The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. My family and I were very comfortable and happy to have chosen it. Claudia's service was excellent; she helped us at all times and responded super quickly. The place is very close to several very nice restaurants, and if you need transportation, it's very easy to find ways to get around, from bicycles for rent to private cars that take you to other places of interest. I definitely highly recommend it. Our stay in Tulum was unbeatable; I would stay at this accommodation again. We were all delighted.

It was a beautiful insta-worthy house with floor to ceiling windows, private pool inside a private gated community. Claudia was very helpful and easy to connect with. She even allowed us late checkout free of charge. Definitely recommend visiting this place

This place is great! Has everything you could possibly need from towels to kitchen equipment and coffee supplies. Host is very responsive, always answering questions and proactively providing recommendations from places to eat to car services to use. Would recommend to anyone for a stay in Tulum

This was my 5th trip to Tulum and one of my favorite places I have stayed. We loved the location and had several coffee shops and restaurants we could walk to. Our place was very safe, private and quiet and looked just like the pictures. Claudia was very helpful with several recommendations and we enjoyed breakfast she arranged for us at our place. This is the perfect location between the hotel zone and town. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

You do not want to miss out on this impeccable Airbnb. The location is across the street from a great breakfast nook and fresh market. This home is in a gated community with 24 hour security very safe community and the home is set up as a compound where you enter the patio with a separate living room/kitchen steps away from the pool and lounging area then each bedroom has a code locked door with separate ac splitters. The ac was very cold and showers were amazing. Bathrooms are full with natural light and the third floor is a balcony that you can view the stars at night so relaxing. The host provides recommendations of drivers we used one specifically the entire time we had a large party and it was competitive from the taxi prices. We also felt very safe everywhere in Tulum. The airbnb is a quick drive to restaurants like kin toh, taboo beach club and Gitano. We also rented a catamaran that was a 45 min drive but the views made it go fast! I highly recommend you stay here!

This place was such a peaceful and beautiful stay. The experience was amazing! The host was very responsive from day one of booking until the last day of check out. I would message the host and receive a response within 10 minutes every time. This made life so much easier when having questions. 100% recommended stay!

We had such a wonderful visit at Villa SacBe! We really enjoyed the comfortable home and walkable neighborhood and amenities like the court and additional pool adjacent to the property. All six members of our group had incredible sleep every night and were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay. We would be very pleased to come back and stay again at this residence and would highly recommend it to others! The only minor thing is that the home is currently set between two houses under construction, but if you plan to be out enjoying Tulum during the day, it shouldn’t be an issue.

We had a great time at this place, ideally located in a secure area. The hosting was very flexible: we were able to drop off our luggage before check-in, which was much appreciated. Hosts were ultra responsive and proactive, sending us a very comprehensive list of activities and good places to visit before our arrival. A small problem with the washing machine was quickly taken care of, and they even offered to take our laundry to the laundromat to help us out. Only small downside: a slight delay during the planned intervention, but this did not affect our overall experience. A big thank you to the hosts for their professionalism and hospitality, we would recommend this listing without hesitation!

The house is stunning, it has indoor/outdoor spaces with an open concept living room & kitchen. It has a gorgeous seating area in the inner courtyard facing the pool with gardens strewn about the premises. All bedrooms open to the courtyard. On the 2nd fl accessible by a loggia. The gated community is beautiful, and we took the opportunity to walk to a local cafe. It feels super safe though just note there is a lot of construction. This didn't affect our experience at all since we were seldomly in the home, but this may be a personal preference. Also, note this is the jungle and you should be aware of insects, bring spray. I hosted a bachelorette party and Celine was there to answer EVERY single question I had from restaurants, a private chef, transportation, even a bouquet for the bride! They had 5 gal of drinking water in the house! Our entire trip was so seamless, and I can't thank her & her team enough for going above and beyond to help coordinate this experience for us. Thank you!

Our group had a truly wonderful stay at Celine's place. The addresses in Tulum are a little tricky, but once we got them right, it was fine, and Celine's team helped us out as needed. When we contacted the team, the response time was immediate, which was great. It was a very comfortable, beautiful stay! Loved the pool and the indoor outdoor space. Very private but together at the same time. We didn't experience any construction noise as it was Christmas week, I would check on that, it would have made a difference. Renting bikes was key, riding to the beach was so nice and easy, and the traffic backup by car was something to avoid! Celine's place is really lovely and we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!!

