Beautiful and comfortable place to gather with family!

After spending more than two weeks here, we feel uniquely qualified to say this is one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. This home is thoughtfully designed and well maintained, incredibly well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen exceeded our expectations, EVERYTHING you could need salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, etc. House is cozy and comfortable! The beds, bedding, pillows, linens, and towels all excellent, the showers had fantastic water pressure and hot water, and many amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Washer and dryer worked wonderfully. The outdoor spaces are memorable: peaceful fountains, beautiful views from the rooftop plus cozy beds—a true oasis. The location can't be beat - easy walk to town, quiet and peaceful. Very safe and secure - alarm and overall property. The staff is unbelievable -best we've ever had, responsive, kind and thoughtful management. Martine and the staff were magical! We can't wait to return!

Casa Trebol was the perfect house to host my family during my wedding weekend. The house was spacious, super clean and in a perfect location (very easy to walk to the Paroquia). My family traveled from abroad and really enjoyed their time in SMA and the stay at Casa Trebol!

Great spot for a wedding weekend in San Miguel! Very walkable. The twin bedrooms are on 3rd floor, have to take 2 flight of stairs. Location is very close to the rosewood hotel. Friendly host, made check in and check out very easy! We enjoyed our stay!

Casa Trebol was, overall, was a wonderful villa with a superb location. Interior was wonderfully accessorized and furnished. Location could not have been better.

Casa Trebol was a wonderful experience -- well-designed and well-located. You'll be close, but not too close, to downtown where the action is, and it should be easy to get a taxi nearby. the Parque Benito Juarez is also a short walk away if you want to relax by some trees. One small point to be clear on: two of the unit's main bedrooms are accessible by interior stairs, while the other two can be reached by exterior stairs. If you have members of your party with mobility issues, it's worth being clear on that. Otherwise this is a wonderful experience and a great host. Thank you!

My family and I loved our stay at Casa Trébol. It's cozy and super nice. I've never seen an Airbnb with a better assortment of things than this house. The kitchen had absolutely everything. And the same with the bathrooms. The views from the upstairs terrace are wonderful and everything is tastefully decorated. The walk to downtown is easy. As a special note, I would like to mention that we hired Felisa, Pamela, and José for our Thanksgiving dinner. They cooked us a delicious dinner and were super attentive, at a great price. If I went back to San Miguel, I would definitely go back to this house. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s place! The home was spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There is noise at night nearby due to weddings at the rosewood on the weekend but the Airbnb came stocked with ear plugs so we were all set! We appreciated that they had coffee beans for us to use in the morning so we could have coffee at home. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Super nice house, clean, cozy

Andrew's property is first rate and management is top notch. The photos (which are very nice) don't do it justice. It is a spectacular cozy place. Bedding and all amenities were impeccable. We were personally greeted by a Nest representative and given a thorough tour. The home is very secure with triple locks and an alarm system. Not that we felt unsafe as the area is very nice. The coffee beans and grinder were very welcome as was the complementary bottle of wine. The level of communication was also tremendous. Having stayed in many properties over the years, I think this one is in my wife and my top two. If you are staying in San Miguel, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better property.

The house was beautiful and exceeded expectations. A/C worked perfectly and we appreciated the purified tap water system. Location is a mostly-flat 15 minute walk from the main square, and there are a couple small convenience stores nearby. Feliza and Jose came to make dinner for us one night and we would highly recommend.

Lovely, well-taken care of home that holds a group very well. Pictures are accurate and the house is a short walk to restaurants and a lovely park. Great views of the cathedral from the roof. The management team was very supportitve... they helped us find a wonderful baby sitter / cook on short notice and allowed us a late check out. All much appreciated by us. We would definitely stay there again. One note: If you are working during the day, note that there is currently a construction site next door.

You will not regret staying here. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked, the relaxing courtyard with tropical vibes are immaculate (shout out to the fabulous gardener, Martin), the rooftop views are amazing- we loved basking in the sun up there, and you can walk quickly to everything. The Rosewood is right across the street and they just opened a new restaurant, a garden kitchen, AMAZING. We came to San Miguel for a family wedding and stayed here with two toddlers. My only request would be proper ventilation for the gas fireplaces. We stayed during winter & the only way to ventilate the fumes is to open windows and let in cold air. Otherwise everything was perfect and they were perfect hosts. Thank you for having us in your little piece of paradise!

