It's a quiet and relaxing place with easy access to everything.

Wonderful 👏. 11 out of 10. Unbeatable location, good rules about respect. The pool is just a few steps away, and the apartment facilities are exceptionally well maintained. Just like the photos, we went with three seniors and two small children, and we all enjoyed it. Martha is an excellent host, very attentive. We would definitely come back.

The location of Martha’s unit within the complex was great. A large ground floor patio with a BBQ grill, table, chairs, and chaises was wonderful. We could easily pop into the warm pool just steps away from the condo. A short walk to the beach and also the snack bar was perfect. Access to the poolside service, the buffet, and restaurants is only included if you buy a day pass at the all inclusive resort which is expensive. There is a great snack bar by the pool which is not part of the all inclusive, with great food and drinks at good prices. We stocked up on groceries at Sunset Market, a 35 minute walk away and an easy uber ride back.

What a wonderful way to experience PV! We are a family with teens and we love traveling to PV during the winter, but we don't really use all the amenities of the all-inclusives, and we wanted more space for the family. We found Martha's space and it was perfect! It has plenty of beds for the family to spread out, and a kitchen so we can eat what we want and when we want! Every room has its own bathroom, so everyone was happy and had privacy. The beds are comfy and the location is WONDERFUL. Right in front of the pool and beach, all was so easy. While there, we took a quick Uber to the grocery store to load up for the week, and ordered Uber Eats for some meals, as well as catching quick Ubers to nearby towns and the farmers market on Tuesday. Lots to do, and the space was so wonderful! We will be back!

This is a fantastic vacation home especially for a big group. We love that you are steps to the pool. Easy access to the room for making food etc. The pool bar has food and drinks available at a reasonable price. Nice restaurants are about a 15minute walk way.

Incredible place, my whole family went and everyone had a room with their own bathroom, the photos don't do the place justice!! The beach is super nice, ideal for families, and the pools have hot water. Of course we will definitely come back! Martha is great and very attentive to questions and etc. Thank you very much for giving us an amazing vacation🤩, we will be back!

Excellent accommodation and service from Martha Liliana!!

Martha’s place is amazing and the location of the condo in the resort is perfect. The only downside to our stay was not anything to do with the condo itself. It had amazing pools and would be great if you are just looking for a week of chill by the pool. The downside of the stay was not having much close by for food or entertainment options. You have to take a taxi almost anywhere you want to go. The condo’s staff are terrific in getting the taxi’s for you, but the dollars add up after awhile. Also, make sure you have peso’s as using other currency or cards is difficult at best. Overall, we had a fabulous time once we figured out the lay of the land.

The location is excellent, you can comfortably reach the pool from the condominium, the facilities are very comfortable, there was a detail that was promptly solved, Martha and Chuy were always attentive. Thank you

This place was perfect for a family getaway! The access was great for the in-laws, both of which have limited mobility. The condo itself had everything we needed to have a home away from home. It was helpful to have a car to get to the super market - however the restaurant options were also very reasonable and super tasty. The pools were perfect and the walk along the beach was dreamy! It was truly an amazing get away!

Condo was amazing. spacious clean everything you would need. Pool and Beach was amazing. Views breathtaking. The snack bar had great food and was cheap. Only a few other restaurants. About 5 min drive (10-15 walk) to ton of shops and restaurants. Overall great. Hope to be back soon.

Highly recommend staying here! It probably has the best location in the resort, with pools, restaurants and the beach only a VERY short walk away. Obtaining taxis to travel off site is extremely easy, which I recommend doing because there is so much to do and other restaurants nearby. Our family of 5 all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, with room for more. A super reasonable price for unbelievably beautiful property.

The condominium is excellent for a family vacation, ideal space for seniors, the apartment is very spacious and super cute, the beach area is very good for swimming in the sea, the beautiful and clean pools with good temperature. Martha Liliana is always attentive to the unforeseen events that may arise and quite decisive. I will definitely return to this beautiful place again.

A really beautiful place. Just as listed and no surprises. The Airbnb was spotless. Everything was clean, and there were plenty Amenities that were part of layout. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, the AC was in every room, which made it enjoyable because it was quite hot in Puerto Vallarta. The location of the pool made the entire trip right in front of the condo. It was such a wonderful stay and a wonderful place. Highly recommended to a family or a group of friends. You can’t go wrong.

