Beach front home. Very clean. Host was responsive. Felt safe. House had cooking items and towels. Extremely beautiful beach front location with great sunsets. Overall great stay and comfortable home with all the basics. Would recommend.

This home is so wonderful. The place was very clean and breath taking views of playa pelicano. You can walk down the steps in the back and be at the beach in a minute. The beach has a few families there most days - the perfect balance of quiet but not too quiet. You can also walk to Mr fish taco or JJ's Cantina if you want food or drinks. Our host was super responsive and helpful throughout.

The house was beautiful and in a central location very close to the Malecon and the beach. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was nice!

Everything was great. Great place in every single way. We enjoyed our stay so much. Enough beds for everyone. Kitchen and living room felt like home. Probably tv in living room was a little too small, but we weren't there to watch tv. The place has a separate private room that would be great for a couple. Host was very gentle and friendly. 100% recommend.

This is a well appointed and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath private beachfront home with a secure locking, gated carport for 2 vehicles. This house has private access to a private beach and great views. The host was responsive, helpful and informative even readily accommodating our after hours arrival. The house has AC in every room, ample heat and a water dispenser. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We'll be back.

Felt like home. This house was very cozy and loved how private and secure it was. Host called to see at what time we would arrive and to see if we had gotten there safely. Made extra keys and delivered the next day. Also sent messages before arrival to make sure we had address of FMI location. Loved the home. Would recommend to anyone.

Great little place with direct beach access!

Beautiful views, incredible spot to watch the sunsets, excellent communication. FMI responded within in minutes. Location was great and walking distance to two great restaurants (Xochilts and JJ’s). We had a very quiet and peaceful stay in Cholla Bay.

The is gorgeous and space. the pool is amazing a lot of fun. I really appreciate bars the doors avoid kids outside. we have lil trouble getting help after hours first day but other than that everything good. the master and adjoining room didn't have hot water but was not really needed. the lighting crazy.. there are soo many light switches for all the different lights though the placement is crazy, like the dining table lights were in the living room, but still gorgeous decor. definitely will be coming back

We loved our stay at this property! There was 8 of us, 2 of which were children and we all really enjoyed ourselves very much. Pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s very clean, cute, and spacious! The steps down to the beach were a bit hard on my parents that are in their 50s and the patio furniture could use some updating as it’s falling apart but those things aside, it was such a beautiful house! The best sunset views in Puerto Penasco right from the balcony!

great beach house, superb host will be coming back again I'm already planning for next year's trip, love the beach access can't beat walking out the back porch and seeing the ocean every day we all loved our stay here
