WOW -- this place is an absolute GEM!!! I booked this place for my sister's bachelorette for 8 girls and we couldn't be happier or more thrilled with this breathtaking villa. The casa itself was gorgeous and even better than the photos. The outdoor / indoor feel was very clean and inviting and cozy, and we just loved hanging out at the home. We felt extremely safe and secure in this location, despite being a big group of women travelers. The hosts went above and beyond in helping us arrange golf carts, airport transfers, and private chef dinner. They were extremely available, kind, and helpful. Lastly, this location was just top notch. It is a 10 minute walk from town or a very fun golf cart ride. 10/10 would recommend in a heart beat!!

One of the most impressive AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. Patrizio was friendly and responsive, and Ernesto, the house manager, was very attentive. The home itself is stunning, with incredible views and well-appointed rooms. The cleaning staff coming daily is a huge plus, especially for larger groups as the property is maintained almost better than any hotel. The maids also can cook dinner which was awesome. We loved our stay here and will be back soon!

Don't think twice about renting this house! It was out of a dream. The architecture is absolutely stunning (coming from an interior designer). The rooftop has views of the ocean and is one of the highest points of any nearby structures. Each room has it's own bathroom and the rooms are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The pool provided some shade which was welcomed as it kept the water cooler. House is walkable to the town via a quick walk. We enjoyed the quiet setting that was close to a vibrant area. We rented this property with their other property- Saturno - for a large group of 13. It was great to have the two connecting properties which can be opened via a gate. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. Hope to come back some day!

This stay was so peaceful and incredibly spacious. We loved the peaceful and roominess of the space. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Casa Dos Chicos was dreamy and we hope to be back some day! It’s even more beautiful in person and we had just as much fun lounging at the pool as we did at the beach or in town. The house manager Ernesto helped us with organizing a chef to come, getting golf carts, and grocery shopping. Highly recommend!

Amazing place!

Casa Dos Chicos is stunning! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and I loved the open air (palapa roof) top floor where there is a kitchen, dining area, and two "living room" areas that were beautiful. Lots of room to hang out and a Great view!

Absolutely fantastic, perfect for friends / couples traveling together. The decoration and art in each of the rooms was beautiful and thoughtful. 10/10.

I stayed at Patrizio & Mark’s space for my birthday with a group, and upon arrival, it was more than expected! Even though the listing photos are spectacular, they don’t even do it justice. The views, location, ambiance and staff are exceptional! I would absolutely return to their space and Sayulita in general. Amazing!! Thank you for making me birthday even more special!!

There are no words for the beauty and magic of this place! I came here for my bachelorette party and my group got so much good use of all the common spaces and amenities!! •We thought not having central ac would be bad, and though it was a bit warm at night we were all able to sleep comfortably. •Ernesto, the house manager, was available to come by at a moment’s notice via text or email if something was going wrong! He was great. •The views, the pool(s), and the interior design are all even BETTER in person than in these photos! • we ended up not renting a golf cart which was totally fine, but we definitely burned off all our tacos by walking up and down that hill that leads from the center of town to the house every day. Need to be able bodied to do it!

Such a beautiful stay! The views are incredible and the decor beautiful. We chose to breakfast each morning and delicious welcome guac made by the super sweet and caring ladies who look after the house. Ernesto helped us arrange everything we needed and we were fully able to relax. Can’t wait to come back!

This house is beautiful and such a magical experience to live so connected to the outdoors. The view was awe inspiring and there were so many places to take a nap.

A sprawling villa on a gorgeous road, close to town. The epitome of indoor/outdoor living. Luxurious bed sheets and a warm pool. Would definietly stay again.

All I can say is WOW! We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party at the end of October. This place is an absolute show stopper - beautifully designed and located. We were close to everything and still had a private space. Ernesto (the house manager) was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our stay. He helped get us book a private chef (highly recommend, she was so sweet) and transportation to/from the airport and golf carts around town. There is a maid service that comes most days to clean up and bring towels. The only thing to note is the kitchen sink doesn't drain very well but I think that's expected (just don't dump food down it). Shampoo and conditioner are provided, just bring your own body wash. Truly a magical stay. I cannot WAIT to book again.

