door attendant which was super convenient. The grounds were lush and well tended. The neighborhood felt very safe. Plenty of delicious restaurants and peaceful parks within a 15 minute walk.

Very comfortable for my in laws, my teens, my husband and myself. Having the A/C and the washer and dryer was so helpful. Great location by coffee shops, tacos, gelato, and markets. We also enjoyed the pool.

This apartment was very clean and spacious for us four friends traveling together. All of us got our own bed, the showers were always hot, and walkable to a lot of great restaurants in Roma and Condesa. If you planned to cook a lot, this may not be the spot for you as kitchen is stocked with just the basic needs. Overall, we loved our stay and would book again!

My group of 5 had a great stay at Karen’s place. The area is very walkable, near to tasty cafes, restaurants, and excellent shopping in nearby Roma Norte. The staff at the building were very kind, as were all the members of Karen’s team we communicated with. Check-in and check-out were super easy (no long list of chores to do before we left!) and all my questions (procedure for accessing the pool, where to put trash and recycling in the building, etc.) were answered expeditiously. The AC units in the bedrooms and the in-unit washer and dryer made it all extra comfy. One of my smoothest AirBnB stays in years, and such a great value for our group, coming from NYC! Would definitely stay at Karen’s place again.

We were a group of 6 people staying at the Airbnb and it was enough space for us all. The setup of the place is amazing and it is extremely close by to many amazing places. We reserved didis to come pick us up and it was never an issue. I love how private the place is and how secure it is. I highly recommend it! I shall be returning soon :)

Amazing location, the pictures taken are exactly how the apartment looked. The front desk was very helpful and the amenities of the apartment were great, playground for kids, pool, workout and spaces to go and relax. The apartment was very secure and each room/bathroom was clean and spacious with lots of closet space. Would recommend to anyone looking for a ideal location, safe and comfortable accommodations.

This is a spotless and ample gem in the Roma neighborhood. I put it in the top 2 of my Airbnb stays ( about 30 TL) and would def recommend and return. The host is very attentive and prepared the condo for our family of seven so we had everything we needed. Towels, beds, water. Great kitchen. The pool is a def plus and the washer and dryer saved us. Thanks Karen and cohosts for us providing a wonderful haven during our stay in CDMX.

Karen's place was perfect for me and my family during our week-long trip to CDMX. The condo is modern and clean, and has a spacious kitchen and living area to spend time in. The location is great - a grocery store and multiple cafes within three blocks, walkable to areas like Roma Norte and Parque Mexico (or a short taxi/uber away), and close to a Metro station and bus stops for easy access to transport. The 24-hour security guards were friendly and it was helpful to have since most of us arrived late at night for check in. Karen was also quick to respond via message to answer any questions. I'd highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was beautiful and safe, it felt very secure. It was easy to get into and looked exactly like the pictures. There were many places nearby to get food or snacks and it was very peaceful and calm. It was perfect for my family trip of 6.

Karen’s place in Roma Sur was perfect for our family vacation. The place was beautiful and super clean. Exactly as pictured in the photos. The A/C units worked perfectly. The common area was nice and big which made it comfortable for our family of five to hang out together in the evenings. The neighborhood was great -safe and super convenient to local spots and grocery stores. The security desk was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pool and workout room too! The kitchen was well stocked. Karen was super responsive and wonderful to work with. We’d love to stay here again on our next visit to CDMX.

Excellent apartment in an incredible location. 8 people fit comfortably and without problems. All very well equipped. It was also very helpful that the host's response time was very fast.

The apartment is lovely (just like the photos), very clean, in mint condition, and well-appointed. Having a pool was a great plus. And it is quite convenient to local transportation. Two minor drawbacks: the apartment faces a fairly busy road, which can get noisy; and the living room has a fan but no A/C (fortunately, the bedrooms all have both) so it can get warm in the afternoon. Overall, though, a great pick, especially because the host and co-hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Karen was easy to communicate with. Apartment was exactly as pictured with great amenities. We liked that there was a doorman 24/7 as well. It was mostly walkable depending on which neighborhood we wanted to see that day, but Ubers were easy to get when we needed them. We loved that they provided lots of hangers for our clothes, shampoo and body wash, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Having AC units and ceiling fans was a must for us, and that isn’t super easy to find in Mexico City, so that really sealed the deal!

Our stay at Karen's was great. It looks just like the pictures, spotless and well decorated and comfortable beds. The street noise was a bit too loud from the primary bedroom, but it's pretty common for Mexico City. The neighborhood felt safe, the supermarket is about a 5min walk. There are some places to eat around there, the neighborhood wasn't as lively as I had expected it to be. We went for a stroll one early evening and the streets were pretty empty and most businesses closed, after a 15-20min walk we ended up in a more lively neighborhood full of restaurants and a lively night life. Our overall experience was great, the apartment and grounds were amazing and would highly recommend it.

This was a great Airbnb! The area was perfect for anyone who is visiting the city, it was located in a safe area and near a lot of good restaurants. The cleanliness was spot on, as well as all the other amenities that were included in the apartment. Karen, our host was friendly, very flexible, communicative. I highly recommend!

This condo is spotless and beautifully decorated. The building is secure and offers amenities. We were very happy with the location but it is about a mile outside of Roma Norte. The street is quiet and is a cheap uber from the city center so this didn’t matter. Karen was incredibly responsive and friendly. I would stay here again and enjoyed the property and Mexico City.

Karen’s place was great and exactly as described! The flat is spacious and very nice, we were a group of five and had plenty of space both for socialising and enough privacy. The place is exactly like the photos, kitchen is well equipred and we felt right at home. Karen and the team were quick to reply to any questions we had and let us leave our luggage a bit longer in the flat which helped a lot with organising our last day in CDMX. The location is nice too, close enough to all the main places we wanted to check out. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend Karen’s place

The apartment was just like in the pictures, clean and very pleasant, the communication with the hostess was excellent, and we got all the things we asked for, the pool in the complex was cold and they couldn't spend much time in it, but other than that the experience was excellent and I'm sorry we couldn't stay a few more days :)
