If you want the excitement of Getsemaní and all it has to offer - this is the place for you. Literally a party at your doorstep and great bars and food within easy walking distance in any direction. Separate mini splits allowed each bedroom autonomy of their temperature - and a large group easily fits around the large kitchen counter/table so ‘eating in’ is always an option. Very happy with Yulisa and her team who were always quick to respond to questions and act upon requests

Excellent location in the heart of everything! I wish I could rent the place out solo for a month! It's in a great location and yes, it is loud but hey, you're in Columbia! They party til 4am usually. Sometimes the music is on but no one is outside, especially on sundays. Extremely walkable neighborhood. We felt safe. Have to be persistent on the word NO to all as people will randomly knock on the door. The guy who runs the stand helped us get in as we were confused by the gate, but once we figured it was for our safety, everything was easy. Place is clean!! We did not utilize the pool as we were out all day most evenings and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the jets. This was a perfect location, right on the corner. AC was great, water pressure and temp was good. Responsive host, I would definitely stay here on my next visit.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Cartagena! The location was both safe and super convenient, making it easy to get around the city and feel completely at ease. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — but what truly made the experience stand out was the host. They were absolutely amazing: responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena!

Awesome house

Yulisa's house was just like the pictures. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by and only a block away from Plaza de la Trinidad. The neighbourhood is very lively with lots going on, we were a group of 6 and loved the area. We actually spent more time in Getsemani than in the Walled City. The pool was bigger than we thought and was a great option to be beat the heat on some days and nights. The front bedroom does get some of the noise from the street but no one complained. We made of couple of requests for new towels and other supplies which were promptly delivered the next day. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This home was absolutely perfect! It was in the perfect corner, if you’re there to party and for drinks! My friends and I loved the home. Spacious for all of and there was AC in every room and common area which was also perfect! We had a small incident where you must be careful when putting the code in especially at night because your surrounded with vendors and people, but we had to get the code changed and it unfortunately didn’t work. Yulisa worked as fast as she could to get us and had someone come out to help us. She was very responsive to anything we needed. This will be my spot when I come back!

Location is nice. you walk outside in the evening to street bars/ parties. very lively area. Very noisy from the master bedroom between 7pm-3am especially on weekends. But its okay because we were out partying for most of those hours. Yusila was kind, helpful and responsive. Would come back!

We had a great stay in this very nice, clean, and spacious home! It’s in a lively area close to everything, which made it perfect for our trip. The bedroom near the street can get a bit loud at night, but only until around 2am. I still highly recommend this place—five of us stayed here for my best friend’s bachelorette and we were all very comfortable. Big thanks to Yulisa for being responsive and helpful throughout our stay!

If you’re looking for a place to stay walking distance to a lot of things, I would say look no further you are truly immersed with this Airbnb right outside your doorstep. You will find local vendors, restaurants, and lots of street food. The nightlife is amazing and in walking distance.

Yulisa house was the best house my guest and I have stayed in bye far in Cartegena,Everything worked in the house, the air was cold, the water was hot,the Television and cable in every room worked, the Jacuzzi worked fine.

Had an amazing stay at this home, it’s exactly as described in the pictures but the best part is where the home is located, right in the getsemani block which means there’s bars literally right outside your home, you can step out have a drink. Restaurants are located so close by, everything is within a walking distance, host also provided maid service as well and the pool is a plus. Would recommend to anyone!

Yulisa was an amazing host, I will recommend her to anyone I personally know visiting the area. She made me feel like I was home and very proactive with responding to any questions I had. The pool was especially nice to cool off in. There is so much to do within walking distance of the home and very lively. The culture and food is everything you hope for. There’s convenience stores for all your extra needs as well. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

What a wonderful stay! The six of us traveled to Cartagena to celebrate my birthday and this house was perfect. Located in the most beautiful district, with the party feeling once you step out the door. The house was clean, well cared for and exactly as described. The hostess was great: reachable, helpful and arranged everything – from excursions to tips nearby. Our permanent security at 5 p.m. was also friendly and reliable. The pool is small but lovely and was even cleaned twice during our 5 day stay. The only side note is the kitchen. As a cooking lover, I found it a little outdated and in need of replacement, just like the kitchen utensils. But otherwise: top service, top location, top stay. We would love to come back!

It was great home and great location we enjoyed it every second of it. The security Reinaldo was the man!!! He took great care for us and went above and beyond and the trip would have not been the same without him!

