Absolutely amazing time staying here, Carlos and crew were great. Everything was better than described, I left this place wanting to come back and stay here without a doubt. Super responsive, friendly, and professional. The staff of the home was extremely friendly, kind, and made great food. They made us feel at home, and were always ready to answer our questions, and help. Every morning, Rocio, the housekeeper would wait for us with coffee, and a great smile. Very nice house, in excellent condition, ideally located in the heart of the old city of Cartagena. The location is exceptional and very quiet. The staff is very nice and welcoming. From preparing breakfast to serving it, cleaning and doing laundry, their constant presence can sometimes give a feeling of lack of privacy. But maybe that's just the usual way of doing things in Colombia. We booked a home chef for dinner, served at the bar for lack of a dining room, which can give the feeling of being observed. The $75 package plus the cost of the ingredients seemed a bit high, but the portions were very generous. Finally, we booked a sunset boat ride, and it was really beautiful. In short, a beautiful house, very quiet and perfectly located, with attentive staff. Ideal for those who appreciate a warm welcome and very attentive service.

Perfect stay!

This was our 5th visit to Cartagena and Casa O Cachera was by far the best. We had three couples and everyone enjoyed the comfortable king size beds & private baths with lux amenities. The staff prepared breakfasts were authentic & delicious. We were made to feel at home for the entire stay. While we are familiar with the city's offerings, the suggestions for dining, bars and activities were very much appreciated. The location is fabulous! The street is not busy or filled with late night noise. We always felt safe coming and going. And the location is steps from retail, restaurants, bars and Plaza Fernandez Madrid. We all agreed we would stay again!

The property was magnificent- from the location to the interior architecture, this luxury house accommodated our party of 8 and still had capacity. We definitely recommend this home to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life!

We really liked the house but above all the service. I didn't have much communication with Carlos, but I did with Mayerlin, the co-host. Very helpful and kind. And Joanna and Miguel, who made us breakfast and helped us clean up in the mornings…incredible, super attentive and very friendly. I hope to be back soon!

This air bnb is just as gorgeous as it is in the pictures . But what really made the stay was the wonderful staff . They were ALWAYS friendly , helpful , quick to respond and trying to always fulfill the needs. The only issue we ran into about day 3 and onward was the water . The other guests had to come to my master bedroom to shower because it just wouldn’t run properly . But it wasn’t bad enough to lessen giving the place 5 stars. Things happen out of human control, so the rating is based off communication , responsiveness and kindness . Can’t give anything less than 5 stars . Also shoutout to Ivan for being the best private driver ever .

This was such an amazing stay for my family and I first time in Columbia!! The house , host and staff were top tier !!! Nasly was super amazing, polite and very accommodating! She was part of the reason our experience was 1000/10 ! She cooked us a variety of breakfast every morning and even though it was a communication barrier we all found ways to communicate best ! Ivan was our driver and he was very sweet and amazing as well! This location is perfect you are surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants as well as walking distance from the clock tower ! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay! We will be back !

The villa is stunning! Everything was very well organized and we loved having helpful and friendly staff prepare delicious breakfasts every day. They didn’t hover and left when they were done. The house is very comfortable and clean, the beds are amazing, great AC, and the 2 pools are perfectly refreshing after walking around in the heat of Cartagena. The area is also safe and close to everything. We really enjoyed how organized the whole operation is, we wanted to book a boat for a day and even though the house boat was already reserved, the owners found us another one and made sure we had a great time. Also, airport pickup and drop off was very convenient, they were efficient and on time. They are fast, professional and think of every detail. Highly recommended for a worry free luxury vacation!

Just AMAZING! From the moment I began communicating with the concierge six months before our trip, everything was seamless, clear, quick, and professional. The house itself was stunning: spotless, beautifully designed, and felt almost royal. Both pools were incredible, but the rooftop one was truly breathtaking, with perfect lounge areas to relax and take it all in. The beds and pillows were top quality, and everyone slept comfortably. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the private dinner prepared by the chef was an unforgettable experience. Most of all, the staff made us feel genuinely at home with unmatched warmth and kindness. The great communication and professionalism even extended to the shuttle driver and the houseboat crew. Casa O truly has it all, and if something isn’t already offered, they’ll make it happen. We can’t wait to return, and we always felt completely safe throughout our stay!

Airbnb had a unique experience with a personal chef cooking breakfast every morning, which was a great touch. Location was great with walkable distance to everything in the nearby area and place was clean with attention to detail which I always look for and makes a place feel more like home. The property is very well cared for. The spaces are small, normal in Cartagena, but the optimization of the spaces, the design and good taste provide everything one may need. The house is beautiful and in a great location inside Cartagena walls. I stayed there for work for 6 days and the host allowed me to have my meetings there which made things much easier. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I used the cook service multiple days and the food was delicious. Mayerlin (our local host) helped me getting some restaurant reservations and was always available for anything. The rooms are big and renovated, the kitchen is opened which makes it great for entertaining. The rooftop pool is a very nice treat under Cartagena heat. Would definitely return.

