Everything excellent, very good location

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is spacious, safe, has good amenities and the location is excellent, two blocks from 5th Avenue, one from the beach and meters from 38th Street, with several options for bars and restaurants. The pool has a spectacular view, very nice and clean. The Host Álvaro is always willing to answer our questions and solve problems immediately, as well as receptive to suggestions. Just to point out that the 20 kw per day provided is not enough, especially for a large group like ours (7 people) and we only used the air conditioners in the rooms at night and we were practically not in the apartment during the day. In addition, the charge for the exceeded kw is $7 and the established rate in Playa del Carmen is about $3.80, which we suggest you take into account for the future.

The Host is very willing to answer questions, the apartment has good amenities, and it is very close to areas of interest for tourists. The pool is excellent

The best area, very family-friendly, privacy between rooms, divine amenities. Just maintain the energy level included in the accommodation. The host responds very quickly. I'd go back!

An excellent place, no problem, I would return... very safe, and very comfortable

The place is just like the photos, the answers to our questions were very well answered. The area is the best in Playa del Carmen, we were able to walk to several restaurants and shops on Quinta Avenida. If you want to see several places of interest in the area such as Tulum, Cozumel, this place is excellent. If you stay in Cancun you will have to add an extra hour to get to these and other places. Playa del Carmen is an excellent location. The pool is excellent too, it has a beautiful view. The air conditioning throughout the apartment is very good too.

Super close to the beach. Beautiful spacious modern apartment. For us, it was the perfect place to end our 3 week trip through Mexico. Large swimming pool on the roof. Restaurants right around the corner. Easy contact with the host. Be sure to pay attention to your energy consumption.

The location of the apartment was very good. One block from the beach and 2 from the 5th Ave. The asensors and hallways of the building SHOULD have air conditioning, it would be the only recommendation. The apto is wide with all the basics for a PDC stay

We had wonderful moments. The condo is excellent. The apartment is wonderful and had everything we need. Excellent location. It had everything we needed just a stone's throw away. Alvaro was always very kind and was always ready to help. We'll be back for sure.

Hi! Our vacation at this place was spectacular. High quality facilities, comfortable space for six people, comfortable bathrooms and a great terrace. Equipped with umbrella, chairs and cooler for the beach. The rooftop area with jacuzzis was amazing. Also, the perfect location at Playa del Carmen. They allowed me while they smoked the apartment, park the vehicle in the parking lot and make use of common spaces, that I make it easy to wait. They were always attentive to my inquiries. The surveillance of the building was very attentive. The apartment is larger than what you see in the photos. Located very close to the beach and in the 28th Street area, very picturesque and with many gastronomic options.

Great place, meet the characteristics of the apartment, good location and the service is quick and pleasant

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very nice and as described. The apartment is ideally located. Alvaro is very responsive if you need anything else. The only downside is that the beaches of Playa del carmen are no longer idyllic given the sargassum and concrete, but the beautiful rooftop pool of the residence allows you to have a great time.

Very nice, very clean, always attentive

Both Alvaro's apartment and the building are in very good condition. The security people in the building are very friendly and have helped us every time we need them every time we need them. Alvaro answers any question you have very quickly and very kindly. We needed two more beach towels, as there were 5 of us, and it didn't reach them right away. She left us 3 new towels. The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear and easy. The apartment is in one of the nicest streets in Playa (the 38, in my opinion) and one block from 5th avenue where one can find hundreds of shops and restaurants. They were just opening a venue downstairs, so you could hear a bit loud in the early morning (7:30am) but nothing terrible. The only thing, be ready to pay extra for electricity. We neither cooked nor were at the apartment all day and paid almost an extra $89 of electricity.

Everything is excellent, very friendly, good communication, very clean, just like the photos, excellent location 1 block from beach 38, many restaurants walking, very quiet area and close to the 5th Ave.

A very nice place and excellent space

I really enjoyed my stay, the location couldn't have been any more perfect and the condo is so spacious. I really enjoyed the outside balcony to relax and take in the sounds of the live music across the street. The rooftop is beyond beautiful and overlooks the ocean. 38th street is by far the best street in all of Playa so you have all the best restaurants, cafe's and bars right at your finger tips. I can't wait to come back!

The apartment is beautiful. We had already stayed in this condominium and it is one of the best in the area: heated pool with stunning ocean views, 1 block from the beach, and located on the 38th, perfect for walking and with a lot of security. Communication with Alejandra was excellent, always available and flexible with our needs. The electricity included reached us well for our stay. As a recommendation, there would be a little more kitchen utensils missing, and be more attentive to apartment maintenance over time.

I had a wonderful time with my family at Brillante’s apartment. It’s at a perfect location, easy access to everything. We will definitely come back for future vacation. Thank you!