Wow. That's all I can say. We stayed here for a week and the experience was just perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough + the Whatsapp communication for all services was also perfect.

Yeah, it's just as nice as the pictures make it look -- actually better. It's a great place and I had an incredible stay here. Really loved it. Very convenient to downtown Sayulita. At any house like this, there are always little things that creep up over time and the difference between a good stay and a great stay will be the house manager. In this case, Ernesto -- he did a great job and stayed on top of all the small requests we had along the way to make it a truly nice vacation.

This was our second stay at the Casa Dos Chicos and we can't wait to come back!!! Breathtaking views of the ocean, tropical swimming pools, incredible over sized rooms, and a delightful staff cooking all of our meals! Nothing more we could ask for... It was a glorious vacation!!! One we will cherish for years to come!!!

highly recommend! our family had a wonderful time & the house was just perfect! I would say we had our highly rambunctious toddler with us and it's not the best house for very little mobile ones with the multiple levels and the floors are slippery when wet upstairs Hosts were quick to respond and kind, house manager was very helpful in getting everything setup for our stay including golf carts and groceries. The cleaners cooked breakfast for us every morning which was a really nice amenity so we didn't have to rush out the door with 4 young kids. Would love to stay again :)

We loved this place. It was soooo beautiful and well curated. Excellent location. The memorably especially for my children was Abby the cook and her mother Angie and their children. They were so wonderful and truly hospitable. My children were very sad to say goodbye to them. Their food was lovely, simple and healthy, just like home cooking, which for me is the most ideal. Truly, it was a beautiful experience.

One of the most beautiful and unique homes I have ever stayed at. The location can't be beaten, just a short walk up the hill. I highly encourage renting a golf cart which the house manager (Ernesto) can help set up. I would rent again in a heartbeat and can't wait to visit again.

Wow just wow! The pictures are incredible yes, but you really have to come here to experience the full beauty! Patrizio was super accommodating and responsive leading up to our trip which was our honeymoon. And Ernesto the house manager was fantastic as well. From arranging the airport transportation *this is a must* to massages and horseback riding which we also highly recommend. Both fantastic experiences. The walk to town is 5 minutes and super easy to get to. Have a few drinks in you to make the walk back better. The cleaning staff and Gardner were so friendly and you feel so safe here and in town. Also- request the chef her food is out of this world. As far as in town we highly recommend El Itcate- El Tiburon for drinks and appetizers the owners are great! Yah yah for breakfast is also fantastic if you want to start your day off a little healthier. We would definitely stay here again and hoping to experience their other properties in Italy next year! Do not miss out on this beautiful and perfect location- you won’t want to leave.

This is our second stay at the owners Sayulita property. We loved Saturno and Zour recent stay at Casa Dos Chicos was incredible. The layout of the home is amazing. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the common areas are out of this world. I highly recommend this property. Patrizio and Mark are tremendous hosts with impeccable taste. Their Sayulita properties are second to none.

An incredible option for vacationing in Sayulita. It has everything in perfect condition and offers unique privacy. We will definitely visit again.

Casa Dos Chicos was an incredible house with gorgeous decor and arguably the best location in town. I’ve stayed in the area 6 times now and this was by far the best and most luxurious experience. Ernesto, the house manager was very helpful, and the housekeepers/gardener were courteous of our group. Can’t recommend enough :)

The hosts were so great, the house manager was incredibly friendly and always available and helpful, and the home itself was beautiful and full of so much character! It was walking distance to the center of town and beaches but far enough away you don’t hear the noise of the nightlife. The views are insanely beautiful and it was the perfect retreat. Would definitely come back!

