Amazing home, very spacious and fully equipped. My family and I enjoyed Casa Maria to the max. The pool is beautiful, the outdoor seating area is great. The kitchen has all you can need to cook your meals, this home is located in an area where you can easily go to el Malecon 15 min drive or to the beach. Close to Costco and other grocery stores and restaurants.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. Zari was very attentive to all my questions, a great host

What an amazing experience in Puerto Vallarta! The house was beautiful, much better than the photos. Zarina and her sister provided us with first-class service, always attentive to every detail. Also, the complimentary treats at their family restaurant were a magical touch; they made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to reconnect with family and feel truly loved. We will definitely be back!

Excellent house, it has everything you need to have a fabulous family vacation, the house is very close to shops such as oxxo, eating, costco, I really recommend it to 💯 %. The hosts are very good waves, they respond immediately and are very attentive, I would definitely come back and recommend this house 😊☺️

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Maria. Our favorite thing about rentals in PV is outdoor space, and the private, outdoor space here is perfect! We were barely inside the house. The pool was amazing - we used it every day. The big table, sofas, and loungers outside were all in constant use. And, yes - the inside is gorgeous as well. The location is walkable to La Comer, Costco, a number of nearby restaurants - and we even walked to spots in Versalles and Cinco. Communication and hospitality were excellent!

This was our second stay at Casa Maria. All was as it should be with the home meeting everyone of our expectations. The neighborhood is quite, safe and very easy to get everywhere. The hosts and their staff are second to none, very responsive and courteous. We are so thankful for Casa Maria, our home away from home in Puerto Vallarta.

Our party of 6 loved our stay at Casa Maria! Plenty of room for us to hang outside, and the a wonderful kitchen. All the bedrooms were also very comfortable. Location of the house was great as long as you have a car to get around (but is easily walkable to supermarkets/restaurants/etc). Martin was always quick to respond with any questions we had.

Martin was an incredible host.. when our flight was canceled he helped us stay another night we would have been wandering the street at 10:00 at night if not for his help. The home was beautiful especially the pool area. A wonderful time was had by all

We would highly recommend this property and it’s Superhost for all those who are looking for a first rate experience. The property is in a quiet residential area (with all the normal noises) provides plenty of space for family and friends to spread out but also to come together for meals and socializing. The pool was refreshing on hot afternoons and the facilities such as outdoor washroom, showers etc really added to its use. We loved being able to grill outside, and the modern conveniences of the kitchen. Easy to get to groceries and necessities as well as dining and outings. Martin’s family home is a wonderful Puerto Vallarta stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the pool and patio. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and a large grocery store. Stay at Casa Maria!

This house was great. Was clean and has a pool with a waterfall. All rooms had A/C. Was close to various stores and shops. Martin was a great host and would help with anything you would need. Would highly recommend this house. Will be back in the future.

Beautiful, spacious home! In a nice neighborhood and about 12 minutes from the boardwalk. It was able to fit our large family of 9 comfortably. We loved the open indoor/outdoor concept. The pool was great! The only issue we came upon was the cleanliness of the pool bathroom but nothing major. Martin was a great, attentive host! Would definitely recommend booking!

Casa Maria is a beautiful family home hosted by Martin, an extraordinary Super Host who is warm and welcoming. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are spacious, lovely and well-furnished. The downstairs living areas are elegant but also very comfortable, as well as beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very functional, spacious and very well stocked with an array of dishes, glassware, utensils and serving dishes. Martin is an excellent communicator, dedicated to providing for his guests' every request promptly and efficiently. We loved our family time cooking, eating, laughing, swimming, napping - a perfect vacation, thanks in large part to Casa Maria's wonderful host, Martin.

Don’t think twice about booking just book it NOW. This home is very big and spacious. Martin the host was very honest, trustworthy, and helpful of showing us location to buy groceries or places to eat. This house is located in quit neighborhood felt very safe. The pool was the highlight of the house . The last day we decided to stay home and enjoyed the day grilling and swimming. Martin, also let us use beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The list can go on and on….of how amazing this house is.

