The place was truly paradise! You could see and hear the ocean from the condo and the pool was just a few steps away. The restaurant was excellent and the staff more excellent and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back as soon as we can! Loved the village to the south. We cooked with a local family in the village and had a very memorable meal and time with the locals!

The place is very nice, very private, the house is very comfortable and has everything we need, the beach is practically private and the pools and gardens in perfect condition. we were six adults and it was a perfect space for us. We had a great time, we will certainly come back.

An incredible accommodation, highly recommended, from the accommodation to the unimaginable condominium, the house was impeccable, very comfortable furniture and the design of the accommodation was very nice, the cleaning people were very friendly and gave us many recommendations, the common areas were clean and pleasant, super equipped with everything you need, the beach is incredible, super quiet, no street vendors or noise, The only thing is that the restaurant is raising prices and some rules that they put in place were not written in the internal regulations of the condominium. That's the only thing I didn't like very much because the rules were presented to us at the beginning, but the ones they mentioned in the beach area were not specified at the reception. But otherwise, I highly recommend this accommodation for a good vacation as a couple, as a family or with friends. Alejandra is a super host

It is a place, very nice, it almost looks like a virgin beach, ideal for resting.

The accommodation is much better than how it is shown in the photos, the area is super private, the beach is super clean, the people in the complex are too friendly, the stay includes cleaning every day which makes it even more pleasant. The accommodation has everything you need to cook, the beds are super comfortable, the mini split works perfectly and has two amibas rooms for living.

Great place, the staff, accommodations and the owner!

An extraordinary place... Usually the photos are better than reality, in this case it was the opposite. The villa is very spacious, the finishes and furniture of very good taste and good quality. The dining room can be integrated with the terrace and jacuzzi further expanding the space. Communication with the owner was always very prompt and friendly, in addition Bertha (the cleaning person who supported us) is super attentive and helpful. The complex is very well maintained and super safe. We chose to eat at the on-site restaurant, the menu is not very extensive but the quality, price and taste were very good. We really liked that there were few people and the beach is practically for one, beautiful, without people, vendors or speakers. It really is a paradise very close to the airport. I recommend that you go out at night to see the stars, a show that is no longer seen in the city. In the 20 minutes that we were watching them from the beach, we were lucky enough to see two shooting stars!!! It's a place to rest and relax. I definitely recommend the place and of course I'll be back!!!

An amazing place to spend time with your family!

The place is amazing, very exclusive, at no time were there crowds of people, I really liked that there was cleaning every day of the stay, and a restaurant inside the premises. I would improve the hours of use of the private jacuzzi, it is maximum at 8 pm and the water is not hot. The host is very attentive and the cleaning lady too. The only one who doesn't seem to like the visit is the person at the condominium's front desk. I recommend being careful with the sea, the tide is dangerous and there are no lifeguards. I also recommend arriving with a supermarket shopping list because the shops are a bit far away.

Definitely a great option if you're looking for a place to enjoy a quiet and relaxed weekend. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, super clean and in a good location. It is inside a complex of villas, you have all the services and the attention of the cleaning staff, security and restaurant, all very friendly. The Villa has a jacuzzi and literally a few steps away you have 2 large pools and the beach. Our trip was family-friendly with children and it was certainly perfect for everyone. There are some restrictions on the beds and common areas (you can't have food or drinks that you haven't ordered in the restaurant and you can't bring a speaker to listen to music) I guess for pandemic reasons but nothing that doesn't allow you to enjoy it one hundred percent. The beach is very quiet in terms of the waves and the number of people. 15 minutes from downtown Zihuatanejo and 5 minutes from the airport, with several mini supermarkets very close to buy anything you need. Alejandra (the host) and Bertha (cleaning support) are always available and friendly, which certainly makes your stay much better.

A place with an extraordinary location just steps from the beach. There are few guests in the Las Palmas complex because there are few villas, which gives it a touch of tranquility when going to the pool or the beach. The apartment is very clean.

The place is beautiful, the villa has a spectacular view, it is very comfortable and the terrace with the jacuzzi makes the stay very cozy without having to use the pool, apart from being very spacious, there were 5 of us and we never felt cramped. The condo in general feels lonely most of the time, wherever you go you feel few people even though it's full. The sea is just a few steps away, very clean and with very few people. The condo restaurant has delicious seasoning, although the prices are a bit high for the amount of food that comes in the dish, the taste is worth the price. All the service providers wore their masks and all kept their safe distance. When entering and leaving the condominium they take your temperature, my family and I felt at home, at no time did we feel in danger because of covid 19; on the contrary. Thank you so much for such a nice stay.