We had an amazing stay as a group of 8 friends! The house was adorable, well-maintained, and easy to access. We felt very secure with the complex's excellent security measures. The only challenges we faced were that taxis sometimes had trouble finding the location due to the developing complex, and there was construction happening on both sides of the house during our stay. Just a heads-up—be sure to pack mosquito repellent, as they can be relentless in Tulum! The host's communication was outstanding, always responsive and helpful. The house layout was perfect for our group, with the living area conveniently located by the pool, and the bedrooms upstairs, offering privacy for those who wanted some quiet time. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Everything was excellent, we went through incredible and our kids really enjoyed it, I totally recommend the property!!!

The place was cute even though we didn't understand the kitchen and family room area was a separate place from the bedrooms and bathrooms. Room 1 on the main level is a separate bedroom with a separate bathroom/shower you walk out to. Room 2 and 3 on the upper level are separate with a bathroom/shower you walk out and into to use. Room 4 is the only room that has an attached bathroom/shower. The third level is a balcony The area was nice that felt safe and close to little stores if you needed something. It was well kept and private. The pool is right off the kitchen area but it was hard to swim with the bugs. The whole yard it secluded and well kept. The time we were there it rained a lot so I'm guessing the mosquitoes were worse. Maybe mosquitos zappers would be nice to allow hanging outside by the pool and bbq area. Our host meet us at the place to show us around and give us pointer. It was hard to find the place on google maps so follower the hosts directions.

We were a group of 8 girls and we had a wonderful time staying here! The house is beautiful, well kept and we enjoyed the layout and overall experience. Celine and the ladies were great host and very helpful. The house is in a more quiet area of Tulum which we liked but also across the street from grocery stores, food, drinks, bike rentals and also a short distance from Tulum center, the beaches, ruins, etc. There was construction going on next door, so that was one down side. More privacy from the construction site would be nice. Other then that a great house with a nice pool, air condition rooms and we felt safe always!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! Sofia met us upon arrival and gave us a walkthrough of the home. She was super responsive to our messages. The private chef, Joaquin, was the highlight of our vacation. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect dinner. Heidi helped arrange a ruins and cenote tour, which I highly recommend. Our guide, Ursula, was fun and super knowledgeable. We all felt very safe in the home. The construction next door isn’t very bothersome. The only surprise was that the bathrooms didn’t have AC. Not a huge deal since the rest of the villa is air conditioned, but worth noting.

Highly recommend staying here. The house looks exactly like the photos. Came here for a family reunion and the house was perfect. The outdoor area is a great gathering spot - nice and shaded, spacious, and the pool was great for the little kiddos. House was clean, nice, and had everything we needed. Parking is super easy and the community is gated so we felt safe. It’s also central to lots of attractions (driving: 10 minutes to Mayan ruins, 20 minutes to Xel-Ha, 15 minutes to the main strip on the beach with the trendy restaurants and boutique hotels, etc.) The house is also within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Celine was a phenomenal host - super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING experience!!! Definitely the best airbnb hosts I’ve ever had, very proactive and responsive. The fact that they connect you with a driver for all your transportation made our trip so easy, and the driver we had was great as well. The property is beautiful and perfect for a group, there is some construction nearby but we didn’t really notice it much. The area is also a great location and very secure. Would come back!!!

House was gorgeous.

This place was beautiful, exactly like on the pictures. A big bonus is that there is a community pool and a tennis court right next to it. There was a construction right next-door, but there were working from 9 AM till 6 PM which did not bother us at all because we were out and about during that time. There was an issue of a branch banging on the roof at night from the wind. But the host fix the issue the same day, so we were very grateful for a quick response. And it’s a walking distance to a lot of coffee shops and restaurants, so will definitely stay there again!

The place was lovely. It was accurate to the description we felt like we were in a luxurious getaway inside a neighborhood. The house is separated by each room, which is nice to feel like we all had our own area of the home to ourselves. We were very glad that we Stayed during the week because as soon as the weekend rolled around, the neighborhood got quite noisy as travelers came in to party for the weekend. Lots of construction Which they were very clear about there is construction happening right next to the house so we didn’t spend much time at the Airbnb because of it. There also wasn’t that much privacy using the pool because of it but we didn’t mind as we were on nature excursions most of the time. When we did have an issue we were helped immediately. If you’re planning on cooking, they’ve got most of what you need in the kitchen, except the pans are quite old and scratched. It’s about a 25 min bike ride to the beach. 10 min by car. Not many free beaches. I’d rent a car.

