This is the fourth time I've rented it. I like it because of the privacy of the place and the house, the large spaces, and that seems great to me. This time I brought my dad, who is in a wheelchair, and it's easy to get around because the house is so big.

The area is very quiet and feels safe; the beach is a short walk away. The house has a very comfortable outdoor area for spending pleasant afternoons. Mónica explained everything to us clearly.

Had a minor inconvenience with the water however the host was extremely responsive fixed it by early next morning and offered a partial refund. Great place huge space, clean peaceful and very close to the boardwalk.

The accommodation is very nice and the stay was pleasant overall. Just as an area of opportunity, some kitchen utensils and appliances (blenders and coffee maker) did not work properly and basic supplies such as napkins, firewood and condiments, garbage bags were missing. Even so, it is a place with a lot of charm and potential; if these details were addressed, the experience would be excellent. Thank you for the stay.

It was a pleasant stay, my family and I really enjoyed it is the second time we stayed there, we thank Monica for the availability and attention, for giving us a little before the hour the house, the facilities are as shown by the photos, location, access to the beach and everything very well , some points that if I would like to mention is that when entering the house there was 2 very strong smells one was cigarette and the other different, we also commented to Monica that there were many flies to which she commented that it was through the open doors since the cooling had failed, being accommodating everything, the smell persisted and when we put to review due to the fact that it was very intense in one of the kitchen furniture we also found a dead mouse in a trap, we recommended a deep cleaning and vacuumed since the couches smelled like dust, regardless of all that is a recommended accommodation and we consider coming back next year

My family and I loved staying here at lluvia’s Airbnb. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We spent most of the time in the pool the beach is so close from the house. We all love that it has AC, Netflix and how it accommodated everyone. In the future will definitely be back 🩷

The house was gorgeous!!! We felt comfortable and at home...Lluvia and Monica were very sweet and helpful!!! The pool and A/C were lifesavers as we went in July... My minor issues- the downstairs room stayed a lil warm and had a gas smell. We were under the impression that the beach was alot closer than it was- not a big deal just a heads up... Other than that everything was perfect and anything you might of forgot was surprisingly supplied before you could even think it was missing...We LOVED our stay!!!

In general, my family and I really enjoy the facilities. I love the hubicacion and if it coincided with the photos and description but there are already areas that need to be remodeled inside the house: the bar of the grill occupies maintenance or renovation, some outdoor furniture is no longer in good condition, the bathrooms could be renovated, the refrigerator is very small and it did not cool enough also unfortunately a mouse came out in the kitchen. If a mouse in one of the drawers! I comment this to Mrs. Monica and apparently she was not surprised since she commented to me there are 'huancitos' in the area and maybe I confound the species of the animal but that I was in the drawer a there was! suguiero to the following guests always check and clean everything or if it is possible to bring their own kitchen instruments.

We try our very best to keep the property in good condition, let's fumigate and constantly check the more we are in an area where we are surrounded by the desert and the animals usually happen. My favorite places in the house were the common areas and terrace. The pool is another point to note—it's very clean and has a bar where you can enjoy your favorite drinks.

Casa Lluvia was a very fatherly house, it has all the necessary amenities, we had no issues, and Lluvia and Monica's attention was excellent, the pool was clean and the girls were enjoying it. La Hacienda is a very quiet area, although access to the beach is a bit difficult, having to go down many steps to get to the beach and with things (chairs, coolers, etc.). However, it was all worth it and we really enjoyed our stay.

I spent a long weekend with my family and friends and had a great time. The house is incredible! Very spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and the outdoor space is perfect to relax by the pool. The water temperature was perfect, and there were a lot of pool toys available. Everything was very clean and well organized. The beach is walking distance, it is a secluded and beautiful beach. LLuvia is a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Casa Lluvia exceeded our expectations! We unfortunately picked the wrong dates as we were hit by Hurricane Hilary during our stay, there were a few minor incidents that were storm related, but we always felt safe! We will definitely be back!

Place was very nice, felt right at home, access to the beach was nice!! The pool was a little dirty, had lots of sand at the bottom but they came right away to clean it. Overall great place to stay. My family and I had a great time. Definitely will recommend this place.

Beautiful house. Only issue we had, it was about 17 min from downtown San Felipe. When we found the place on Airbnb it showed the location in downtown San Felipe. It was only when we received the address 2 days before arrival we realized it was alot further from downtown. We ended up finding another place in town the first 2 nights then spent the last night at the house. Perfect for a family get away. But we were in town for a motorcycle rally and all the happenings were downtown.

We apologize for the confusion but the location has always been the same it has never been change. In addition we clearly advise all clients prior to arrival that the home is 10 min away from town and to bring all necessary food due to town being far. Super nice place, quiet to have a good time with the family, kindness and always in contact if required, it has access to the beach 5 min walk (everything is the same as the photos posted) it feels like home, it has the basics and even extra things (board games, life jackets, beach chairs, icebox, etc),.. 100% recommended 10 minutes from an Oxxo

the house has everything you need, this is about 15 minutes from the seawall, it is spacious, the pool and the patio have everything to make you pass excellent with your family or friends, it has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have connection, to enter and go out to the main bedroom you have to go through another of the bedrooms, that takes privacy if you go in pairs, however if you go with family that is not a problem, the only thing that for me is needed is cooling downstairs since it is the only one that does not have independent as the other 2 bedrooms, it cools from the cooling of the house in general but it is not enough, it was hot!! and you pass heat from there in the outside, this is all great, the area is private, it is completely safe, I recommend it

Home is beautiful. We had an amazing first experience at San Felipe. Had an issue with the key holder about pets allowed she lied to us saying we broke the house rules but I always double check before booking a home about their home rules. Beside that misunderstanding everything about the property is amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone to rent this home out for their trip.

Casa Lluvia was our best decision when staying in the San Felipe area. The house was spacious the decor very inviting and in accord with the culture. Ample bathrooms, kitchen , dining living spaces!!! The outdoor grill was awesome and the pool amazing!!! Monica was super nice and available ready to help at any time. We had a great stay!

I loved that it's very private and has 3 full bathrooms. Outside there's a shower to rinse off the sand when you come back from the beach. Excellent for a weekend with friends and family

We stayed at the house for 3 days and 2 nights and we loved it. The house had everything we needed from towels to utensils and a lot of space for us to cook, eat and relax. We definitely enjoyed the pool, the quietness and privacy of the area. The beach access is easy-to-use and the view is amazing! I would definitely love to stay here again.

I loved the house 🏠 ♥️ It was super clean and equipped for cooking. The pool is amazing; it has an outdoor shower so you don't bring sand into the house when you go to the beach 🌊. Communication was excellent, and the location is very safe in a private area. The only thing is that you have to walk quite a bit to get to the beach 🌊, but it's worth it if you're an active adult; you'll be fine. Also, there was no gas for the firepit 🔥, which made me a bit sad because my husband loves to have a campfire in the evenings for s'mores, but it makes up for it with everything else. I would go back again; I was delighted 🤩.

We loved this place, enough space to go with friends or family. It has everything you need. We plan to return in the summer to enjoy the pool more.