The place is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, we arrived before check-in time and they allowed us to enter at 9 am when check-in is at 4. Everything works perfectly and is impeccable, the house is beautiful and has an unbeatable location!!! We couldn't have chosen better!! Thank you so much for renting to us!! Claudia C.

Our party of 5 walked in to the house and fell in love. It is such a beautiful space with beautiful foliage in the courtyards and peaceful fountains. And we really enjoyed our wine on the top deck. One night we were treated with a drone show that seemed like we had front row seats. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

A beautiful place right at the edge of Centro and Benito Juarez park. Quiet and very upscale It was peaceful and a wonderful place to hang out. 10 minute walk to all restaurants near the Parroquia. 4 minute walk to the Rosewood Hotel and Luna rooftop or the Benito Juarez park

The house is spectacularly well finished, very high end finished, comfortable, pristine. The location could not be better, easy walk to Centro in quiet neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased about this stay!!!!

Lovely stay! Really comfortable house for the 4 of us- two couples. Great location. Really well stocked kitchen. We felt very welcomed and at home. Lots of little touches made it extra special (a welcome basket, coffee and tea and milk in the fridge on our arrival, etc). The location was great and dealing with the management company was easy and everyone was extremely responsive when we had any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here a few weeks ago and it was incredible. The location was perfect. Felt very safe. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s even nicer in person. Words can’t describe it until you see it in person. Everything you can think of needing is provided. Beds and linen were very comfortable. The views from the rooftop patio were breathtaking. I would recommend to anyone going to San Miguel de Allende.

Two generations of women, all family, celebrated life! The casa was perfect in every way…beautifully appointed and a restful atmosphere just a short walk away from the town center.

Casa Trebol is a gorgeous home! We were just blown away when we entered and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The interior is beautiful - the walls, the stairs, the floors, the courtyard at the entrance and at the back - every inch of the place is a delight. From the very top terrace, there's a great view of the famous Parroqia/church. The property managers are fabulous. We got a meet and greet even though we arrived late at night. They were very responsive to our messages the only two times we had questions - the guest binder is very thorough, including recommendations on restaurants, tours etc. We will definitely be back and also recommend Casa Trebol to our friends.

I highly recommend this home. It was perfect for my partner and I plus my sister and teenage niece. We were in San Miguel de Allende for my cousin’s wedding at the Rosewood and this location was perfect. The hosts were incredible; responsive, reliable and lovely. The home itself is so beautiful, it honestly made us all say we wish we lived there. The gardener came to take care of the grounds and he was also so kind. I can’t recommend this home highly enough.

We had a great stay at Andrew's place -- comfortable, well-appointed and in a great location. It was quiet at night, and the fountains make things extra peaceful. We would definitely return!

This was honestly one of the best AirBnbs I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in quite a few. Amazing value, super super clean and thoughtful, and extremely well-stocked kitchen--down to a variety of glassware (hello, margaritas!), a panini press, and even a popcorn machine! The rooms were spacious and gorgeous, and there were multiple outdoor spaces with fountains to enjoy, especially the top floor terrace with an incredible view of the basilica, the crown jewel of SMA. I highly recommend the chefs. We had them come and prepare dinner so it was ready for us on arrival, and they had gigantic bowls of the best guacamole I have ever tasted ready for us, followed by sizzling fajitas. An affordable luxury that was well appreciated. Only drawbacks: the wifi was sometimes not working, and while the hosts were responsive, they were not able to get a technician out during our stay. And the water pump can be a bit loud at night, but they provide ear plugs. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Casa Trebol with my two sisters and my adult daughter. My son was getting married and this location was perfect. Situated exactly 6 walking minutes from the Welcome Party - held at the Feliciana Hotel and the wedding venue, Instituto Allende. Everything was perfect. Sergio greeted us and took us on a tour of the property. The home is much more grand than shown in pictures; and the pictures are amazing. The beds and sheets were like a five star hotel! Even the little rooms in the casita. Feliza & Jose were recommended to us as in home Chef's and they prepared breakfast for us almost every morning. I would highly recommend this! Save eating out for later in the day, and enjoy a relaxing breakfast at home. Although we never used the TV - all four bedrooms had cable and application channels (Netflix and the like). The internet was fast, and I even took a ZOOM call on the back patio with no issues. You will enjoy the location & shopping & walking into the main square!