A very good place to stay!

I booked Celine for birthday celebration with 6 adults. Celine and her team especially Aleida were helpful prior, during, and after the trip (unfortunately one of my guests left something important). The home is beautiful clean and well appointed. The pool is deep it’s not a cooling pool . Unfortunately the house next door is under construction; it didn’t bother us coming from the city but be aware there will be construction noise during the day. The location has some walkable food locations but everything else requires transport or bicycle. The team helped arrange transport during the stay and to and from the airport. The team also assisted with private chef for breakfast; Alex and Ballentine were very good. I high recommend thank you for making my birthday easier.

Celine is beyond exceptional. Prior to arriving she will reach out to make the necessary accommodations I needed before I arrived. The photos do not do this villa any justice because it’s even more beautiful in person. Literally breath taking . The entire team from Celine to Alieda were magnificent and I couldn’t ask for a better host. She shares places to go to that are also cost efficient. The home comes with a grill, washer and dryer, water (and they refill the jugs for you), ac, and chic bathrooms. I am a very picky person when it comes to staying at places but this listing exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home ! Do it now i promise you won’t regret it. I loved my stay. Thank you Celine I will be back!

Celine's home was situated in a jungle setting with excellent 24 hour security. The house offered a variety of comfortable seating areas and comfortable beds in every room - which was important since we had a larger group in the house. The location was conveniently located to many walkable restaurants, shops, and other attractions. We would stay in this house again.

Was better than I had anticipated. Very beautiful. Celine was very responsive all throughout and personally greeted us upon arrival. I felt safe and secure. Celine provided local recommendations and helped me make transportation arrangements as well as secured a chef for us. I would stay at this property and would be interested in other properties she may have.

I came to this Airbnb with 7 other friends, the host was very easy to talk to and accommodated our request to turn the 2 other bedrooms with twin in beds into queen beds. She also offered to stock up our kitchen for our arrival and pay when we got there which is nice!! This was a beautiful Airbnb, the architecture is modern without losing the feel of the place around you, it really brought an inside/outside feel. The pool was awesome to have something to dip in since it’s so hot outside, even if it looks small at first glance it fit 8 people comfortably because it’s quite deep! The doors to the bedroom are all locked with a code and the house itself is located in a gated community that requires an access code every time you leave which felt very safe and secure. We would love to book this place again!

Very beautiful property. The hosts were very accommodating with booking the private chef, massages and transportation. They even checked on us during our stay. It was 6 of us and we had plenty of room and felt very safe with 24/7 service at the villa. I highly recommend and would return. 10/10

Celine’s house was gorgeous and perfect for our family vacation. Upon arrival we were met on location by the manager and walked through the flow and function of the home. There was a welcoming ambiance with the lighting set and everything was picture perfect. Food and markets were walkable nearby, gated for privacy, and all the cabs knew where to pick us up and drop us off. Lots of little animals to watch and and we joked that the pool was “human deep”. It’s small, but about 5 ft deep where your head can stick out. They were extremely responsive at all hours. I mean all hours. 7am to midnight. Each room home was separate from the main area. There was a house that rented behind us where we could hear their talking and partying til 1am, however it was a non issue since ear plugs were also provided so we could all catch our flights well rested. It was a fabulous stay and highly recommended!

The villa is as described on the website - super spacious for just the 6 of us, could easily sleep 8 comfortably. The villa was cleaned nicely prior to arrival and well furnished. The concierge services provided (private chef options, private transportation, and in-house massages) were excellent. You do need to take a taxi to get to the beach areas and into town, but there are numerous shops in walking distance right outside the gated community, and the host can arrange transportation. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Celine’s place at Villa Sacbe was incredible. We had a group of couples and friends for a 30th birthday celebration and the spot was perfect for the occasion. The place is all open air, and the separate locked bedrooms make it feel like renting your own hotel. The pool and amenities were gorgeous and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The team went above and beyond with local recommendations, offers to coordinate transportation, and booking reservations. Quick and easy communication as needed throughout the trip. I could not recommend this place enough, and would definitely share with family and friends visiting the area.

