We had a great stay at Casa Elena. Fabulous location-within walking distance to town and beach. Just as pictured. A large vase of fresh flowers and a bottle of wine greeted us. Such a nice gesture. The hosts and owners were very helpful and responsive. The A/C worked well. Beds were very comfortable, showers were hot. Internet worked well. Well stocked kitchen. The area was quiet. Lots of extras- 2 bikes, beach chairs, lots of beach towels, sun umbrella... I could go on! The complex pool was nice enough. Would love to return! Thank-you Keith and Elena.

This villa is very charming and contains everything that you will need for a vacation, there is so much attention to detail involved between Elana (owner). Tara the property manager has a huge amount of local knowledge she is so helpful and organised. Tara was very quick to reply to any messages or enquiries about pending trips / outings.

Casa Elena was a great place for a family vacation with kids 4 and 6. It is in a great location with everything you need. Easy walk to the beach,5th Ave/ferry,taxis and shopping.We rented a car since our kids our pretty young but with this location it isn’t necessary unless you plan to drive a lot. The pool is small but great for the kids and right out the back door. It was never crowded and everyone was friendly. Their is also a small aviary right next door that the kids really enjoyed. Tara and Luis were extremely helpful with anything you need and we’re available to answer any questions whenever you need. They provided detailed instructions on everything in the house. They were also available throughout the trip to answer questions or help with any issues that arise. In summary this is an excellent airbnb with great hosts and property mgmt it is perfect for two small families or one large family

Keith and Elena are amazing hosts. They were proactive in their communication and answered all our questions before the travel. Property manager Tara and Luis helped us throughout our time in Playa Del Carmen - arranged airport pickup, greeted us at the property, helped us book day trips etc. The house itself is beautiful. The rooms are in fact bigger than in the pictures. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everything is walking distance and you don't need a car. The beach nearby is nicer and less crowded than the main Playa Del Carmen beach. We will certainly return to this place.

Really great house with a lot of space, bathrooms next to every room, and a wonderful location: you can walk to town and the beach in 5-10 minutes. The service of Tara is incredibly good and fast. The only thing we really regret is the seaweed. There's so much of it you cannot go into the sea. That's one of the reasons you visit Playa del Carmen ofcourse.

it is an amazing house, close to everything you need, stores ,ferry restaurants and the beach. The house is super clean and has everything you need to have an amazing time . i know i will return to playa del carmen and i will look to stay in casa Elena thank you for everything we have a great time

We just returned from a wonderful week at Casa Elena and it couldn't have gone any better! Wonderful owners who reached out to us as soon as we booked the week and their property Manager, Tara was excellent! They were both prompt to answer any questions and to help set up transportation or give recommendations of local restaurants, stores, and info for required covid testing locations. Excellent location close to downtown, the beach, and to our local LDS Church. Home was clean, secure, comfortable with great amenities and AC. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Home was well outfitted with beach towel, chairs, and umbrellas. Short 10 min walk to the beech. Can't wait to stay here again!

Casa Elena was exactly as pictured. The location is great!!! We loved sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee. Communication with the host and house manager exceeded our expectations!!! Pleasant and informative. We ate at a couple of the restaurants that they suggested and had great meals. We loo, forward to staying here again in the future!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Casa Helena. The whole experience, including the communication with Keith and Elena, the support we received upon arrival by the couple assigned to welcome us, their generosity which was felt throughout the house, be it by the number of towels provided, the beach equipment for us to avail of, the amount of coffee and other provisions; the house was extremely clean, comfortable, modern, well equipped, in a most perfect location minutes from the beach and the Quinta avenida. Quiet, private, with a very nice pool, a tennis court attached, we could have wished for anything better. I could probably write twice as much but you get the idea. If it’s available for the dates period you require, book it.

This is a wonderful villa to rent. Didn't know what to expect when we read "Villa" Bottom line is that this is a beautiful home in a nice area. You are close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this place to both friends and family. All three bedroom are large and quiet. If family is downstairs in the open plan living space you can easily take a nap upstairs. Casa Elena also has games, music and videos. Walking to pool is almost like walking into your own backyard. Heading to the beach, a short 5 minute walk. Don't need a car to get to shopping &/or restaurants it's only a short walk away. Tara the house manager is always available to answer questions and to make suggestions on restaurants. She even set up a snorkeling excursion for us. Would highly recommend this home.
