Guillermo was very responsive to questions and needed help. House is very nice and the family loved it. I repeat this home is sweet. It is about a 15 min walk downhill to the plaza. It’s easy enough to take a taxi or uber home for a very reasonable price. It’s a bit different to have a housekeeper in the house during the stay but she is a very nice and friendly woman. The home is in a little gated neighborhood that you will need to walk out of to get your uber. You will then have to ask them to drive into to your door, or you can walk to your door. Some drivers more receptive to going into the gate than others. Overall very nice and I would stay here again without hesitation

Amazing place to go!!!It's much nicer in person! The area is safe to walk in the day and pleasant… we were a group of 8 ladies celebrating a birthday and we were quite happy and comfortable… the rooms are spacious and clean! The house has many details that make you feel at home…. We had a cleaning lady who was always friendly and willing to give us information about the house, about nearby options to eat, she stayed at home with a schedule but we were comfortable with her there... The house is in a gated community and the entrance to the community is just a little tedious, however the host was amazing with us and that made up for that detail a lot… I would definitely return to stay in this beautiful house!

The house is excellent and has everything you need and incredible and very pleasant amenities. I think the host could improve the communication and expand more on the content and specifications of the property since it really has everything but you don't know it. Until you ask. We loved the stay and would come back.

Exactly as expected. Perfect for family or close friends gathering with very comfortable rooms. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. Kitchen was missing some items but we were able to buy disposals at the nearby grocery stores. Cooking appliances and services were adequate for simple meals. Whole house water purification was greatly appreciated and house cleaner came almost every day for a few hours to tidy up and provide supplies. WiFi worked well once able to identify which network. The gated community was a little far from town, but a lovely 15-20 minute walk to justify all the great meals eaten out. Uber is convenient option for groceries or not wanting to walk up hill. However, they can’t come to the unit and usually have to meet uber at the gate, which is a short walk up hill. Would definitely come again.!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I loved everything, I would come back but only that we did not have WIFI because although I arrive late the password anyway did not work , there was no WIFI.

I felt right at home and the fact that the cleaning lady came every day (at no extra cost) meant that the house was clean all the time

This home is BEAUTIFUL! The house is in a great location, maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants on the way there. The house is decorated beautifully and the layout is perfect for big groups, with plenty of room indoors and outdoors to hang out if needed. The only thing that bothered the older people in the group is that during the winter there is no heating downstairs in the common areas and in two of the rooms upstairs. So it could get a bit chilly at night in those areas. Guillermo was absolutely awesome anytime I had a question and was able to help with any of my inquiries. The WiFi didn’t work during our stay but I believe it was a problem with the provider having the lines down, not Guillermo. I would highly recommend this house to large groups looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay. It’s worth it.

Everything was really nice and pleasant, just like the photos. Guillermo was always very helpful. Mrs. Mary Loli is super nice and helpful! We were very happy with everything, we would definitely go again!

This property was perfect for our family reunion. We were able to enjoy each other in the indescribably beautiful courtyard. Each bedroom was quiet and private for those times we needed some space. The kitchen had all cooking utensils we needed for a nice breakfast each day. Juana was very helpful and kept the place spotless. Guillermo responded quickly and kindly allowed us a late check-out due to our shuttle schedule.

The house is beautiful and clean. Very safe neighborhood. Building is happening around the home so can be noisy. Wish the housekeeper didn’t stay all day. She should come and clean and leave. Kind of weird that she stays in the small area in closet area.

Our stay was pleasant and the house is incredibly charming and beautiful. Guillermo was very responsive. This place was very secure with a gate guard monitoring each entrance to the community. We look forward to staying here in the future.

The pictures don’t make justice to the beautiful property!! We’re honestly amazed on the space it was amazing ! There is construction around the area and the security guards are not very helpful. But besides those issues we will definitely recommend it and will be staying again. The cleaning lady Mrs.Maria was so kind and helpful she gave us great recommendations!

Place is great for a weekend away with family and friends, lots of space to hang out like the terrace, air conditioning in the rooms is amazing to have specially during hot months. The cleaning lady is super helpful and friendly. The house is super clean and has everything you would need. Distance to the center of San Miguel and Restaurants is great if you like to walk (10-15 min walk to the cathedral). Definitely staying here again

In San Miguel for New Years Eve and couldn't of had a better place to stay at. There were 7 of us in the group and house was perfect for us all and very comfortable. The house is in a gated private community. The house was about a 20 min walk to the center of town but there are plenty of cabs if needed. There was also a housekeeper that was super nice and helpful that showed up everyday to clean. If visiting San Miguel I highly recommend staying at Villa Orozco. Thanks Guillermo!