This place is amazing. The house is beautiful, in a quiet location off the busy street, and the pictures are completely accurate. There was plenty of room for 9 people, and everything we needed was provided. Check-in was easy. Martín was always quick to reply, and was very accommodating with a later check-out time. We will definitely look for this house again the next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Martín was a great host. He was able to meet us at the house and go over important details about the house. Our group of 14 fit just fine in the house. The pool was clean and amazing to come back to after a day at the beach. Martin provided us with beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach as well as several recommendations on where we could go. I would definitely stay here again. Martin was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. An Amazing host for an amazing home.

Good place

Martin is an attentive wonderful host and great ambassador for Mexican hospitality! Our family loved staying at beautiful Casa Maria! The house is even better than the pics! Martin took care of our every need and offered us much appreciated advice on activities and where to eat. We hired the chef service he offers and he and chef Erica made us a fabulous 3 course dinner with drinks...we loved every minute of it! We wholeheartedly recommend booking here! Many thanks Martin!

Beautiful home!!! Martin is a very kind host and hospitable. We have great communication on recommendations. We had a blast at the pool, it's not too deep so it's great to hang out and relax. There is a delicious breakfast spot a 5min walk away, also a quick mart for drinks and snacks. El Centro is a quick taxi ride. Recommend getting taxi's number or walking 5min to the main street to hail a cab. Great location if you want to have privacy and have a large group staying. We were a bachelorette party and had a blast!

Our stay was THE BEST! The house alone was awesome and was exactly as described, if not better. The host, Martin, is GREAT!! Honestly you can place Martin in a shack and I’m sure you’d want to stay there too because he just makes you feel so comfortable and so welcomed. He made us feel like that was our home too. I know for a fact we will be returning to PV and this is our new go to home! The place was clean, super spacious and has a very calm vibe, it kind of makes you want to just stay in the house instead of going out. Definitely loved our vacay and staying here is a big part of why we enjoyed it. I really enjoyed being able to go to the beach all day, or being able to do other activities and then coming home to a nice private pool, Ordered some food and relaxed the rest of the night. Our day didn’t have to end because it got too dark to be at the beach.

By far. This is the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The location was excellent. The home itself was spectacular with everything you need. The most important part. The host was phenomenal. He stayed in contact with us to insure we made it to Mexico safe and without issue. He met us at the home and gave us a tour. He was such a pleasant person and easy to deal with. He made us feel at home. He insured our experience was the best. Our family thanks you for your hospitality. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Martín (and Casa Maria) enough. He was incredibly communicative and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. Not only did he cook us a three course meal on our last night (it was a special occasion), but he came by periodically to ensure we had enough water, towels, and supplies. He can help you find excursions and restaurants as well. The house was gorgeous, clean, and perfect for a weekend away.

We had the best stay ever at Casa Maria! This is a must stay, location was great. We used Uber & it was usually under $10 to anywhere we wanted to go. However, the house was absolutely gorgeous, so we spent a lot of time there. Everything was very clean, fresh towels & bedding as well as a true chefs kitchen with anything you need for gourmet cooking. Martin also provided drinking water- a lot of stays do not! We usually stay at resorts & that’s how this home felt- but better. Martin was the most wonderfully attentive host I have ever had on Airbnb. He was helpful & very kind. He made great recommendations, he was Covid conscious & followed every procedure. We feel very lucky to have met him & would absolutely stay again!

This was such an amazing house to stay in. Our group of eight people enjoyed this house thoroughly and we were very comfortable. The location is great, very close to all of the things to do in Puerto Vallarta. And the neighborhood is super! It’s a nicer, upscale neighborhood so we felt very safe. Our taxi rides into town we’re about 10 to 15 minutes and we’re under five dollars! The house is very close to a Costco and another large grocery store as well as a bunch of restaurants. The host was super responsive, and was very willing to give us suggestions for things to do. He was always a call or a text away.