It was one of my nicest home vacations due to the incredible views and spots from the house. Both pools are amazingly comfortable, in such a way that you can spend all day inside and have a great time

This is a stunning property! The entire place is beautifully decorated and has an insane 360 degree view of Sayulita, the ocean and the valley. We had a fantastic time staying here. Some highlights: -The property is very close to the main square in town and easy to get to. -The amenities at the property are fantastic - a plunge pool on the rooftop that's heated at night, and a large pool surrounded by some very impressive landscaping. -The rooms are large and private with ensuites in each. -We felt very safe staying here with a locked gate and security staff.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb experience I've had to date. I've stayed in wonderful homes in the past but this one was exceptional. Patrizio and Mark have thoughtfully designed and curated every touchpoint, as well as anticipating any and all needs. From the pick-up at the airport to our first meal with a private chef, they were available to help us plan all the things we may need. The location can not be beaten - you can easily walk into town or just enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the mountain and ocean.

A stunning property! Like having a five-star resort all to ourselves. We cannot wait to return.

We went to Sayulita for the first time with our three daughters and their signifant others for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were were so excited about the house when we saw the pictures on Air BnB, but were blown away when we arrived and saw it in person. It exceeded our expectations! The attention to detail was amazing. We enjoy getting exercise so loved the walk back to the house from the beach, and the town square. Having a pool at the house was perfect. We think the view from the house has to be one of the best views in Sayita. The gardener and the cleaning staff were friendly, accommodating, respectful of our space, and did an awesome job. We had the cleaning ladies cook for us one night and it was a very memorable evening. The dinner was delicious, and so well presented. We cannot wait to do it again!

We an not recommend this property enough. Perfectly set up for a group of 8 adults, with too many communal spaces to choose from. A true gem, hard to leave.

Casa Dos Chicos was a stunning property with beautiful decor. We loved having the kitchen to cook at home when we didn’t want to head into town. It was very spacious and perfect for our group of 7. I would recommend staying here if you are looking to be a 5 minute walk to town, but away from the hustle and noise.

Wowowow, casa dos chicos is probably my favorite Airbnb that I have stayed in. Such a unique, and beautiful space ! I loved waking up before sunrise, making coffee and sitting up top to listen to the ocean and watch the sun come up. It was such an easy/quick walk in to town or beach which we loved and on days we stayed around the pool, it was so relaxing. The design in every room is gorgeous and I would highly recommend any friend to stay here!

Patrizio & Mark’s house is the most beautiful house and the best Airbnb that I ever met. The architecture of the house and the views are stunning!!! Watch the sunset from the living room/roof top is an unforgettable moment. The decoration is perfect and harmonious, everything is very clean, the pool is big (better than looks in the photos) and the beautiful garden have a great maintenance. Also the location is very good (5min walking from the center and 7 min from the main beach). With a house like this, we didn’t want to go out :) congratulations Patrizio & Mark for this incredible house!!!

This place is over the top! Even though the pictures are incredible, they still cannot do this place justice. The ocean views are some of the best we’ve ever seen! The private pool and rooftop plunge pool are phenomenal!

Stunning View - Very nice house with detailed furnishings. Walking distance to the center. All in all a great place for staying in Sayulita. The house was totally clean and exactly as per the pictures. Highly recommended!

Our group of 6 had an amazing time at Casa dos Chicos! The views alone made the entire weekend worth it. We especially enjoyed the open-air kitchen with breathtaking views of the coast and the lush hills. The unique set-up of the house was perfect for our group, as each room was private and included its own bathroom. There are quite a lot of stairs, but that did not bother us. The private pool and hot tub were enjoyed multiple times a day. We chose to walk the

This was the perfect place to stay in Sayulita! It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the middle of town and the beach! We got 2 massages because they were SO AMAZING! HIGHLY recommend this place to any and everyone.

Place was absolutely amazing! Pictures don't even do the place justice. It is a very close walk into town (10 min), although easier downhill then up, we walked it through our whole stay. They will arrange golf carts if needed for you. Views, rooms, kitchen, pools, were perfect! Felt very safe and neighbors who live around neighborhood would very pleasant and helpful.