Our stay in Cartagena was wonderful, and this Airbnb was a great choice for exploring the city. The location in the heart of Getsemaní was perfect—just steps away from amazing restaurants, bars, and all the vibrant energy of the neighborhood. However, due to this central location, the noise level at night was quite high, especially for the room closest to the entrance, which could be a drawback if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest. Aside from that, the house itself was fantastic. The pool, while not large, was a perfect spot to cool off after a day of exploring. The overall space was well-maintained, comfortable, and great for a group stay. The host was attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. If you don’t mind the lively atmosphere and some nighttime noise, this is a great place to stay in Cartagena!

Our group really loved our stay with Yulisa. She was very responsive and proactive. The space was actually quite large and had more than enough space for our group of seven. The neighborhood is so lively and gorgeous. There was so much to do within walking distance. I will definitely rebook if I am back in Cartagena.

Great space, right at the end of one of the most happening streets in Getsemani the pool was awesome, sometimes places list a pool and it doesn’t live up to the hype but this one did. Showers were great, AC was great. Didn’t opt for the security but did opt for the cook for one meal, she was fantastic and we were WELL fed. Definitely recommend this location

We just ended our 5 day stay at Yulisa’s place. We had an excellent time and would recommend it to anyone who was looking to be in a very hopping part of town while visiting Cartagena. The host was very responsive and friendly and the place was exactly what you see on the pics. The pool is a huge plus too. We really enjoyed taking a break from the hot sun and hanging out in it regularly. Only word of warning is that if you are a light sleeper, it is pretty loud well into the night. That’s both the charm of the area with lots of dancing, music, bars and restaurants that are all open late. But at the very least, consider brining some good earplugs.

we had a wonderful stay. the house was Central to everything in a very vibrant, exciting part of town. the concierge/security guy that was provided was very friendly, helpful and sort of became part of our crew. the house was clean and spacious. I will likely return to this specific Airbnb.

Casa in Getsemani was a great option for my birthday trip. The place was as described and having Keiner as security was a nice touch. He provided great service and was attentive. The area of Getsemani is lively at night during the weekend but quieter during the week. The trade off of having Keiner was worthwhile.

Honestly this was probably the best place we’ve stayed it considering the multiple vacations we take. This was in the BEST area of the city, walking distance to everything. The best part of the whole experience was our security Will. He was an amazing person we didn’t feel like he was in the way but our friend / part of the group as well! He had all the recommendations from restaurants to bars to where to go depending on our want! Even with myself being pregnant he was making sure wherever we went, I was comfortable and okay. Without Will we probably wouldn’t have had as much fun while also helping us not get overcharged/taken advantage of. We will 100% be going back thanks to Will truthfully. Just book the reservation you won’t regret it!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Starting with Yulisa's great communication, friendliness I felt at home before I even arrived. We toured the city and couldn't think of a better place to have stayed. Of all my travels, this is by far my favorite place. The security Wilder, talk about getting special treatment. His attention to detail, service, hospitality and personality it speaks for how amazing this place and your stay will be. We experienced a city wide issue (beyond control of anyone) but Yulisa, her team and Wil took action and it actually made the experience memorable and fun. I will be visiting Cartagena at least once a year, I know exactly where I will be staying. Thank you Yulisa and thank you Wil for everything you did.

In a great location, close to downtown and the walled city. At all times they supported us with everything we required in our stay. The personal attention Keiner had with us was very good, he even accompanied us to take care of us when requested. We would definitely book again with Yulisa and the team that attended to us.

Would like to think the host for installing a tv in the common area prior to our arrival. Great place and great location. The pool is really small. I didn’t read that daily cleaning was $20 per day. The only thing I did not like about this place was security being indoors. He is a great kid, but I rented the entire home. We were watching tv and he was sitting across from us. Was a little uncomfortable. I like my privacy. Those are the only complaints. It is a good home.

Yulisa was great and the place was clean and in a very central location in Cartagena close to all of the action. I recommend booking this place. The only thing that I was not expecting is that the security guard was in the apartment from 6pm-6am every day. I appreciated the fact that they had a security guard however, it was weird having him hang out inside the apartment while we were there.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had! The home itself was amazing and looks exactly how it does in the pictures with so much space. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Getsemani, which is the artsy,vibrant “local” part of Cartagena. It’s about a 10 minute walk from there to the walled city. What made the trip so amazing was having Keiner on duty! He guided us through everywhere we need to go and made sure we were never getting overcharged for anything. From excursions to finding the best food, he had us covered. By the end of the trip we felt like locals! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Our group had an amazing time in Colombia, and Yulisa beautiful home in Getsemani was the main reason why. They property was very well maintained, and very comfortable. Keiner, our guide was AMAZING, anything we needed he took care of us. Also the chef Yulisa provided was great, some of the best food I ever ate. Overall 10/10 I recommend to place to anyone who wants a great time in Getsemani.