This was an amazing place to stay!! Everything was so well, the pool, bbq area, the rooms! Everything was great and with lots of room. Martin was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. Def. Recommend!

Casa Maria was more than we expected! It was spacious for our family vacation. We loved the pool for late night swimming and family memories. Close to everything (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) Martin is an attentive host and gave us excellent recommendations to restaurants and sites (Mexico Latte, fabulous food) His family owns it and you will definitely not be disappointed. Martín was an amazing host. He was very attentive and responded quickly. He gave us awesome recommendations and even booked a sailboat for us, which I highly recommend. The house is an older home with lots of character. There is AC in all the bedrooms but not in the common area, so if you don’t like heat this may not be the place for you. We rented two cars and parked them easily at the house. The house was located in a great area with lots of food and shopping options and only 15min away from the romantic zone and hotel zone. I would definitely book this place again mainly because the host was just that great. Ps: stay away from the strip clubs unless you want to go broke 😂

Have a good stay

Martin was an absolutely amazing host. The house was absolutely beautiful with a great pool. The beds were very comfortable, house was very clean, and the amenities were fantastic. The location is perfect and very close to anywhere you would be visiting. We had a car but also took an Uber to the Malecon one night and it was only $80 pesos. Martin shared his family had a restaurant and let me tell you this is absolutely a MUST. We have been coming to PV for years and this was one of the best places I have ever eaten!!! Food was amazing and the service was impeccable! Definitely try it and have a delicious meal, we ate here twice!!

The house is espectacular! It does not I have air-conditioning in the bottom part of the house but the pool helps you stay cool. Really good and affordable restaurants near by. We really took advantage of the outside kitchen, grilling, when the kids were in the pool. I would definitely stay there again!

Martin’s home is even more beautiful in person then in pictures. Great area really centralized, great quite neighborhood. And to add the cherry on top Martin him self is very polite very helpful genuine person. He made us feel like family borrowing his home not like a host renting us his home. If I could give his home and him self more the 5 stars I would. Asta la próxima Amigo Martin.

Great place!!! I recommend it immensely! About 15 minutes to Playa de los Muertos, very peaceful and quiet place at night. It's about $150 pesos in taxi from the airport to this place, timewise about 15 minutes, try to get a taxi that can move you from place to place, if you give them $20 to $50 pesos in tips, they will give you their phone number to schedule and move you from place to place, don't pay more than that because they tend to charge you on the way you look only, not a set price. always negotiate. Martin recommend me to a boat guy that gave us a tour from Bahia Tomatlan to many secluded little beaches, very nice experience all the way to Yelapa. Take an Ice chest on this trip! Overall it was a great experience! Book it now!

Martin was great! He made the check in process a breeze, he recommended great restaurants in the area and the house was perfect for a group of 8 adults. Stores like Costco, and El Comer were within a 10 minute walking distance. We really enjoyed a cafe(Malibu’s Cafe) that served great breakfast only a 5 minute walk from Martin’s place. The house was big and very homey, we used the BBQ one day and made carne asada and enjoyed our time in the pool. If you’re looking for a place close to shopping centers, restaurants and within a 10 minute Uber/taxi drive to “el malecon” then look no further because this is the house.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MARTIN 'S HOUSE AND FAMILY, THIS SPECTACULAR AND SUPER WELL CARED FOR, IN ADDITION TO COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS. MARTIN 'S ATTENTION WAS EXCELLENT AND I RECOMMEND A BOAT TOUR WITH LUIS AND IT WAS TEN! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My family and I had an incredible time we enjoyed the pool very much. Although, the pool is not heated the sun warms it up enough for it to be enjoyable throughout the day. Martin and Veronica were very nice and attentive as my family and I arrived we were greeted by Veronica in which she showed us the home and to see if we had any questions. The house is located in a very chill neighborhood it is not a gated community but the house has great security (doors/gate & electric wiring). Last thing I would mention which was questionable was that the owner came by during our stay twice to do pool maintenance which should have been done before our arrival I would say. But other than that I loved and enjoyed my stay.