The house is laid out perfect. It was my husband and I and my son and his girlfriend, and my other son. He loved the 3 floor area. The courtyard areas were private and cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Trebol. Our grown kids from different places all flew in to gather for the holidays. It was the perfect setting, beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces and adorable roof top spectacular view of the cathedral. We really felt at home. Thank you. Property management was very responsive and pro active in making sure we had everything we needed. The chefs that came to Casa Trebol were amazing cooks that were so nice and accommadating.

Beautiful home! Not too far from downtown and yet peaceful! Host was very responsive.

Sergio was super in his response time to anything I needed to ask him. He met us and showed us the house and how everything worked. Then left us alone unless we had a question.

To say my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay is a major understatement. Every detail was thought out and all of our needs and requests were met with a friendly, can-do attitude and super quick service. Jerry is THE MAN! The home is so beautiful, all the bedrooms are well appointed and the master has a wonderful porched in area where I could hear a dove cooing every morning. We would highly recommend and are already talking about a return visit to San Miguel de Allende and this beautiful home.

This beautiful house is a MUST for a family or group of friends staying in SMA. The house had every amenity you could want, including 2 wonderful chefs that will cook for you! They were so good, they made us breakfast daily, and 1 dinner. Delicious and authentic! The house is a 15 min walk to the center of town through beautiful cobblestone streets. Great location! We LOVED our stay in Casa Trebol!

Great house - lots of space for a group of friends or family. Perfect location as well. Note that the additional two bedrooms are small and on the roof and require you to go outside to use the bathroom.

We loved our stay at Casa Trebol! What an incredible place in a very convenient location. It was a very easy walk into the downtown area. Close enough to town, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. We arranged for the two chefs (Feliza Montes & Jose Yanez) to come over one evening and prepare a dinner for a group of 15. It was amazing! They shopped, cooked, served , and cleaned up all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!! Jerry met us at the house and walked us through everything. There were fresh flowers on the dining room table and a bottle of wine to welcome us. The water in the house is run through a UV filter, and the water and ice from the refrigerator are also filtered, but for those that are even more cautious about drinking the water, they supplied a bottled water dispenser with two 5 gallon bottles. The house was nicely decorated, and the kitchen is amazing!! Great views from the third level patio. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in San Miguel!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in San Miguel de Allende. This house was in a great location. Close to everything. Beautiful neighborhood. Right behind the Rosewood Hotel. The furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped! Hosts were communicative and friendly!

Great house, location, and service! Was a great place to call home for our time in SMA. All the staff provided great personal service and answered all our questions. Only hiccup is we had a minor plumbing issue that they fixed right away. Would love to come back some day.

Andrew’s house is lovely and in a perfect location, with a flat walk to town and a few minute walk to Parque Juarez. Jerry, the house manager, went above and beyond the call of duty, responding to our requests. The immaculate house is beautifully cared for. My special spot was the shaded terrace off of the main bedroom overlooking the garden. Perfection!

You will not be disappointed, best Airbnb I have rented. My original plan was to stay in a boutique hotel, I’m glad I did not, this is a great value for a three story house with plenty of room, my wife and two kids loved it!

This airbnb is amazing and i highly recommend it. This was my second time in SMA and the location is perfect. It's about a 10 - 12 min walk to the center of town, which means you also don't hear all the noise from town and are able to sleep. The view from the terrace is amazing. The pictures have not been updated, but there are two identical single rooms at on the 3rd floor and worked out perfect since we were a big group of friends. Communication was great. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Don't pass up this amazing rental! You will regret it if you do!

This house is gorgeous, and beautifully stocked for folks who like to cook.

Casa Trebol was clean, quaint and conveniently located near Rosewood Hotel and Benito Juarez park. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main center plaza. Taxis are easy to find at the intersection near the property. The property has three floors. The first floor has a courtyard entrance, sitting area near a gas fireplace, full kitchen, den, and large outside courtyard with gas grill. Second floor has two bedrooms, and two baths, with a balcony coming off the master. 3rd floor has a deck with a nice partially obstructed view of the parroquia, and two little cabins with a single bed in each that share a detached bathroom with full shower. Pros: close to the city center, clean, nice full kitchen, nice outdoor spaces, well managed. My only suggestion would be to put a king bed in the master and add some shower products. I would definitely stay at this property again and enjoyed the breakfast chefs and all the restaurant recommendations from the house manager. Thanks for a great time!