Both the house, the attention of Guillermo and the arrangement of Maria Dolores, the housekeeper was the best, "Lolis" was always helpful and kind that made us feel at home from the second 1. Lolis carefully explained the layout of the house to detail the layout of the house and we knew how to make the most of it and enjoy it. Upon arrival, we were surprised that the house was even better than what is seen in the photos, the amenities and everything was always clean.

I was in San Miguel de Allende for 4 days to celebrate my birthday along with 10 other family members, and we all absolutely loved this home. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are huge, high ceilings, ac, nice beds, and linens. The restrooms were clean, spacious, and never ran out of hot water. Everything in this home was carefully thought about, and it show$. There was security at the entrance at all times, and the town is overwhelming safe to walk around even after midnight. It was also great not having to worry about cleaning since the housekeeper took care of that. We all loved this home and were sad to leave. I highly recommend this stay to anyone planning to visit San Miguel De Allende.

This house was perfect for my family and I. Guillermo was very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and located close to the main square yet offered privacy. Conveniently close to an OXXO and small mom and pop shops. The rooms were very clean and each had it's own bathroom. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in San Miguel de Allende!

Excellent response

We had family and friends with us for a wedding. There were 11 of us in all and we stayed for 5 nights. I have never been more comfortable in a rental. It was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, the maid came everyday but Tuesdays. All guests enjoyed their private bedrooms with beautifully designed private bathrooms as well as the common areas in the dining area, kitchen and courtyard. It was like having a private hotel where we could visit or adjourn to our rooms as we wanted. The house was on a quiet street but close enough to main road to either walk or catch cab to main plaza that was only a mile away. In the opposite direction from plaza are two great restaurants—Raices and Rustica. Also, a phenomenal grocery store, City Market is one mile away in same direction.

Amazing place !!

Guillermo’s home was charming, spacious and provided privacy for the whole family! He was extremely responsive and flexible with our check in, allowing us to come nearly 2 hours earlier. It was only a 10-12 minute convenient and beautiful walk from the Parroquia. It was also located next to a beautiful and quiet park! Very safe and lots of convenience with an Oxxo and a handful of restaurants being located only steps away. We will 100% be back

The house is very spacious and super nice, 15 minutes from the parish and close to various restaurants.

The actual listing surpasses expectations based on the photos. It is a beautiful new spacious listing with rooftop access. Guillermo was communicative and provided excellent local recommendations. I do recommend providing a proper check in guide like in the airbnb app with photos , step by step process on how to locate the listing, along with code, wifi password, local tips and recommendations. Our drivers had difficulty locating the villa as we didn’t expect we had to check in with the guard to enter. I also recommend providing an iron, tissues, some coffee and/or tea etc. We did meet Lauro, the housekeeper and she offered to help with any cleaning. Guillermo did share upon arrival that due to recent rains one of the rooms were not available and it was one of the larger ones. Guillermo did kindly offer a discount. All in all it was a comfortable stay. It was about a 15 min walk to city center. Walking back is uphill but it’s a beautiful stroll. I do recommend staying at this list.

We had a big group of 13 people staying here for a friend's wedding, and I highly recommend! The place was really clean, felt safe, and easy to get into. The courtyard was our favorite part of the house and was the most used common space as it's right off the kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were all very spacious. Guillermo was very quick and responsive for anything we needed!

The house was beautiful and plenty of space for a large group. It was very convenient having a person assisting with washing the dishes and making the beds. The house is also at a great location, very close to the plaza. Guillermo was very nice and accommodating. We forgot the remote for the garage door in our rental car and Guillermo was very accommodating with sending the remote back to him. Overall it was a great experience!

The house is beautiful!!!! What Guillermo did to the place is amazing. How he combines de spirit of San Miguel, with each little detail in the house and bringing it to the XXI. Very comfortable for all of us, having each of us our own private space, but at the same time the grounds where you have the common area, make you feel welcomed and peaceful. Loved it!!!!

an exquisite and well appointment home with excellent decorative taste incorporating éléments of the San Miguel style. Seven bedrooms each with individual bathrooms well suited for a large group. The crown jewel is the beautiful patio with a large table where our group ended our evenings sipping wine. a 15 minute walk to the Parroquia. Mercado sano across the street in la ancha avenue don't hesitate and book this place, you won't be disappointed!

The dining room and kitchen has huge windows overlooking the garden and a back door on the patio that overlooks the park. This is dreamy the house.