Casa O Curato is stunning, tranquil villa in the heart of the old city. Every room was perfectly situated and extremely comfortable. The breakfast every morning was so lovely and delicious! The hospitality was next level. We will definitely be back!

This was truly one of the most exceptional Airbnb stays I've ever experienced. Not a single thing was out of place. The breakfast and dinner cooked by the staff were better than our meals out to the local restaurants. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating were happy to help us get whatever we needed. The property itself was spectacular, all the rooms have AC, and are impeccably decorated, clean, and comfortable. The design of the property itself is also stunning, with the fountain pool in the kitchen, and the rooftop pool on the top floor. We stayed here for a bachelorette party, and it could not have been a better choice or location. Will absolutely be returning with family again! Thank you so much!

Our stay at Casa O was simply incredible!! Anyone visiting Cartagena should book this Airbnb if it is available. The staff that attends to your every need is amazing, from the chefs to the cleaning to the personalized attentive concierge that comes with the location, it could not have been better. We booked many things through this Airbnb, a boat trip to the Rosario islands, massages, and several delicious home-cooked dinners, all of which were incredible and reasonably priced. The staff also cleans the Airbnb every day, as well as makes you a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, in a very safe area. I have never experienced a level of service like I got through this Airbnb, and it significantly enhanced our trip. From group friend trips to couples getaways, if this place is available you should just book it immediately, I guarantee it will be the highlight of your trip.

I'm so happy my family and I decided to stay at the Casa O Carbonera. I don't even know where to begin, we did not want to leave! The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay. We really enjoyed waking up to breakfast every morning. Mayerlin our concierge was extremely helpful with any questions I had including booking massages, and the personal chef for our pool day. We stayed at Casa O Curato for our daughter’s wedding in Cartagena, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and ideally located near the cathedral and our reception venue. The team made our stay unforgettable—each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the chef prepared amazing meals, including the best seafood paella we’ve ever had. Carlos and his staff were always attentive, and the included driver, Mr. Ivan, was wonderful and so helpful with airport transfers and city rides. Loved my stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was easy and the host was really friendly and responsive. Mayerlin was amazing throughout the whole process from helping with booking massages to the private chef. Private chef was amazing the food was so good no one talked while they ate. Johanna and Miguel made breakfast so comforting and yummy I wanted to take her home with me. Our driver Ivan made every transfer effortless and was always available. Definitely would stay again! If you’re thinking about booking just do it you won’t regret it worth every cent!

It was an amazing experience! The house is really nice and clean, in the middle of Cartagena which is perfect. It’s walkable to all the main areas and meeting points for excursions. Nasly, Yonnifer and Ivan are all really great. Nasly made us breakfast every morning which is included with your stay and it was always a delicious and amazing breakfast, she is also super attentive and does what you need. Yonnifer is a great chef, his food was delicious and he is super nice. Ivan is the driver that you can choose to use to go to and from places and is a super nice guy and makes great recommendations.

What a place!! Casa O Carbonera is everything listed, shown in the photos and so much more! Carlos was always quick to respond and put me in touch with Mayerlin is co-host in Cartagena. Mayerlin is the ultimate professional, so friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a large group of people there for my birthday and she was able to answer every question (and there were a lot of them!) and provide the best recommendations and bookings for us. The service provided by the house staff Joanna and Miguel was spectacular! The rooms were always perfectly cleaned, the daily breakfasts were huge and delicious. They were both so friendly and professional, always smiling. The location is perfect for walking anywhere you want to go within the walled city and we always felt safe. It's also just far enough away from the very busy night club area so the streets are not packed with people or noise. I highly recommend this property!

Staying at Casa O Espíritu Santo was amazing! Stayed here for 5 days and no complaints at all. Host was very responsive and friendly, Nasly made delicious breakfast every day along with cleaning our rooms, and lastly our driver Ivan who made stops for us if needed and also helped Nasly was friendly as well. My friends and I had a great stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend staying here!

Incredible, we had a wonderful time with our family, a big thank you to the staff who were so kind and caring, Rosia, Moises, chef Johnny and Maya who helped me organize everything. (And also Ivan, the very professional and attentive driver) The location is incredible, on the most beautiful street in Cartagena. Just note that the house is open so it's quite hot, but there are fans everywhere and air conditioning in the bedrooms. (Bring mosquito repellent) The house is always impeccably clean.

From the moment Ivan, the driver, picked us up at the airport, we felt cared for. He shared great tips on restaurants, tours, and navigating Cartagena, and was always available when we needed to ask questions or rides. We were welcomed by Elmicen and later Nasly, who made delicious breakfasts, kept the home spotless, and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for groups — each bedroom has its own bathroom and AC, with open-air common areas and a private outdoor shower and soaking tub. Through Mayerlin, we booked the private yacht, a fabulous lunch at Capri Beach Club, and in-home massages. We loved it all! 100/10

Carlos has one of the most beautiful properties in all of Colombia. His staff is just as great, and maybe even better than the home itself. I would recommend this home to anybody who plans on going to Cartagena.