Patrizio & Mark's place is an absolute STUNNER. Everything was designed perfectly, each person had their own bathroom and some rooms had extra bed areas. The view from the open air living air is amazing, we opt'd to watch the sunset from the roof instead of the beach, were the sunsets are perfection! We ended up like true gringo's and rented a couple of golf carts that Ernesto arranged for us. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed and the house was fully filtered water. They have a couple properties that make up the area, we plan on renting one of the bigger ones next time, those also have A/C which will be helpful should we decide to bring the pup next time! Couple of (first time visitor) pro-tips outside of Patrizio and Marko's house: check out he hookah bar with the swings, Yolanda the chicken lady is down the alley from her and across from the tequila bar is the french bakery with the best chocolate croissants. Oh and for breakfast, find Maria's, on the right before you cross the bridge.

Amazing house!!! to stay with friends, family or as a couple. The house is much better than the description, everything is very clean, the layout is excellent because each room has privacy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the owners very clear and fast, as well as with all the staff that work for them. It has incredible views of the sea!!! I adore her terrace!!!! 100% sure we'll be back. This home is a fairytale come true. It's truly the most beautiful home I've ever stayed at in Mexico. The views are spectacular. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. Having the living areas and kitchen open-air on the roof is wonderful. The grounds are truly lovely - tons of mature jungle landscaping, flowers, fountains, and beautiful tiny courtyards. The pool is the perfect size and it's so nice to have it heated so that it's pleasant on cool mornings and evenings as well as the day. Ernesto, the house manager was incredibly responsive and amazingly helpful. The cleaning / cooking staff was wonderful and it was SO nice to dine at home enjoying the views. Can't recommend this home more!

Patrizio was an amazing host. He was very easy to communicate with along with his house manager Ernesto. I have already recommended his place to another friend for his trip to Sayulita! I highly recommend staying here. I've stayed in Sayulita numerous times and this was my favorite house hands down.

Our stay in Sayulita at Casa Dos Chicos was amazing! We had a total of 8 people (4 couples) and we all had our own private rooms with HUGE comfy beds. The home was incredible and so well designed. The outside kitchen (covered roof) was a dream to hang out in, cook in and play games around the giant dining table. The outside living room was lovely and comfortable and has a hot tub overlooking the entire city/jungle/ocean. It was especially cool when the thunderstorms came through ;) It was a quick 10minute walk to downtown Sayulita where there was amazing food, beaches, night life and exploring. Patrizio was very accommodating and super quick with his response to my questions. He helped us get in touch with Ernesto who takes care of the house and organizing everything for you. Ernesto was SUPER quick to respond to any and all questions or requests we had. He helped us organize the transportation from the airport and back, help us book massages at the house, and gave us awesome information on where the best beaches were. We felt very safe, the neighborhood was super cool and very nice. The house is up on the hill so you can see the beautiful view of the jungle for miles around. The pool was one of my favorite parts to the house, perfect temperature, very clean and a nice break from the very hot weather!

Casa Dos Chicos was everything I was hoping for and more! Patrizio was quick to respond and very accommodating from the very first email. The house is simply stunning. The views are spectacular, the rooms are comfortable and hanging out in the outdoor kitchen and living room was incredible. There are some bugs and you hear nose from the town eco through the hills, but that didn't bother anyone in the slightest. I booked the house for my boyfriends 40th - we had two other couples come and everyone really enjoyed the house. Ernesto, the house manager, is beyond accommodating. Upon arrival he gave us a tour and had a golf cart delivered so we could get around (this is necessary as the house is on a hill). He also arranged for us to have massages on the roof (which is highly recommend to do at sunset) and arranged for Maga, the woman who tends to the home, to cook us dinner, which was absolutely delicious. Maga is there everyday cleaning, so you have fresh towels and a nicely made bed every evening when you get home. She and Ernesto work really hard to make sure the guests are comfortable. The town is also great - its literally a small square with bars and restaurants right on the beach. The main beach is a little touristy, so make sure you take your golf cart to Muertos beach, which is basically empty. I was really nervous booking this trip because it was such an important birthday for my boyfriend and we all could not have been happier. I will absolutely go back again!
