Close to downtown, a very nice and clean place.

This apt is an absolute gem, this is a mix between modern and traditional mexican architecture and style. The apt feels brand new, furniture & finishings are luxurious, beds are comfortable, it's fully equipped with top of the line appliances. It has a nice distribution, 3-3 very comfortable for families that like to travel together and spend quality time. It's a 10min walk from downtown San Miguel.

This space was really nice and very equipped with everything you need to cook a nice dinner or breakfast. It has a really good location and an awesome rooftop pool with cool view. The only problem we had is on our first night, a neighbor or a bar we couldn’t figure it out, had a really loud party up until 3:00 am. We had every window closed but you could hear the party. The rest of the nights we were able to have a good nights sleep. Karla was very responsive and had a good follow up. The place is 100% recommendable!

Wonderful, very close to the main attractions in San Miguel de Allende. An amazing place; we were all comfortable. It is beautiful, and every detail is very well taken care of. My family and I felt at home; we will definitely come back.

We had the most wonderful stay. From the moment we walked in, it felt thoughtful, beautifully designed, and incredibly welcoming. Every detail was considered — from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed kitchen and cozy living spaces. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Communication with the host was seamless, warm, and attentive. We will hope to stay here again and recommend it highly.

The condo is about 15 minute walk to the centro. Lots of little restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also little grocery store and pharmacy close by. We were there for a wedding and all the venues were close by. The condo was quiet and absolutely beautiful with a lovely terrace and rooftop deck that has amazing views of the area and a must for sunset views.

It was our second visit to San Miguel, and the first stay in this neighborhood. Beautiful 15 minute walk through neighborhoods to the town center.

Everything is very nice, the only thing is that the water doesn't come out well because the hot water lasts very little, like 5 minutes, so you have to hurry to rinse, although they explained that it was because of the weather. Several towel racks are loose without the screws, other than that everything is very clean and very comfortable and nice

Our stay was really nice and peaceful. The parking garage was helpful and nice to have for two cars as well. The home was prestine, everything nice and tidy. Home was well designed and use of space is very efficient. Really enjoyed the private patio for sitting and letting in a slight breeze into the house.

Good location, the accommodation was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was very central and there are several restaurants around within walking distance, without the need for a car. The decor and amenities seemed excellent to us, the only thing I would recommend is that the showers have better water pressure. The host was friendly and answered questions It's definitely a place we'll be back to.

The Airbnb was amazing and was even better than in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and modern and the rooftop with a jacuzzi and a pool was so fun. Karla the host was very responsive and helpful for our entire stay and went above and beyond to provide for us a crib and a high chair for our stay. A woman met us on site to let us understand and show us around. We felt very welcomed and had a great stay!! The place is also in a fun part of town that is very quiet from the apartment building but there are tons of coffee shops and restaurants right there within a short walk. It’s also very convenient to walk into the zona central which is only a 10 minute walk! Overall an incredible place, a fantastic location and a wonderful host!!!

Everything was excellent, impeccable and comfortable with good service, just like the photos!

Although there was an external problem with CFE and the electricity, Karla and Alejandra were incredible in helping us and offering the best service. In the end, the light came back and everything was perfect. The place is within walking distance of downtown, the view, amenities and the apartment are incredible. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay at Karla’s was the perfect place for our family of 5. The beds were comfy, plenty of restaurants nearby, walking distance to many sights, and beautiful grounds. Our place as on the first floor, and the living room, kitchen, bedrooms were also all in one level. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, and felt safe in the area. There are other apartments in the building, but we felt like we were the only family there. Having a garage with designated parking was great and adds to the convenience and safety of the home. The bedroom with the twin beds has a nice size bathroom, the bedroom with the double beds also has a nice size bathroom next door. The bedroom with the king size bed is on the smaller side, as well as the bathroom, but the bed was comfy with plenty of closet space. If Karla adds a full length mirror in the master bedroom, it could help make up for the small vanity. If going to SM de Allende, I highly recommend staying here, the comfort, the garage, AC, and location stands out.