This rental was great for our group, which consisted of four couples. The rooms are private, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house is clean with all the essentials needed for a great time. Our host even accommodated our grocery request and our refrigerator was stocked upon arrival. The neighborhood is safe and there are several stores within a quick 3 minute walk from the rental. I would definitely recommend Celine’s property.

Perfect spot to be for a family with teens. Very peaceful and safe environment. Very convenient between the town and the beach. Very well kept, very clean, no bugs, the entire house smelled good everywhere, the beds were super comfortable. The AC was working well in every room. The kitchen was convenient with basic needs. The living room was comfortable the furniture was well kept. We had an unforgettable vacation. We decided to rent a car, because it is not safe to bike and the taxis will charge the price of one day of car rental per run. The most enjoyable waters are at the cenotes as recommended by the host( and also since the sargasso is prominent in Tulum’s ocean water). We were grateful for the recommended transportation company that the host recommended it was a private chauffeur. Just perfect and easy ride from Cancun. The water parks like Xel-Ha are very much worth it for a family with young teens. Even the buffet was delicious. The food in general amazing in Tulum.

We had such an excellent time at this property for my bachelorette weekend. The space was large enough with great rooms and the surrounding area was walkable. The taxi service with Miguel and his son, the chef, and the massage therapists really made our trip so memorable. We would stay here again. The surrounding area is other Airbnb type properties and could be loud at night. Probably not the place for a family vacation.

My friends and I had the most amazing long weekend in Tulum and one of the highlights was our amazing AirBnB. It is beautiful and relaxing. Celine had great recommendations and helped organize a private chef, and got us in contact with a driver to get around Tulum. Her responsiveness and care made it a worry free weekend which we really appreciated. When our toilet had issues it was quickly fixed. I would highly recommend staying here!

I was worried about the taxi situation and getting around the city, but Celine provided two taxi services that were easy to contact and schedule pick ups. This villa was absolutely stunning. All of our guests were impressed with their accommodations and all bedrooms felt private. Before arriving, we worried that the air conditioning would not be able to keep up with the heat in Tulum, but each room had their own AC unit and we never felt uncomfortable. The staff entering the private condominium community were always friendly and never gave us an issue with entering and leaving. There were plenty of amazing coffee shops and convenient stores directly across from the community. We did rent two cars and had no problem parking both in front of our unit. We never felt they were in jeopardy of broken into. There were also plenty of taxi services nearby with a maximum wait time of five minutes and were always reasonably priced. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

This house is gorgeous! We had a wonderful weekend stay and the services from Celine and her people made it even better. The location made it easy for us to see the downtown area and the beach. Everywhere we went was under 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in Tulum, great for small groups of 6-8! Looks just like photos. Host is a great communicator and will help arrange transportation, private chef, etc. Private chef was overpriced for what you get (I don’t recommend it) but the airport transportation and pre-reserved taxi drivers were extremely useful and economical! Location was good, you definitely need a taxi to get to the beach or the part of town where bars/restaurants are so plan accordingly.

Everything was PERFECT the pictures really don’t do the house justice ! Our group loved every part about staying here , not too far from food & pharmacy and easily accessible to taxis ! Host & concierge had GREAT communication as well ! I would definitely come back !

The home was beautiful and super clean! Host was responsive and helpful. We used her referred chef service which was delicious! We got the steak and shrimp. She also referred us to a car service (Tuscan Kim) who was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my 30th birthday trip to Tulum! The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The hosts were very helpful and responded to my questions and concerns promptly. We also booked a balloon package that came out beautifully. Our neighborhood had a black out that lasted maybe 10 minutes. But Ana and Celine made sure to check on us and made sure we were okay. My group and I really enjoyed the pool and the A/C units kept us nice and cool. Keep in mind that this is the jungle and there will be bugs. There was spray but make sure to bring your own. All in all I would definitely recommend this place.

This villa is incredible! And communication was great !