The apartment is beautiful, it has all the utensils you could need, the rooms are the most spacious, the access to the pool is immediate, the view is great. The beach is beautiful and when you leave the apartment you will find very good quality restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay; the condo has plenty of room and the walk out is wonderful. We have stayed at these condos for the last 4 years and have had the best vacations. There are restaurants within walking distance, and you can't beat the beach and pools. We really love this resort and area hope to return next year.

We loved the four bedroom condo, each with a private bathroom. It was perfect for our extended family of six adults and two toddlers. Being on the ground floor was great, as we could enjoy the beautiful, warm pools from our own patio and walk the short distance to the beach. Bonus boogie boards and beach towels. The complex is made up of Windham Resort Hotel and privately owned condos. Condo quests can purchase an all-inclusive meal plan for $89 pp/day, or $42 for dinner (Feb '24). The only food available for cash purchase is the small poolside snack bar. The hotel also offers water aerobics, dance lessons, evening entertainment, and more. We used the small gym several times ($100 pesos for an hour) and usually had it to ourselves. We also used their photography service for family photos and were very pleased with the quality, convenience and price. The only drawback for us was the distance to walk for outside dinner restaurants. Stock up on groceries from Walmart and you'll be set!

This condo was comfortable. It is in a great location near the pool and beach. Love it being on the first floor. All the necessities needed for a great time. I will surely book again if I’m back in Puerto Vallarta.

This place was lovely! It perfectly matched the photos, was well stocked and the host was very sweet & helpful. The view was beautiful, the location on the ground floor was perfect and the suite still felt spacious even with all 7 of us there. The staff throughout the complex were friendly and especially helpful at the front gate. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. We loved the walk out access to the pools and beach. The condo and entire resort was clean and beautiful. We had everything we could have needed in the condo and more. My kids had a blast at the beach with the boogie boards and plenty of towels were available for our use. The only tiny downside is that it is not walking distance to many restaurants. This worked out ok for us though as we were able to purchase food to prepare in the large kitchen and also chose to buy in to the resort all inclusive for a couple of days. We thought their food and restaurants were great. The host also offered to connect us to a shopping service to have food available upon our arrival. We enjoyed dining out when visiting the Malecon and other parts of Puerto Vallarta. I’m a bit picky when it comes to rentals and this one is fantastic. I hope to return again with my family and would absolutely recommend it to my family and friends.

The ONLY thing I would complain about is the lack of hot water to shower with. Good thing the weather was hot and cool showers were okay. Everything else was phenomenal, I would definitely recommend and will absolutely go back again!!!!

Beautiful apartment. Very conveniently located and a nice place. The terrace allowed us to be in the pool area with complete privacy. The complex offered amenities and restaurants to eat at, without the need to cook. The host was very attentive to our needs. Thank you very much.

The Space was clean spacious and comfortable, the Condo is right in front of the Heated Pool that was a plus specially when you are traveling with kids. Martha is very responsive and attentive to any issues or concerns. Overall we had a great time!!

The condo is very nice and very spacious. The location on the first floor is ideal for easy access, and it's very close to the beach. We loved it.

The apartment is very well maintained and very cozy. Just so you know, there is only one parking spot, but otherwise, it was an excellent experience.

Our family enjoyed the property. It had a great central location for exploring Sayulita, Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta. We enjoyed the property fir walking the beach, boogie boarding or just hanging out at the pool.

We had a great time at this condo! The only hiccup was the hot water… several cool showers. However, we all agreed we would rebook this place because Martha is a great host, quick with replies. And the location itself, at this particular condo was just terrific. Being on the ground level made it super convenient to walk from the pool, back to the condo, any time we needed grab anything. So easy compare to being on even the second level!

We had an amazing stay here! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable for two families with four kids to total. We slept well and appreciated the blackout blinds. The large pools and beach were clean, not crowded, and quiet. We loved having the ground floor access and being so close to the warmer pool that the kids preferred. As an adult I preferred the cooler pool closer to the beach. The patio is excellent for shade for most of the day. The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook, and we really appreciated the pantry stocking service as we arrived late the first night. Martha is responsive and helpful. We appreciated using the cooler, boogie boards, and inflatables. The grounds are well kept and the kids loved playing on the grass and seeing the iguanas. We highly recommend this place and would love to return! We had a ton of fun.