The house was INCREDIBLE! I took photos to one day model my kitchen after this one. Sergio was the ultimate ambassador to the house and to the city. He was quick to provide recommendations when we needed help potentially finding covid tests and close by restaurants, and he was prompt and attentive in checking in and out. The location is perfect, close to tons of shopping and restaurants and a quick walk to el centro, with great views from the terrace. I would 100% recommend this beautiful villa! Thanks for making our visit one for the books!

This house is perfect!! The location is ideal, the house is gorgeous and we loved the added peaceful elements of wind chime, plants, and water fountains. It was also immaculate, and beds were extremely comfortable. My mom was able to stay in one of the little rooms on the roof without being disturbed by kids in the morning. Highly recommend!

My partner, and three guests stayed at Casa Trebol for a wedding weekend and were delighted by our time at Casa Trebol. It was truly fantastic! The attention to details (the fresh flowers, the bottle of wine, the walk-through of the grounds), made us feel very special and taken-care of during our stay. Casa Trebol is one of those places that you feel lucky to visit. The location is great--steps from downtown San Miguel, but just tucked away enough to be a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds and finishes felt luxurious and save for some very minor wear and tear, things were impeccably cared for. I will never forget my mornings having coffee on the patio and sitting on the rooftop deck enjoying the spectacular nighttime views of the cathedral. The living areas, bathrooms, and kitchen were luxurious, spacious and well designed. The space is light, and bright, beautifully decorated and features comfortable beds. I will absolutely plan on returning! :) Highly recommend!

Great place to stay at! Only 10 min walk to center of town and close to many other restaurants. Noise level was reasonable and wasn’t on any main roads with traffic which was nice.

Casa Trebol was INCREDIBLE! We had a late arrival and were still greeted and given a tour. We walked in to the fireplace burning making us feel welcome and cozy! The house is in a convenient location with beautiful decor and comfortable beds! It was clean and felt like a home away from home! Also, we had a delicious brunch cooked for us at an extraordinary price! I 100% recommend Casa Trebol!

Easily the BEST AirBNB experience I’ve ever had. This house was perfectly located near everything. (food, downtown, shops, and more) The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. Excellent choice to spend at least a week in this amazing city/town. Right behind the Rosewood, you have a terrace with one of the most beautiful views. Also very well set up kitchen to cook your own meals and outdoor cooking as well. Very convenient wifi, tv, etc, services.

I highly recommend the house. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and Sergio's service is very good. I highly recommend hiring Feli and Jose's service in the kitchen, it's spectacular and they're some of the best!!!! All 3 are super friendly and try to make your station perfect.

Very nice house, very well located. Its pretty quiet, with the exception of some loud music some of the days (not sure where it was coming from). The house is comfortable and very modern, which we loved. The 3rd room all the way on the top is very small, and has 2 beds, and an outside bathroom. We took our maid, and she slept there, which was perfect, but I wouldnt put small children there by themselves. All in all we had a great time and we would go back.

A very clean and fresh beautiful house.All the wonderful details were there.The view from the roof garden is really beautiful.Everything was new and shining.The house has all spaces very well thought you gente all the fresh breeze even in the warmest weathers.We have been to many houses all around the world but this one has everything in its place and fully functioning well. The water is purified even when you shower it’s wonderful to feel safe as if we were at our own place back home.I fully recomen this house and Sergio was extremly helpful always answering at any time and so thoughtful of every little detail.He is a very nice and profesional person has knowledge as a five star host and we fully recomend Andrews home at San Miguel one of the nicest places on earth.

The house is amazing, in the heart of SMA. It’s very well equipped and the communication with Jerry has been perfect. The view from the terrace was also a nice surprise and a real plus. We fully recommend it!

Case Trebol is perfectly situated to the Centro and thoughtfully appointed. We had six adults stay in the home, 2 couples and 2 individuals. While the 3rd floor/roof top bed is small with twin beds, the lack of size is completely made up for by the fact that it has a rooftop sitting area with a spectacular view of the city center. The property managers are responsive and took care of our every need. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Casa Trébol, the location was perfect and the house is AMAZING! We could not be any happier. And talk about that terrace view to the Paroquia de San Miguel, WOW!

