I would not recommend staying here. The listing advertised a heated pool, but for the entire week it was very cold and unusable. The internet was extremely slow — not functional for basic browsing or streaming — which was very frustrating. We were also surprised by additional charges for extra family members, which felt excessive. During our stay, the host attempted to blame us for damage to an old toilet that appeared to be pre-existing. Frank also requested an additional 3,500 pesos during our stay. When I asked for an explanation, none was provided — I was simply told to forget about it. This made the situation feel unclear and uncomfortable. There are cameras on the property, and it felt like we were being constantly monitored. Overall, the experience felt stressful, with frequent communication focused on potential extra charges. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, and I cannot recommend this property or host.

Amazing little spot a short drive from the beach. Private little colonia. We absolutely loved it and are already planning our return.
