Our experience at this stay was wonderful. From the first moment we found a clean, comfortable and very nice place, ideal for relaxing and enjoying peacefully. The facilities are well maintained and you can see the care in every detail to make guests feel at home. What made our stay even more special was the attention of Mrs. Mary, an incredibly friendly and attentive host who was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. Her warmth made us feel welcome at all times It is a place to stay that not only delivers what it promises, but exceeds expectations thanks to the dedication and hospitality of its host. We highly recommend it and would definitely be happy to come back.

Our stay was great! Paco was very attentive and aware of our last-minute arrival. We were more guests and Paco was flexible, giving us all his support. Upon arrival, Mrs. Mary greeted us with a very friendly service and a very nice personality. She was always attentive to our stay for anything that was offered to us, as well as recommendations she made to us near the place to make purchases. The house is very nice with a good presentation and taking care of every detail of the view, as in the photos and the cleanliness is super perfect. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home, everything was great and very comfortable, we certainly hope to return soon, 100% recommended. Excellent service! Mrs. Mary was always attentive to what we needed, very friendly and helpful. The house is very spacious, impeccable and clean. Very close to the cathedral, a 5-minute walk, no need to take any transportation. I'll definitely be back. Our stay there was very good and quiet. I recommend it 100%

Paco and his family were always very attentive, cordial and friendly, always attentive to anything that was offered: amenities, hot water, bedding, parking, etc. The stay was very pleasant, my family and I felt right at home, I would definitely come back on my next visit to San Juan de los Lagos. The apartment is as shown in the photos and its location is very accessible to get to, in addition to being close to the cathedral.

Our stay was perfect!! Paco was always ready for our arrival. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mrs. Mari, who is an excellent host, with a very nice personality!! The house is very spacious; the presentation of each space and the cleanliness are aspects that the hosts take very seriously, from the choice of pillows and sheets, to making it as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent, very close to the cathedral, just a few minutes walk. In conclusion, it is my family's favorite place and, of course, mine, to stay in San Juan.

Excellent stay, nothing more to add, we would return without problems. Just as a safety recommendation for visitors, and I know Paco will improve, I suggest putting anti-slip tape on the stairs, since they are a bit slippery due to the type of floor, and since everything is monochromatic it would be a simple way to see the steps, and thus avoid an accident. It is worth mentioning that I am a doctor in charge of industrial safety and well I noticed that, regarding the attention with Paco and Mrs. Mary, it was a pleasure to meet them, always kind in their dealings

Excellent stay. We were 6 adults, 1 child and 1 baby and since we arrived they treated us very well. Communication with Paco the host during the stay was very good since he helped us with any questions we had and we also had our privacy.
