We had a wonderful stay at Amoir R in Santa Teresa. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great for enjoying Santa Teresa, and the property had a very pleasant atmosphere. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Amoir R to anyone visiting Santa Teresa. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Roy's villa. Very smooth check-in and an incredibly spacious open plan kitchen/living space. The bathrooms had a good layout and came equipped with ample towels, great shower and a nice mirror. The bedrooms were just perfect. Beautiful sized beds, it was two of us so had a room to our own. With a smart tv that had pre-access to Disney plus, Netflix etc. the view from the balcony and the pool were also spectacular. The only small qualm was the leak in the ac in the second bedroom but the lovely housekeeper put a towel down to help :) overall really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. I’m already missing the AC haha☺️

The house has a good location, there are restaurants nearby, and the beach is also close. You can go back and forth.

THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE! WE WERE ROBBED! In the morning we woke up to discover someone had entered the home and stole our money. Our personal belongings had been rummaged through and our wallets left on the wet grass outside. All our money had been taken along with a piece of jewelry. If that wasn't bad enough, the homeowners did not report it to the police, or take any responsibility whatsoever. For anyone who considers staying here, please be warned. Take your own precautions. These people do not care.

For eight years of hosting, we have never experienced a complaint like this. We take guest safety very seriously, which is why we immediately reviewed the security cameras and contacted the authorities after the report. We also met the guest at the property about ten minutes after he informed us of the alleged theft. During that conversation, he stated that both the front gate and the main entrance door had been left open. After reviewing the footage, we did not observe any suspicious activity besides the guests themselves entering and leaving the property. Because of this, it is unclear why the guest chose to attack publicly instead of continuing to address the matter privately and directly with us. We always try to handle concerns respectfully and professionally. We encourage future guests to read our reviews from the past eight years, reflecting the experience of hundreds of visitors who stayed safely and happily at our property.

The excellent location. Right in the center, with easy and quick access, just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants; but at the same time private and quiet, without the noise of cars and other things... The house is large and very comfortable. We really liked it.

The location of the property is very good, but our experience had several drawbacks that affected our stay. Points to Consider: • Parking: It is very limited; we had serious difficulties as we were traveling in a large pickup truck. Choose small cars if you go. • Amenities: The gas ran out while we were cooking breakfast, and we did not receive a timely response or solution from the managers, which was very frustrating. • Rest: The curtains are very thin, and the garden lights stay on all night, so the rooms are too bright. Even though we asked for help with this, there was no solution.
