The house was fine and the service, the bad thing was the communication with Humberto and Eduardo, the team that rents the house! I had many issues with them from the communication before the arrival, and on arrival too, everything improved when I had direct communication with the house and Enrique's service was perfect (the house manager)

The house is super nice and spacious, just like the photos, the staff are very friendly and super attentive to needs or questions, we loved the stay.

The house is very nice, spacious and in very good condition. It's pretty fair price. But if I want to make a special mention of the treatment of the people who help in the house, because it was a Spectacular deal, very attentive and helpful at all times. Highly recommended!!

We stayed with 4 families with children between 3 and 8 in Eduardo's house and felt very comfortable. The children had a lot of variety with the game room, pool, padelfeld and the beautiful garden and enjoyed sleeping in the room with double bunk beds. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and all the meals prepared were delicious. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent, the assistant team are very reliable and very helpful people. the kitchen was excellent, all the food they prepared for us was excellent the service and attention of Mr. Enrique and his team is unparalleled. Definitely Some I will book again and hope to Verlos all for the next reservation. I highly recommend them; I will definitely come back.

Property is amazing. Three houses, plenty of spaces. Nice garden, padel court, pool, grill, etc. Service was extremely nice and considerate with all guests. The downsides are that you need to coordinate with house keeper to get door open or closed which limits you a lot particularly if you are a big group. Padel racquets are broken. Unexpected fees with service AND heating up the pool so take those into account. Having said that, property is amazing.

The house is amazing. But I think the price should be the same for 17 people as for 25. At the end the beds are going to be used the same and pay per extra person/night 850 pesos seems to me a lot, especially because they have to share a bed with another person and they are also 1.35 beds. It also seems abusive to us that they will charge us the extra for heating the pool (3,000 pesos) only two days. We were also forced to have 6 people on duty full day. We thought it was too much. The location is excellent. We were great and will be back.

Hi Maria, we are very pleased to know that they enjoyed their stay, in large part the fact that they have been very well cared for and enjoyed is due to the effort of our service staff. As we explained to you, due to the number of guests, it was necessary to have additional staff to offer the best service possible, including cleaning staff, cook, and mozo, who made sure the house remained spotless for you. We also mentioned earlier that the cost of the pool is the cost of the boiler, and we don't get a profit from that price. The pool is considerably large and requires this cost to properly heat it. Nightly price is calculated according to the number of guests. We appreciate the time you took to write this review and wish them happy travels.

This place is fantastic . We had a great time. Our whole family stayed for a wedding so our weekend was super. The service staff goes above and beyond, the house is super comfortable, has everything you could want, there is supermarket and restaurants around, has a cook, two cleaning ladies, two guys who help with luggage, cleaning and service , amazing and with great disposition. Internet is good. If anything I would have bigger tables since the place fits a lot of people and not one table can sit all the guests. But that is me

This listing is a hidden gem. The place is fantastic and perfect for a large and diverse group of people. All three of the room areas are well kept and have their individual personality. The pool is also delightful as well as the hot tub - although this last one was not fully operational at the moment. If you like Paddle, this place is for you. I would also like to highlight the playroom/house - it has something for everyone. The staff is simply outstanding and very detailed oriented. They exceeded all expectations. This is a solid five stars stay!