We loved it!! The place was really clean, new sheets, everything smelled really good. It's super close to downtown, it's exactly as shown in the pictures, the host is super friendly and always quickly answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. We stayed for a wedding that was taking place at instituto Allende, and the location was perfect. Very private.

We had a wonderful time staying at this spacious, clean, modern apartment. Easy walking access to al the local restaurants, shops, sightseeing locations. Loved the rooftop Jacuzzi and pool. Though it is a multi unit complex, it did not feel like anyone else was in our space. The host was helpful with recommendations, including transportation.

This place was so beautiful! I didn’t want to leave ! We absolutely loved the pool ! This place literally has everything you need ! What made it even more like feeling your at home was Don Jose !! He makes you feel so welcomed !!! Absolutely loved it !!!

The location is perfect for walking around SMA. The unit is quite and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen made us feel at home. We hope to return!

This apartment was beautiful and spacious, which was great for bringing our 4 kids. The host was responsive when we had questions and the on-site concierge was a surprise bonus. We enjoyed being able to walk to the sites and good restaurants, and also being able to use the pool and jacuzzi which was a priority for our kids! We would definitely return.

We had an incredible stay at Karla's place in San Miguel de Allende! The home was absolutely charming, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located just a 15-minute walk to all the main attractions. Karla was incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was perfect for our stay, offering fantastic local tips and restaurant recommendations that were spot on. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and the outdoor space was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel. I can't wait to return! Some areas for improvement: 1. The instructions for opening the main gate could use a bit more detail; specifically, to press # and then to put your hand behind the entry pad after entering the code. A few additional steps would make it clearer. 2. On the day we arrived, we couldn't use the Jacuzzi or the pool right away. I suggest informing Karla in advance if you plan to use these amenities. Great new apartment in an area with lots around it. This area was new to us from prior stays but we enjoyed it as it was very local and less touristy than centro. Building is new with great modern amenities. Jose the doorman was fantastic as was Laura the housekeeper. Area was also easy to get taxis or an Uber. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing home! If you go to San Miguel you must stay here. Location was perfect in a great walkable neighborhood with shopping, markets and local restaurants. We felt like we were locals after a week in this area. We were only 15 minute walk city center which was perfect. We were super close to Parque Benito Juarez (Park Juarez) which was perfect for a cool evening stroll before dinner or just hanging out and reading a book under the cool shade of the many trees. Lots of events starting on Friday and continuing throughout the weekend in the park also. Karla's hospitality was top notch from beginning to end and very professional. Communication was amazing. I have traveled much of the world in the last 35 years and stayed in AirBnB's a lot over the last 7 to 10 years or so and this was one of my best experiences by far from beginning to end. I really can't say enough great things about this home, experience and hospitality.

Karla was an excellent host. Her apartment was spotless and was full of all the necessary amenities. Bright and open concept with a lovely out door space for dining. Parking in the basement was a bonus for us and the roof top was beautiful with amazing views of the sunset. (Pool + hot tub also a bonus!) The location is perfect. I have visited San Miguel for the past 15 years and this has been one of the best locations I have stayed. Lots of restaurants around and a lovely 10min walk to the Centro. I would definitely recommend Karla’s property if you are visiting San Miguel de Allende.

Nice place, from the reception of the apartments to inside the home, with surveillance and friendly treatment from the doorman. Comfortable and clean common area We struggled a bit with the Wi-Fi since the QR code doesn't work, but the host sent us the password. Tidy house (we couldn't find cloths to clean the kitchen). Everything else, such as sugar, coffee, salt, dishes, napkins, glasses, and kitchen utensils, was perfect. Spacious place, comfortable, with towels for personal use and a pool area, as well as shampoo, shower gel, etc. There's a speaker in case you want to play something. The sound can't be heard from inside to outside. Very nice and comfortable, recommended for several people.
