Ivan’s home is just what i was expected. It was private, cozy and safe. As a mom with a kid with autism. My kid felt right at home and safe. The outside landscape and pool was beautiful. We got to enjoy time out in the city, but we loved the fact that Ivan’s home had everything we wanted. Kids got to play outside on the backyard. My family was a group of 15 and it was a spacious home to fit us all.

We loved our stay at Ivan’s! The space was beautiful, relaxing, and very private, while still being close to the city and easy to get transportation. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Ivan!

From the beginning, I received immediate communication from Ivan, for our arrival, pending that the house was ready for us, the house in person is much more beautiful than what you see in photos, it has all the basic things for the kitchen, the pool is super clean, at some point the garage door got stuck and he attentively responded to what we needed with great kindness and fixed the problem instantly, with air conditioning, very clean, definitely recommended for a good weekend vacation...thank you!

This house exceeded our expectations! Ivan was kind and a great communicator. Laguna Shores is amazing as well and they had a really nice community pool area with a lot to do for the kids and a swim up bar for the adults. We would love to come back. Thank you!

Casa de Iván was wonderful , most of my family had not visited Puerto Peñasco so this place was perfect , property felt safe , we had our privacy , beach was walking distance and club house had plenty of amenities. The gym at the club house is very equipped. Property felt spacious , pool has a built in bar which was great and the grill was perfect for the carne asada. The city is only 10-15 minutes away which is a big plus. Ivan was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill and relaxing getaway.

Great place!

The property where the House is private, very safe and very nice. The house is perfect, very well maintained and the host is great. The only issue we had was that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the Patio, and the whole area of beach on the days we were there, the beach is too far away to see and it's super muddy and a little unpleasant smell so we couldn't enjoy the beach, maybe there are only seasons when this happens but other than that the House is 100% worth it We had a great time with the family and it has everything you need

Ivan was a great host and was always responsive! The house is a little far from town but in a great and safe community. The security was also really nice and helpful

Ivan and adrian were such an amazing people!!! We had trouble with our car out there and they were willing to help us out ... its a private community with many securitys so you feel safe staying there everything was really clean and the kitchen had all the utensils needed.. am so glad we had a great vacation with its amazing pool and barbecue i would stay here again..

We loved the house, very nice and it was super clean! Perfect for the group of families we stayed with! We were all very happy. It's on the outskirts of Peñasco, but you can get to the city in 15 minutes! Ivan was always attentive to what we needed We will definitely be back on our next visit to Puerto Peñasco!

Ivan’s house was a great space for my family & I. A very private setting with a lovely pool and backyard. We always felt safe and comfortable. Adrian was also a great help around the house when we needed him.

My family and I stayed at Ivan's beautiful house for a week. With 14 of us in total, this home worked great. This is a wonderful property for gathering, swimming and hanging out with your family and friends. With 5 bedrooms and bathrooms there was plenty of space for each and all of us. We enjoyed the great kitchen and dinning area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and spacious. We took a group trip and we were all super comfortable and relaxed! The home is within and a part of a resort, and it was a little further from town than expected!

Resort management super strict! Will not allow any visitors past a certain time. House is pretty distant from malecón and most attractions. Overall the house was beautiful and host is a very nice person. House is perfect for families that go to penasco strictly to relax.

I want to say that Ivan’s place was definitely a 10/10 definitely will be retuning . The house is very big , clean and modern. Pictures don’t do justice the house is 10 times better in person . Ivan was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend!

The gentleman that is in charge of having the house clean and gave us the keys and the whole run down , about the house. He was very helpful. We had a friend that had a blowout on his motorcycle and Adrian was very helpful to get him back on the road. Adrian is the gentleman that takes care of the property. Very beautiful house.

Ivan's house is a great place to spend a vacation with friends or family. It is a very comfortable, private place and has everything you need to spend a pleasant weekend. I will definitely be back.

Ivan was very responsive throughout my entire trip. Anything that we needed he made sure it was done in a timely manner. The house was spotless and accommodated for all 14 guest perfectly! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that has a large group!

Ivan's place was great and beautiful. The only thing was the cold water in the pool. But we still jumped in and enjoyed it! Had a great time!

Our group of friends has been coming to RP for over 10 years now and this is the best house we have stayed in yet! It was absolutely beautiful and had everything and more than we needed for a group of 12! The only thing we ended up asking for was more towels and to adjust the water heater. After that it was perfect. The beach was a little less exciting than we expected as it was almost a mile out when the tide was down. We ended up driving to sandy beach, and we had to drive to town for most activities which wasn’t a big deal at all! It was well worth it! Ivan was super responsive throughout the entire stay! We will definitely be booking again!

The home is beautiful and comfortable. I love that its a private area and the beach is close. Went there with my family for my bday and they all loved it.

This place is above and beyond on any place I've stayed. The house is beautiful and the outside court yard is amazing. There is one noticeable inconvenience, it is 15 minutes to get to town...but you get two things out of this, private area and super secure. Laguna Shores does have a private beach. No vendors allowed, which I prefer. Ivan is a great host and I highly recommend his place for future adventures.

Ivan has created a beautiful and peaceful place to spend time in Mexico. It is exactly like the pictures. We are a large family of 10 and we brought my parents and my son's friend and everyone still had their own space. The house was spotless and perfect. It is only 20 minutes from Puerto Penasco, perfect distance to not feel the craziness of spring break but close enough to get shopping or go to lunch or dinner. We also felt very safe with the security of the resort and distance from town. We will be back!