Very spacious and beautiful home in the heart of getsemani. Be prepared to be immersed in thick of the local community! With that being said, the locals come alive at the night time and it can be loud, but when on vacation, who’s really looking to sleep? To our surprise, the home also came with security, David, who was the highlight of our trip and helped to show us all of the prime spots as well as just hung out and had a great time with us. Most importantly he made sure were safe and that we weren’t being taken advantage of during our stay, which can easily happen to anyone in Cartagena. Overall my friends and I had a pleasant stay at Yulissa home and it was more than enough space for us all and looked just like the pictures. The only negative might’ve been the hot water in the showers may not have been a steaming hot shower like we’re used to in the states, but definitely wasn’t freezing cold either. Outside of that, if I’m ever back in Cartagena, we’ll be back here for sure.

Yulisa’s spot is in the heart of Getsemani and it was an amazing stay. Lots of family owned bars to have a drink at and lots of beautiful views full of art. Spot was comfy and accommodating. Couple things to keep in mind is bug spray (mosquitos) and the back rooms are open air so it gets hot by the pool area. Yulisa is great to respond and she has cleaners to come and service pool and clean the place. Overall everything was amazing with our stay in her Getsemani location.

The location was central to the Gestmani district lots to do and very accommodation host the security keiner was very helpful and can take care of all your needs!

We had a great time, highlight of the trip was Keiner. He watched the house and made sure we were safe at night and would also travel with us when we went places. He even came out on the boat tour with us. He was very respectful and attentive to detail.

Found this lucky charm and it was amazing for our group stay! There was about 7 of us and we all enjoyed it. This location is literally in the heart of best part of old town. Great restaurants and so much to do. Everything is walking distance hardly used a Uber. The security guy Willbert was amazing. He made sure we were taken care off and was always outside watching out for the place and making sure we had no issues either the house. If we needed references he made sure to take care of us! This is highly recommended from us and would go back again.

A group of us stayed here and highly recommend Yulisa's home. The location couldn't have been better, putting us right in the heart of the action. However, it’s worth noting that the area do get loud with music from around 8/9pm until 3am every night, that's hard to ignore and in the day frequent door knocks from young ladies offering massages. But let's be honest, who goes on vacation to sleep, right? Yulisa ensured our safety by assigning someone to be in the living room and escort you around from 6pm to 6am, Keiner. He also has great connections around the city. Yulisa also arranged for Marisa to cook for us a few times, and each meal was incredible, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's definitely something I recommend taking advantage of. I will say, the hot water in the showers wasn't consistently hot, and we experienced a clogged toilet. But as soon as we brought the clogged toilet to Keiner's attention, he promptly fixed it. Staying here makes you feel like a local.

My friends and I had an amazing time in the heart of Getsemani. The property was centrally located and extremely easy to navigate to find art, entertainment, food and true culture. We were blown away by the attention to detail and overall attentiveness of our personal guide Will. Throughout our stay he felt like a member of our group., his assistance of showing us the ends and outs of the city as well as helping book services was vital to the amazing time we had. Let’s start off by saying WOW ! This was my first air bnb out of the country and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Our host did a great job communicating for the most part. Now, the location .. location location !! Couldn’t have been in a better spot if you want the Getsemani vibes right outside your doors. Very walkable distances to the city. It literally couldn’t have been better. Now I can’t leave out the best part, our guy KD ! ( keiner David) this guy went everywhere with us to make sure we didn’t over spend, find the best places to shop, eat, drink, you name it. He was on top of everything. He’d check receipts before paying to make sure it was a good price which is very nice if you’re with a Group that doesn’t have many people that can speak Spanish fluently. Made us feel comfortable and at ease when coming and go from the air bnb.The morning of checkout we realized the power was cut off at night, not sure why if we were still in there and check out wasn’t til 11:00am.

The location is prestige to all the night life and walkable to a lot of places. Yulisa responds quickly and any concerns she resolved quickly. The area being in the center of the parting it’s not quiet. Noise at all hours. Either by music or construction. Since we went for a bachelorette party and was there to party. It wasn’t an issue. The rooms are cold so a great plus. The security Keiner was very helpful with recommendations or anything we needed really. Made us girls feel safe. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend.