Excellent apartment, location is perfect 🤩 One block from the sea 🌊

Lovely clean modern apartment, with plenty of space for a family for 4. Our kids loved the roof top pool area - water temperature and the views were heavenly. Balcony was nice, with great views and live music from the restaurant across every night (usually stopping by 10pm). The washing machine broke during our stay and although it did not get fixed in time, Alvaro was very responsive and made every effort to get it fixed. Location is perfect - 2 minute walk to beach and less than 5 mins up to the main Street. The road itself also has some lovely restaurants and juice bars, we tried quite a few of them and all delicious and fresh. We stayed 8 nights, so I think a few extras would have been useful - towels, blankets, toilet rolls, water, basic cooking condiments.

Thusis a great spacious apartment in the best building to stay at while in Playa. Only half a block to the beach and 1 block from all the action of 5th Avenue. Still quiet enough at night for sleeping. Our host Alvaro, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as described. I would actually suggest that the listing pictures don't do it too much justice. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). It is one short block from the beach, about 5 mins or less from the pedestrian street (5th avenue) where all the activities (food, street performances) happen. The rooftop pool was the highlight for the kids. The gym in the building is also good, good treadmills and the basic equipment for workouts. Alvaro was prompt to reply to all my requests, before and during our stay. I would 100% recommend this location.

The Miranda is the best place to stay in Playa! The rooftop pool is amazing. Great views of the ocean from the rooftop. So many restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. Playa Del Carmen is our favorite place to vacation.

Our stay was perfect. Regarding the consumption of light, we did not spend half of what they provided us. Take care to turn off the lights and fans while they were not occupied. Alvaro's service was excellent.

Perfect location!! Literal corner building. Take a left and your at the beach. Take a right and your at 5ta avenida with so many stores and restaurants available.

The place was as advertised, clean, modern, close to everything, host were very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking at booking this place on our next trip.

It will be boring review. Antonio is a great host, answers quickly and he is always very helpful. His apartment is spacious, clean with a great swimming pool on the roof. Location of the apartment is excellent if you want to have close access to the beach and if you want to be close to the center. I would say its the best location you can have in Playa.

Perfect spot, near 5th Ave, we enjoy walking every night with our 2 kids. There are several restaurants within walking distance along with several convenient stores. The beach is within walking distance and there is a lot of security. The pool is big and clean along with a clean gym.

The apartment is very well located, the beach is very close, a 2-minute walk away and Fifth Avenue is a 5-minute walk away as well. There are many restaurants with typical local food, our favorite is one right in front of the apartment building, it is called "La Vagabunda" and all kinds of facilities near the apartment, pharmacies, shops, shops, etc... The apartment is very spacious and the view it has is very nice. The pool at the top (roof pool) is excellent, it also has a jacuzzi. My children really enjoyed it there. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because it didn't make very good weather and also due to the sargassum that was there. Next time we come back we'll do it at a time when the weather is better and there's not that much sargassum. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and I would absolutely recommend it.

This condo is located in the Best street in Playa del Carmen. We didn't know that until we got there! It is full of the best restaurants in the area and has everything. The facilities are impeccable throughout the building. The gym is very well equipped and the lobby is very nice. The condo is spacious, modern and has everything you need. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing appartement!!! Modern, stylish, specious, and much more! Alvaro , the host , is very responsive, and took care of everything we needed. The place has a common pool on the roof, which is also amazing! We are using Airbnb a lot and this appartement is one of the best we had.

Excellent location, facilities and very attentive, super recommended

Great condo! Clean and comfortable, really close to the beach, great restaurants and plenty of shopping but it’s a couple blocks off the main road so it is very quiet. The roof top pool is exactly as advertised, it is very cool. Every day we went it was very quiet, maybe 3 other adult couples around. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is just absolutely a great spot. Try Micaelas restaurant a few blocks down on 5th for the best quesadilla ever made. Just a heads up there is no way to make ice in the room, the fridge has a freezer but there are no ice trays and the ice maker is turned off/not hooked up. You can get ice a couple blocks down at the 7-11 but can’t make it at the condo. Not a huge deal but I wish we’d have known, we’d have picked up a couple ice trays to bring before we went.

This was my 6th trip to Playa, but first at an air Bnb. There were a lot of things that I loved about the place. 1) Airport transportation was very reasonably priced and it wasn’t a shared ride. 2) We were met in the lobby by the host and shown the apartment. I might add they have a very nice keyless entry system. 3) The view from the balcony was amazing at night you could see the lights of Cozumel! 4) The lobby staff was very courteous and made sure that guests wiped feet prior to entry, got temp checked and wore masks, due to Covid 19. 5) The condo is right across the street from a restaurant with delicious food and drink, we dined a few times. 6) Exactly one block to the beach!! 7) About 2 blocks to 5th Ave, where all the happenings are!! A few more restaurants on the way. 8) We had complimentary beach items such as chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie board...most places charge for that. 9) The unit had free WiFi, complimentary water, full kitchen, living room and nice sized bed rooms. I will say this though, the ad shows it will sleep 7, but it would have to be 2 adults and a child in the king bed, then 1 adult 1 child in each of the 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. It was PERFECT for the 3 of us adults with room to move around. 10) The rooftop pool was amazing and the water was very cool. I would definitely stay here again.
