We stood at Jacksons over the weekend and we had a great time. It is a very nice house, the wind comes in perfectly and makes it very enjoyable inside even in the hottest season of the year, it has balconys all over and the kitchen was great to cook in with the whole family. It was really easy to find and very close to guasacate and popoyo beach, only a few minutes drive. the communication was easy and we received great help in everything we needed. Overall we had a really good time.

Super nice place to stay. I was here with my girlfriend to try out our first week of workation. One of the most important things for us was a stable WIFI connection. In our experience, the WIFI began working at 7/8am. Since we began working at 5am we had to bridge the gap with mobile internet from our Nicaragua SIMs which was not a problem, but maybe good to know for you. The housekeeper Ernesto lives next to you and was very helpful regardless of what I asked him. Only two things to make it an even greater place to stay is to step up the dishes game, maybe some bowls, some bigger coffee cups and some glasses. When we arrived there was only one glass left because the previous guests broke two. I accidentally broke the last one and I do see the irony here. Secondly, there was no mirror in one of the below bathrooms. Other than that, really great place! If you don't have a car, you should organize yourself a motor bicycle or similar to get around.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful private house with our family of four. The house is spacious, with a beautiful view, green surroundings, but can use a little upgrade. The only thing that we weren’t aware of is that the bedrooms aren’t connected, and are only accessible from outside the house. Perfectly fine when you’re staying with a group of adults, but for small children not that comfortable (we decided to move the matress and created a sleeping party in one of the bedrooms). To get around in town and get to the house you definitely need a car.

the place is very quiet and safe with an impressive view and the house is very nice with a spacious kitchen equipped , if you had more utensils it would be perfect,but you can spend a couple of days without problems, definitely recommended.

Really beautiful apartment, in a prime location, breathtaking view, fully equipped kitchen and very equipped with full toilet large and comfortable rooms The late ones are amazing and are available at all times and help with everything We really enjoyed our best in the future recommended in the highlands

We stayed for a month at Vista Popoyo with my girlfriend and truly had a great time! Please consider that a motorcycle is needed to move to Popoyo or Guasacate. The equipment in the kitchen is also rather rudimentary if you plan to stay for a longer period of time. Other than that, would really recommend it!

My partner and I stayed here and worked remotely for 2 weeks. Overall, it was a great experience with great communication from the host team. There were little things that the house was missing when we arrive, but they were quickly brought to us. The WiFi held up fine for working outside of the few times the power went out which is to be expected in an area like this. It is very rural so you DEFINITELY NEED A CAR even if you just want to go to the main town area (which is basically just 1 small street). The views are amazing and you feel like you are really out in nature - but with this you get lots of little bugs and creatures coming out at night. This was fine for us, but it's just important you know what you are getting into. The area is very safe and the bedrooms were comfortable especially with the AC. The house is really good with the chance to be great. I wouldn't hesitate on booking this place as it's probably one of the best you will find in the area.

It is a quiet and clean house. It is close to the beach and the breeze from the mountains is good. I want to go back on my next trip. Highly recommended.

A big warning! 1. Location: Make sure you understand the location. It is pretty far from any place you want to go like a restaurant, food store- even taxi service is not readily available. 2. The place is not well prepared for guests to arrive. Only two glasses for 4 of us. Only two chairs in the balcony. Too few things found in the cabinet that we can use for cooking and plates, etc. No salt, pepper or oil as promised in ad. No breakfast (We do not have enough to cook with and with no restaurant around. Very disappointed.

Jose we are very sorry we missed out on 2 glasses and the salt, oil and pepper, as soon as you told us we went the next morning to complete this but you already wanted to leave. Also we didn't know you needed special assistance because you where deaf. The house is in a super nice and quiet place, you need a car to get to restaurants which are 10 minutes drive, as well as the beach and groceries stores. We assist every need guests have like a need of food delivery or a taxi, we have many contacts of everything! you just need to ask for it :) Still very sorry and provided you a full refund. Thank you for your suggestions and recommendations we already complete those for the next guests, hope you are doing good, Best regards.

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Popoyo! The location is beautiful and secluded. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and entertaining, the outdoor spaces and open concept windows/sliding doors make for a very comfortable space. You definitely need a moto/car to stay here but if you have that location is great.

Very nice clean and modern house. AC in the bedrooms made it comfortable at night. Breeze through house in the day with giant sliding doors. Very open floor plan. Amazing view.