It is the second time I stay there, it is a little smaller than it seems in the pictures but very well its facilities and if you like the bustle and rumba is the perfect place, Keiner who is the person who supports the house very friendly and helpful, he has been very helpful and always willing. I love Cartagena and I think the place where we stay help us a lot. Yulisa provide us with a security/ guide witch his name was Wilder and everyday he make sure we had everything that we needed or guide us to the places we needed. Supper helpful and didn’t expected. Everything was close and was super touristic so we could easy walk. Definitely recommend this place, it is beautiful from the outside and inside.

This was my first time getting an Airbnb outside of America and I was a little bit skeptical but this is one of the best Airbnb’s I ever stayed at. The host Yulisa was very responsive and answered every question I asked. The location for this place is great, everything is within a walking distance, you are close to everything. Nice hot showers , AC, WiFi was always working ,Comfortable beds and you get a maid if you want. But the best part of the Airbnb was WILL. He was our tour guide/translator/wingman/advisor/security. He made the whole vacation so much smoother and he made us feel safe and was always teaching us something. The next time I come back to Cartagena, WILL has to be my tour guide again. The only cons I have was that one of the rooms AC wasn’t working and the host got caught in traffic when we first arrived and we waited 10 mins outside. But I would definitely book again 🙏🏾🙏🏾.

Great place to stay if your looking to be right in the nightlife of Getsemaní. Great location, walkable to everything like bars, restaurants, lounges and clubs, boat dock and clock tower. Great host, Yulisa is super responsive and accommodating. She even provided us with a personal tour guide to show us around the area. Keiner was a great help making sure we were safe during our stay and never taken advantage of when having to pay for daily expenses. Great Airbnb, close to all the restaurants and nightlife, the host was great place was perfect for my friends and I, Keiner the nightly security guard was awesome he was super friendly and attentive to all our needs can’t say enough good things about him!!!

Well first of all I want to stay my Host(Yulisa) was very helpful and attentive , she helped with every need that we needed. Now the house security (Keiner) was AMAZING, he was very helpful with any and everything, from finding good food places and great entertainment. Keiner was opening to help with every need as well, he kept things very peaceful during all the festivities during the holiday. All and all the both was amazing and we will stay there again and again on our next visit.

The place is centrally located in the artistic district of Getsemaní. We had an amazing time and the house was beautiful, it made us feel right at home. The location is awesome. Everything is walking distance, the clubs, the clock tower, the boat dock , the street with all the flags and umbrellas is on the side on the house . On the weekend this area is live . I meant everything is closed by . 5 rooms 4 baths with cold ac , hot showers with wifi with 5 tv feels like a mansion . Perfect for bachelors😊😊and family . The pool in the center of 4 rooms is amazing . We had a maid that we asked her to come with us to the U.S cause she can cook for real . Then we had Keiner . This guy is amazing. He was our wingman , our translator , our guide , our security, our finance advisor😊 so don’t overpay . We want K whenever we come back to this place. Anything just ask K . 144 beers , Hennys and tequilas we just asked K . We wanted a taxi , we asked K . Did i mention the maid 🤔that manmi cant cook 😫. Overall This place is a 9.9999 on 10 for me .

This place is in a great location and Yulisa is great at communicating and ensuring all your needs are met. The security guy “Keyton” is also helpful and always willing to lend a hand. The place is compact and 3 rooms are rather small. So keep that in mind Overall I recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Getsmani (walled city).

I can’t say enough about this place. The listing was spot on and looked exactly like the pictures. We arrived at the house right before Yulisa but she met us with a smile. She gave us our keys, pointers on the house (AC most importantly) and introduced us to our security guy, Keiner who was exceptional. This home is in the heart of Getsemani which was rich in color and culture. Every evening was full of life with sounds of music, laughter and streets packed with people enjoying themselves and the party typically didn’t stop until the wee hours of the morning. The home is also minutes away from everything either by walking or taking a quick Uber (less than $3). If you decide to book this home, you won’t be disappointed. I had a party of 5 and we had more than enough room to move around and feel comfortable.

Yulisa was a wonderful host! The place was clean, open and cozy. Exactly what's described .The house also comes with a security guard named Keiner, the area was safe to us however if you need someone to guide you, grab things from the market and restaurant he is your guy he was wonderful anything you need he will do it with pleasure. We also had a housekeeper (Marelvis) who cooked for us if you want her to. We asked her to make traditional Colombian meals and it was wonderful. She was definitely a pleasure, I had my children with me, she noticed how tired I was and took over to make breakfast. She was worth it especially if you're coming from a tour and don't have time for restaurants. If you're a big group or family and have good kids this is a place for you. Everything is nearby!