Very good place and it meets all the features offered. There were some cleaning details where we were not very lucky (a room without full sheets and the kitchen utensils such as cutlery, pans, etc. had some cleaning details). Other than that, overall we had a great experience at the complex.

Alejandra was very helpful and responsive. A satisfactory supply of water was delivered every 3 days. Each bedroom now features a king-sized bed with fitted bottom sheets. The villa is comfortable, has wifi and the best location in the complex--full view of the beautiful swimming pool and beach, with the resort restaurant only steps away. Berta came every day to clean except our last, and did an excellent job. We also asked her to cook for us twice, and she made delicious lunches for us out of the basic materials we provided: chicken, pork, peppers, onions, garlic, salt and pepper, oil and tomatoes. My five-year-old granddaughter asked me to be sure to get the recipes! The Las Palmas staff is excellent. Pedro, one of the restaurant waiters, told us the mosquitoes were annoying after dark, and offered to bring our orders directly to the villa, so we actually had "room service" several evenings. Our grandchildren loved their Surf Nature surfing lessons. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the Hao restaurant at the Thompson Hotel in Zihua, which was wonderful, and Christmas Day dinner at Ristorante il Mare in Zihua--also excellent. We used Antonio Villegas from Taxi Playa Blanca for all of our excursions (521/755-121-9447). He speaks excellent English, was always on time, and is very knowledgeable about the area. He even took our grand kids shopping for souvenirs in Zihua. All in all, we had a fabulous time!

A very good place to spend holidays without leaving the complex

Alejandra was a wonderful host, very quick to respond to any questions we had once we arrived. The space was just as described and view was amazing! We are looking forward to going again next year.

An amazing place!!!! Alejandra was always on top of what we needed Just take care of things and put them in the lockboxes, as the cleaning staff in charge took money we had stored in a suitcase.

This is the second time I have stayed in this house, and will continue to do so in the future. The best place to escape the calsico place full of street vendors. Here nobody bothers you and all the other super respectful tenants. The best place to vacation with family, children and friends. Thank you Alejandra for everything.

I highly recommend it better to get to rest you will not find

It is a beautiful villa ideal for traveling with children/babies as it is on the ground floor, which facilitates access to the pool and beach. The complex is spectacular and has hotel services. Every person who works in this complex, I help us in each of our requirements. It is a recommended place to vacation as you don't find crowds of people on the beach. The beach is quiet and perfect for hanging out with children. It has a restaurant/bar, which makes it easy for you to enjoy your beach stay. Each Villa has a Jacuzzi, which helps the pool not saturated. It is 5 mins from the airport and there is no airplane noise at all. It is also located 20 minutes from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. I highly recommend this Villa and Alejandra that I help us at all times.

It definitely exceeded our expectations! The villa, the views, the beach were much better than the photos posted. The excellent service! The cleaning person also helped us with other procedures and made everything easier, able to resolve any issues that might arise. It was exactly what we were looking for, an exclusive and quiet place with a good beach where you can disconnect from everything.

This villa with hotel restaurant on the beach was amazing! We were there to celebrate our daughter's 21 birthday and it could not have been any more perfect! Some mornings on walks I was alone on the beach!!! Magnificent!

The place is dreamlike, super quiet, ideal for resting and escaping from stress. The owners' recommendations were spot on: we rented a car to have mobility, and they suggested some fantastic walks. The condominium is very high quality, and the beach is almost untouched and deserted. We loved it.

It's an extremely pleasant place for rest. Close to Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa, so you can explore other beaches. Inside the complex, there is a very nice à la carte food service.

"Las Palmas" is a small (30 unit) privately owned condo-hotel, very beautiful and quiet, exclusive, modern development resort located at Playa Blanca, on the back of Zihuatanejo's International Airport. It is right in the middle of a secluded, idyllic beach with almost nothing around it. You need a car or taxi to go anywhere. It takes about a 20-25 min drive to Zihuatanejo, the nearest town. The personnel at Las Palmas are very, very friendly and helpful. Fernanda, the owner of the 3 bedroom unit we rented was welcoming and helpful. She received us upon arrival and explained in detail how everything works. The unit was clean and functional. A maid was provided on a daily basis to clean up and help with cooking.

Everything is excellent, except for the wifi signal that although they describe it, one could not connect from the House.