The condo is very nice, quite spacious and has many kitchen utensils, coffee maker and complimentary coffee. The rooms are very spacious except for the one that has 2 bunk beds. This room is tiny and quite austere in decoration but the beds are super comfortable. This room does lack some nice duvets and cushions to match the rest of the house, which is spectacular. It is a very quiet place. They do not like noise. We were on the terrace with the music on the cell phone and a guest asked us to lower the volume, I want to clarify that it was a guest and not condo staff. We had no problem lowering the volume because we were actually talking. The terrace overlooks the pool and we had a barbecue and we had the facility to enter and leave without problems. If you like tranquility like we do, this is your place. The pools are very nice and the access to the beach is very practical. I highly recommend the condo and Martha, she is attentive.

Martha's place was perfect for our group of 6, I'm sure we could've fit a couple more ppl if needed. We had a hiccup at the beginning due to the guards not having our information to let us in. We had to wait for confirmation, but Martha was quick to respond. Overall a great stay!

This is a very lovely and convenient 4-bedroom home that was just right for eight of us, especially for the two small grandsons who had ready access to the pools and the beach. It proved very handy to be able to leave our beach/pool gear right on the patio, and we enjoyed grilling on the patio grill.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except for the one with 2 twin beds. The terrace is very comfortable right next to the pool. I just don't recommend the restaurants in the complex, but I do recommend the apartment!

This space is amazing, and the host's service is very fast. You have everything you need for a great vacation. The Heated pools, the beach just a few steps away. My whole family was very satisfied. The only thing is that you have to move the chairs and the sunbeds away from the pool. The guests wake up very early to move them away, and they are practically occupied all day, although when you enter the regulations, it says that it is completely forbidden to move them away. But it's definitely a 100% recommended place.

We had a wonderful stay! Martha was very communicative and provided accurate and helpful guidance throughout. She also helped us connect with other vendors to enhance our vacation experience. Her place is clean, and has an excellent location close to pools and beach. Would definitely stay again.

Really comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need. We were traveling with two small children and the direct access to and from the pool and beach without having to use an elevator made life so much easier! It was also very nice to sit on the terrace sightly away from the hustle and bustle of the pool. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and Martha kindly organised a cleaning service all week. She also helped us organise our daughter’s 4th birthday with a cake and balloons! We would totally recommend a stay here and hope to be back soon!

We have a great time in Puerto Vallarta, or stay at this condo was awesome, we had a great time and everything Was perfect from our host to checking inn, can't wait to do it agáin, highly Recommend.

Great value, large ground floor condo. We only used three bedrooms, comfortable beds, good linens. We’ve stayed at a lot of condos and this experience was very smooth and simple. It’s an excellent location if you are interested in Nuevo. So many excellent dining options. We will return!

The place is as advertised. Pictures actually do not do it justice. The resort and the condo's location within the resort are amazing. A few little things popped up during our stay and Martha was extremely responsive. A great host. Will rent this condo again for sure.

Excellent place to spend a vacation with friends or family, they go several times when we stay here and I think you can't ask for more, the location of the place, the privacy, the quality of the accommodation and an excellent host. The place is good for a group of friends, large families with or without kids, highly recommended.

Everything was very clean, súper specious. The pool was feet away from our back sliding door. We had an excellent view, it felt like home. Martha replies almost instantly. She made sure to check on us and was able to accommodate our needs. Plenty cups, pods, plates and other utensils were available. Everything is close by, super great for friends or family trip. Definitely have to stay here and enjoy what this beautiful city has to offer. Will be coming back for sure.

The apartment is in excellent condition. As seen in the photos. The condominium is super comfortable to have the pool steps from the apartment terrace. My children and my parents were delighted. With super easy access for them. Very clean and peaceful beach. Super comfortable for a family trip. Martha was in communication all the time and super accessible.

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. Very roomy for a large group. The access to the pool and beach was so convenient. Very nice restaurants down the street, The Ciao and the Rivera Grill were excellent! There was a bar with food and drinks by the pool that were decently priced. Love this place!

The place is like the one in the listing, a family and cozy place, I could say that it was better than I expected , Martha was always on the lookout and recommended incredible local places to improve my stay and that of my friends . Definitely 5 stars
