A great place to stay in a nice area.

Place is beautiful and surrounded by all type of amenities, walking distance from all the best parts of Condesa.

This is a great house with ample room for a group and beautiful comfortable furniture. It is well equipped. The area is full of places to eat and hang out. The host was very responsive. We are specially grateful to the cleaning lady because the place was spotless and she came an extra day to check on supplies. I would return in the future.

I would absolutely come back to visit this Airbnb. Location was prime, and it was great for a lot of people. There’s so many great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance! Ubers can access the space easily, and walking through the many surrounding parks in the morning was a dream!

If you have a fairly large group and you're looking for a comfortable, walkable, unique and completely equipped stay with everything you may need this is a perfect spot. The terrace is gorgeous with fruiting and flowering plants all around. The neighborhood is bustling in the day time and peaceful at night. I will absolutely be back my next visit to CDMX!

Perfect location in Condesa! Easy to get anywhere and around lots of cute cafes and food. Host was very responsive. The house is a bit old so there was issues with doors getting stuck but overall place is clean and cute. The bedroom with 2 beds is upstairs on the third floor. You must go outside and up an outdoor stair well in order to get to it. It is next to the rooftop patio. The house was always cool. We went when it was around 76F outside. The place felt like it had AC even though it doesn’t so I imagine it will be comfortable even in the summer. They also have fans and space heaters available. Host was very flexible with early and late check in/out which was much appreciated. Would stay again!

We loved staying at Agustin's place. It was clean, and welcoming. All of the amenities and internet worked really well. The layout was perfect for a trip with many people, with plenty of common area spaces. The terrace on the top floor was a nice perk. The location was ideal and close to many delicious eateries. Thank you for being such great hosts!

This was a great place to stay for me and my 3 friends from Philadelphia. The neighborhood is very walkable and accessible to great restaurants, coffee shops and museums. We would definitely stay there again.

This location may be underrated in the reviews- truly the best. Fresh fruit in traditional stands at Mercado Michoacán, familiar convenience store for giant waters or simple necessities, Con Vista al Mar on one side and Los Caramelos on the other- casual fine dining everywhere, cafes everywhere- the business deeply muted by the incredible giant trees and birdsong- this place is IT. I read about the “busy” street- it’s not that busy- it’s community and it’s peacefully busy if that makes sense- don’t let it deter you. I didn’t hear sounds after bedtime. I came with 4 other girlfriends and I’d return here with my young children and in laws. So pleased with our stay at this home.

This is an incredible find. Very walkable in the heart of Condessa and extremely affordable. Our large group of 10 was very comfortable here. It is on a busier street that is more active at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask! Agustín was a very helpful and responsive host, who was flexible with our travel plans. Thanks for everything!

Perfectly located. This rental accommodates a big group with plenty of space. It is clean, beautiful, and minimal. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with dish ware and glassware, though minimal cooking materials. It was totally enough for a long weekend, and making breakfast. This is a comfortable and accessible airbnb. Thank you!

Agustin is a great host and his apartment is stunning. The terrace is fabulous, the location is amazing, and the apartment itself is comfortable and cute. Check-in was super easy. Agustin was very attentive to a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms and we got it resolved with ease. 10/10, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place in an ideal location. Lots of bedrooms spaced throughout the home made it perfect for a family vacation.

Great place, Simple check - in, fantastic location. Host was super helpful. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I were to go back to CDMX.

Very good for a family, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, and you can go for a quiet walk, it is in a good area to walk, I recommend it 10/10

Agustín was very kind before our arrival, an excellent host, the location is perfect, super safe, you can get around by subway or Uber very quickly. The house is amazing; everything is very comfortable, the terrace has a barbecue and it's very quiet. Highly recommended ♥️

Agustin's place was lovely! We enjoyed our family time in the living space with open concept. There was a slight hiccup, but Agustin took care of it for us. Would love to go back and highly recommend.