Villa SacBe could not be more perfect. The open floor plan allows you to be together with nature and your fellow housemates, but also grants privacy and solace. The neighborhood was quiet despite the extensive construction. Each room is beautifully decorated in minimalist fashion. All of the rooms and the common living area were very clean and smelled amazing. The surrounding jungle is teeming with life and we enjoyed watching and listening to it every morning with our coffee. Celine and her concierge team were phenomenal. They pre-stocked the house with groceries for us for a very reasonable fee, helped us secure a driver that transported us all week and they arranged for us to have a private chef one evening. The Chef and his team fixed us delicious margaritas, were friendly, efficient and professional. The food and service was impeccable. Don’t look any further… this is the perfect place!

The house was incredible! We enjoyed hanging by the pool and the indoor/ outdoor living. The host was very attentive with quick replies via WhatsApp. They connected us with a private chef dinner which was incredible!! But almost double the price I was quoted. Covid tests were required to return to the states and they connected us with someone who came to our house but it was pricey to have the convenience. The house is located in a gated community, and felt very safe but was isolated- I.e. must take expensive cabs everywhere- like $30 to go 1 mile to the grocery store. There was a rough storm during our stay that affected the power, AC and some water came in through the windows, I don’t think that was avoidable though! Tbh probably wouldn’t return to Tulum but would return to this Airbnb!!!

We stayed at Villa SacBe May 19 -May 23rd. And it was everythinWeg we needed it to be. It was beautiful and not too far from the many places that we wanted to travel to. And we felt really safe there, it being a gated community. Our host was great and accommodating. I would definitely come back here

This was by far my favorite Airbnb stay! What you see is what you get & for once the pictures don’t do the place justice. I know traveling can be concerning when it comes to safety but knowing that it’s in a gated community & security greets you everything time made our stay that much better! A shout out to Sofia who was there to greet us an hour early to hold our luggage before our stay. She sent over suggestions on local restaurants, food recommendations and even activities or excursions around us! Communication was instant and we were provided with everything we needed to feel at home away from home. We will be definitely coming back just bring a bit more bug spray lol thanks again!

The house was in great conditions, everything was clean and the hostess was very helpful and kind. The location of the house is perfect and it’s in a private neighborhood with security 24/7. We had a lovely stay. We recommend staying in this house in a heart beat.

The hosts and the home were absolutely incredible. Sofia helped get us groceries, find transportation, provided us with great suggestions and was always available if we needed her. The house was very clean, in a safe neighbourhood with private security, and spacious enough for our group of 8. I would 100% stay here again. Be prepared it is about a 15 minute taxi ride to the main area where most of the restaurants/bars were, but the hosts set us up with a driver to take us where we needed to go. In the situations where we did not want to use a driver, we went to the security desk by the front desk and they arranged taxis for us. The area was great as there were stores, cafe’s and restaurants in walking distance if we didn’t want to go all the way into town. There was also a public pool down the block that we went to one of the days as the pool at the house is pretty shaded by the house. Overall it was fantastic!

Rent a car - it’s not close to the beach

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It’s absolutely stunning! We felt very safe (24-hour security) and the location can’t be beat! Check-in was seamless, the hosts were very responsive to our questions. The pool was a perfect way to cool down after a hot day on the beach. Bring bug spray for the mosquitoes (it’s the jungle!) We can’t wait to return to Tulum!

This is Airbnb is amazing!! We stayed here for 9 days & it was absolutely gorgeous. Great pool, great WiFi, nice beds… We hired the chef a few times & that is SO worth it. Taxis are easy to get ( a little expensive ) & security was on point! Celine & Sofía are great hosts & we would recommend them to everybody. Incredible home & good location. Only a few minutes from the beach!

This place is absolutely breathtaking!! If you have a chance to book it - don't even hesitate and just do it. We were so incredibly lucky to score this for a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday, and Sofia and Celine made everything exceptional. The house is so so beautiful, and the location is also very prime. I was expecting to hear construction noises with all the hotels that are being built, but there was none at all which was super nice. The only thing was noises from our neighbors, but I understand that's harder to control. The architecture of this place is just gorgeous, and our group was incredibly sad to leave on our last day there. We hope to be here again in the future!

This place was even better than the pictures. In comparison to other AirBnb's in Tulum this was super easy to find, had paved roads throughout the community, and also had a resort feel. I do want to mention that if you plan on having guest over, this isn't the place for you. The front gate is super strict and will not allow anybody on the property who isn't a registered guest. Overall a great location and home!