This place was absolutely amazing. This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. FYI if you have kids. Just know that the room with the two twin beds is outside of the home on the rooftop. Initially we were going to put our 2 boys 9 and 11 there but we did not feel comfortable having them that far from us. So our 2 adult cousins husband and wife stayed there and they loved it. The view is amazing from the rooftop and there is a full bathroom right outside the room so they felt like they were in a guest house and had some privacy. Otherwise, this home has everything you need. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities you need. There is a laundry room. There is no central heat but we used the fireplace and it kept us warm. There is one in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The host was always readily available and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They helped us get a cook to come for one breakfast morning and it was amazing. They also helped us set up a tour and transportation to airport. The location was perfect. We felt safe. We will definitely stay at that home again. It was perfect for us. We had 4adults and 2 kids.

Casa Trébol was absolutely amazing. The property was exactly as pictured, super clean, stylish, spacious, centrally located, and was more than what we expected. The team that manages the property was super accommodating and provided suggestions for transportation with worked out great. The property also works with a couple who can come to the house to prepare home cooked meals for you. We used them twice and we absolutely loved it. This is a great place to stay if you are planning a trip to San Miguel de Allende which is literally the most beautiful city in Mexico. We absolutely fell in love and hope to be back one day.

Casa Trébol was beautiful! We had 5 adults and 1 baby. We were all very comfortable and the house is very clean!! We also really enjoyed the caterers they recommended and had them prepare 3 meals for us. Our host Sergio was always responsive and gave us some great suggestions in San Miguel. AMAZING is an understatement. This house went above my expectations. From clean, to lavish, to centric this house had it all. You can walk anywhere! It’s right behind the most beautiful hotel ever: Rosewood. Walking distance to church, sightseeing and great restaurants. The house itself is gorgeous and has 3 stories which the 3rd floor is a rooftop with a nice patio and grill overlooking the gorgeous city. And a room with two twin beds and private bathroom. I would love love to come back again with my family. Felt like home! Thank you!

We have stayed at Airbnb homes for years and this is one of the nicest ones we have ever been to. The place is beautiful on its own, it had everything we needed to keep our family of 6 entertained, relaxed and fed and it is within walking distance to the heart of San Miguel The Sergio and the Nest team are pros, communication was great and they even got us a couple of great chefs to cook for us in the house one night. Absolutely recommended!

We had an amazing family weekend. The Nest team was fully attentive to every detail. They helped us with the reception, showed us all the details of the house and were always attentive to our needs. We were thrilled with our stay at this beautiful home in San Miguel. Our host, Sergio, from Nest property management, attended to every detail of our stay, down to our morning coffee. Although, due to our flight schedule, we did not arrive in SMA until nearly 2:00am, Sergio was waiting to greet us & familiarize us with the details of the home, including lighting, keys & alarm system. The lovely flower arrangements, bedside water, lyrical fountains were awaiting our arrival. The fully modern and updated home is the perfect blend of comfort, charm & style. It is somehow both open & airy, and also warm & cozy. The home is perfectly outfitted with stylish and comfortable furniture, and with every item guests need to fully enjoy the delightful city of SMA. The home is perfectly located, walking distance to wonderful and delicious restaurants, as well as to beautiful parks and sights. We were especially appreciative of Nest's referral to the Follow Me Tour company, which picked us up from the Leon airport, and delivered us safely to our gorgeous guest home, as well as giving us an informative & enjoyable walking tour of the city. We loved that tour so much, we booked another walking tour(of Guanajuato) later in our trip. Every service rendered by both Nest Property Management and Follow Me Tours was impeccably delivered. We could not have imagined a better guest home, and we are so thankful for everyone who made this vacation a memorable one. We are eternally grateful.

Excellent stay, it is a modern house and with a very nice location to get to by car and park it in front as it is located on a wide street (few in SM). It is very close to everything (easy to grab uber, taxi or walk) and the hosts are always attentive.

A wonderful house, very welcoming, modern but with a very local decor and everything you need to have a long stay (super equipped kitchen). Very close to downtown, in a safe and elegant neighborhood! The Nest team was super available when we had any questions. I would recommend the house 300%. The only "negative" is that the third room is a bit small, it's only for sleeping... don't hesitate to ask for photos to make sure it's right for you, especially since it's a room with its own bathroom separate from the rest of the house (even though it's on the terrace). But overall, it's definitely a GREAT house!!!
