Villa Amoi R, situated in central Santa Teresa, offers an ideal retreat in this vibrant surf town. Located just off the main road and within walking distance to Playa Brunela (Selina), this recently built home combines minimalist design with the laid-back Pura Vida spirit of the area.
The Space
This villa comfortably accommodates two to six guests. It features:

- An open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area on the ground floor, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day of adventure

Guests have full access to all areas of the house.
Additional Information
For groups of six, an extra mattress will be provided to ensure comfortable sleeping arrangements.

We had a wonderful stay at Amoir R in Santa Teresa. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great for enjoying Santa Teresa, and the property had a very pleasant atmosphere. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Amoir R to anyone visiting Santa Teresa. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Roy's villa. Very smooth check-in and an incredibly spacious open plan kitchen/living space. The bathrooms had a good layout and came equipped with ample towels, great shower and a nice mirror. The bedrooms were just perfect. Beautiful sized beds, it was two of us so had a room to our own. With a smart tv that had pre-access to Disney plus, Netflix etc. the view from the balcony and the pool were also spectacular. The only small qualm was the leak in the ac in the second bedroom but the lovely housekeeper put a towel down to help :) overall really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. I’m already missing the AC haha☺️

Great location, the beach is just a few steps away. Nice coffee places and restaurants around the Villa. Great hosts!

THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE! WE WERE ROBBED! In the morning we woke up to discover someone had entered the home and stole our money. Our personal belongings had been rummaged through and our wallets left on the wet grass outside. All our money had been taken along with a piece of jewelry. If that wasn't bad enough, the homeowners did not report it to the police, or take any responsibility whatsoever. For anyone who considers staying here, please be warned. Take your own precautions. These people do not care.

La ubicación excelente . En puro centro , acceso fácil y rápido a solo un par de minutos a la playa caminando , supermercados , restaurantes ; pero al mismo tiempo privado y tranquilo sin el ruido de la carros y demás … La casa es grande y muy cómoda . Nos gustó mucho .

La ubicación de la propiedad es muy buena, pero nuestra experiencia tuvo varios inconvenientes que afectaron la estancia. Puntos a considerar: • Parqueo: Es muy reducido; tuvimos dificultades serias ya que viajábamos en un pick-up grande. Elige autos pequeños si vas. • Servicios: Se acabó el gas mientras cocinábamos el desayuno y no recibimos una respuesta oportuna ni solución por parte de los encargados, lo que fue muy frustrante. • Descanso: Las cortinas son muy delgadas y las luces del jardín permanecen encendidas toda la noche, por lo que las habitaciones tienen demasiada claridad. A pesar de que pedimos ayuda con esto, no hubo solución.

I had a good time. The location is close to the main road but still quiet which is great. Also close to supermarket and coffee shops. Nice comfy bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen.