This home was absolutely perfect! Breathtaking from the moment you enter the property. The staff from the chef to the housekeepers were always friendly, courteous, and responsive. We were 12 at the villa but had more than 50 friends and family over in the area for a wedding. The staff helped prepare a welcome dinner for all our friends and family and were extremely accommodating for changes in time and guests. No complaints!

Casa O Carbonera is absolutely beautiful. This house is so beautiful you don’t even want to ever leave from there. The terrace is amazing, perfect to enjoy the hot Cartagena afternoon. The rooms are big and beautiful. The whole house is so clean and perfect. Many restaurants are just a few steps away. The whole area is walkable yet private. Our family had an incredible stay at Casa O! The house is beautifully done within the Walled City. We could easily walk from San Diego to Santo Domingo in about 15 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and boutiques within the San Diego neighborhood. The staff was there to greet us upon arrival, helped get us settled in, and then we were left to enjoy the home. Breakfast was delicious and the house was spacious and served as a great retreat when we returned from exploring the city. The team was proactive in their communication and ensured we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying at Casa O during our next visit! Thank you Carlos!

We had such an amazing stay here. Carlos and Maya (our concierge) were incredibly kind and responsive, and really made us feel taken care of. Johanna and Miguel made us a delicious breakfast every morning and kept our rooms clean throughout the trip. Both were ridiculously thoughtful and made us feel like family. The space itself was absolutely gorgeous. The experience was luxurious. One of the highlights was the at-home dinner with Chef Jonifer. He cooked us a delicious and so generous meal, that was definitely enough to feed a village! The at-home massages were also a really special and relaxing experience. Overall, we felt so at home here. Everyone we interacted with was respectful, kind, and clearly took pride in their work. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough—I’d come back to Cartagena just to stay here again.

Everyone on Carlos’s team was fantastic. It was a lovely place to stay, and I would recommend it. However, if you are traveling with older individuals, be aware that there are many stairs. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Carlos was a fabulous host and so responsive to our questions and needs! Their staff is next level and our wives actually cried when we said good bye to Johnnie and Jennifer, they quickly became family to us! Johnie was so kind and a top chef- our breakfast was marvelous and we all miss our daily breakfast! The entire staff at Casa O Curato was terrific! This house was amazing. Mayerlin our personal concierge was very informative from the beginning to the end. She stayed in communication with us and had recommendations. We were greeted upon arrival wity fresh lemonade by our housemaid Nalsy. Nalsy is such a sweetheart. She was prompt for arrival time every morning to cook us a delightful meal to start our day. Ivan our driver was there on time to pick us up from the airport and to drop us back off. He made sure it was a smooth and safe transport. We did order an in house chef whom dinner was absolutely delicious, and probably our best meal we had while in Columbia. I would say its very safe and it was a pleasant stay.

This place is beyond excellent! To start the communication was flawless for airport pick up. We arrived early and the staff was available and ready with the house clean. If it wasn’t ready we had the option to drop our bags and come back. The staff was absolutely lovely and gave us a tour. The house was an architectural dream! Breakfast and coffee was amazing everyday and made with love. The location is in a prime area in the old city so close to amazing restaurants and the Sofitel which is where our wedding was so PERFECT. We just loved everything about this place, staff, communication, accommodations , management team and give it an excellent score 10/10.

Easily one of the most unique, beautiful, and highly walkable properties I've visited. Moises and Rosia were amazingly hospitable, and Rosia's breakfasts were worth the price. Moises and Maya were very responsive to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again. Also, you must eat and drink next door at Restaurante La Unica... Great dining experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Getsemani in Cartagena. Nasly looked after us during our stay, making different breakfasts with fruit every morning - which were all excellent. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked perfectly, and we really enjoyed the terrace for sun down drinks and a dip in the small pool. The hosts and the concierge were also very helpful in organising boat trips (a must do!), beach clubs and restaurants.

I was at a boutique hotel and ended up having to leave. My group came to this home and loved it! The house along with service was A1!

From the airport pick up to drop off, everything exceeded our expectations. Ivan, our driver, offered to stop at the market so we could pick up a few things that we would need for our next day boat trip. He pointed out restaurants and gave us helpful hints. We were welcomed into the home by Nastly with a smile and refreshing limeade. Day 2 was an amazing day on the boat. Our personal concierge was in constant communication to help set up lunch reservations at one of the beach clubs as well as coordinate a dinner at the house. Highly recommend the dinner. Ari and Emi made us an amazing dinner that could have fed the entire block. Daily we had delicious breakfasts made by Nastly and she always was wanting to know what we desired. On our last day we just enjoyed a relaxing pool day and she whipped up some more limeade for us. It was an incredible stay at Casa O. I highly recommend staying here!
