Amazing stay at Bianca’s apartment! A beautiful space where every detail has been thought about - fully-equipped kitchen, very comfortable and attractive beds/bedding, ample towels and other amenities. Really can’t say enough good things about this apartment, which is located in the heart of Polanco. Extremely walkable, safe and picturesque neighborhood with delicious and varied food options right outside the front door. The included cleaning and laundry service set this apartment apart.

We loved Bianca’s apartment in Planquito! It’s even bigger than it appears in the pictures. Even though it’s in a bustling and very walkable neighborhood it was surprisingly quiet at night (and only one bedroom faces the street). Would come back!

I’ve stayed at plenty of places around the world. And I would have to say that this was the best one. And I’m speaking of how thoughtful the host is. Bianca left out snacks and water bottles in every room, a basket of fruit for us. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Thank you Bianca!

The apartment is located in an amazing area. Really cannot beat the location. The space is large and comfortable. We had daily cleaning service and laundry which was really a nice addition. Great communication with the just, very helpful and responsive. Overall a great stay and I would definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Polanco and a huge part of that was our host. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond from start to finish. She provided us with all the resources we needed to make the most of our trip, from local museums and events happening around the city to insider recommendations we never would have found on our own. But the biggest highlight? She connected us with a chauffeur, which was a game-changer for getting around Mexico City comfortably and stress-free. The space itself was beautiful and we loved every moment in it. If you're looking for a host who truly cares about your experience and makes you feel taken care of every step of the way, look no further. We can't recommend her enough and hope to be back soon!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The flat is conveniently located in the heart of Polanco with tons of restaurants, cafes and even a supermarket minutes away. Bianca was the perfect host: very responsive, kind and helpful when we asked for tips. Amelia (the housekeeper) kept the place tidy and even did some laundry for us during our weeklong stay. Our girls loved the hammocks and there are multiple seating areas. Only (minor) complaint is a bit of noise only in the front bedroom but my daughter slept through it for the most part. Other 2 bedrooms are perfectly quiet. .

Bianca’s apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and located in lovely and walkable neighborhood. It’s spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the daily cleaning/tidying service is most appreciated. Bianca leaves a basket of fruit and snacks, there’s filtered water available, and the kitchen is furnished with anything you might need, but there’s really no need to cook as there are tons of excellent restaurants literally outside the front door. Finally, Bianca is an incredibly communicative, responsive, and proactive host. We would highly recommend this apartment and will be back if/when our travels bring us back to Mexico City.

One of our favorite stays ever! The location is absolutely unbeatable. So many great restaurants and shops within steps of your door. Short walk to parks and museums. The place is huge. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had some great naps in the swing chairs while listening to street musicians below. Bianca is super responsive and went above and beyond with special treats. Highly recommend. We will definitely come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bianca's place. The location was perfect; close to restaurants and walking, however, most of all Bianca was a wonderful host! We arrived ahead of time and Bianca was very accommodating and had the place clean and ready for us. She offered to arrange transport to and from the airport and had a great list of recommendations in the area. When my husband was not feeling well, she immediately recommended a Dr and followed up with us several times. She is a wonderful host and we appreciate her thoughtfulness. The place is in a perfect location and we highly recommend it. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay and location!! The spot was lovely yet peaceful, and the accommodations were spacious with lots of character! The apartment is not new, with older floors and plumbing, but it did not inhibit our stay at all. Such a beautiful, fun place to experience Polanco, and the perfect location as a home base. Bianca was so friendly and responsive, and provided welcome snacks, fruit, and extra bottled water as I was nervous about just using the filtration system she provided. My daughters drank the filtered water she provided with no problems. Bianca also offered us a late checkout to store our luggage, without my needing to even ask about it. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful host she was and so responsive. Highly recommend Bianca’s listing, everything in CDMX is a good 20 minute uber away, so may as well stay in this fabulous, safe, clean, and cute area! Polancito is ADORABLE with great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. It had everything we needed🩷

We absolutely loved staying at Biancas beautiful flat, everything was perfect! Also, the housekeeper Amelia is super friendly, our laundry was done in record time and the place was always spotless.

This will always be my first choice in Mexico City! The space is in quite possibly the best location in Polanco, and all of the bedrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is perfect for even a longer-term stay. I could tell the space was meticulously cleaned. Thank you to the host and co-host, they were both very communicative and helpful.

Bianca's apartment was wonderful both in terms of chilling out in the apartment itself and in terms of location. Metro was close by. Museums within walking distance through a beautiful park. Plenty of good restaurants, grocery stores that opened at 7:00 a.m. very close by. The apartment had everything we needed, including baby furniture that we asked for Well equipped kitchen Bianca was a most responsive and helpful host. she has a cleaning lady Amelia who comes in daily to clean and make beds Amelia also washed baby clothes for us. Bianca had left us snacks and fruits which were very welcome. I would go back there in a heartbeat if I went to Mexico city. Absolutely no issues and good value for money much cheaper than other sites

Great space in an amazing location.

It has been all spectacular. Bianca has always cared about every detail, the apartment is amazing, and the cleanliness is unbeatable. Amelia came to clean every day and even washed our clothes one day, I really haven't seen better service in a long time. In addition, the location could not be better, on the best street in Polanco, very safe, beautiful and with a good atmosphere. The comfort of the beds is also worth mentioning, you sleep wonderfully. We will definitely be back.

Bianca’s place was great. Just as described. The location was perfect as there was so much to do with lots of shops and great restaurants. We walked to the castle, and the museums. Getting Ubers was easy. The apartment has so much light. We had plenty of room and the space is very comfortable. It was fun to sit on the balcony and people watch. The building has an elevator which is a plus! Amelia the house keeper was very helpful and kept the place spotless! We will be back.

This is our 3rd Airbnb in CDMX and easily our favorite! The PERFECT location, great host communication and tips. Bonus points for a keypad entry (no fussing with extra keys), a fantastic cleaning lady (Amelia) who did our laundry 3x during our 8 night stay. We hope to return next summer : )

This Airbnb looked just liked the photos! Apartment was beautiful, clean and beds were very comfortable! There were so many great restaurants that were within walking distance. Bianca was an amazing host. She provided a high chair, pack n play and bathtub for our baby and tasty snacks for us. She was available whenever we had any inquires. Bianca is the best! We had a fantastic stay! The location is amazing, just a short walk to great restaurants, markets, and everything you might need if you forgot supplies or want to cook at home. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bedding. It's a great spot for families traveling with kids. There’s also a lovely park nearby with a playground and inspiring statues dedicated to MLK and Abraham Lincoln, which added a special touch to our trip. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and the on-site staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive to cleaning and any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family!

Bianca’s apartment is conveniently located with many restaurnats all around. It is well-decorated and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. There are some nice touches - welcome basket of fruit and some local treats - communication was flawless and we hope to be back again soon.

This unit is located in a great section of Polanco. The unit looks exactly as in the pictures. The apartment is well stocked with a variety of amenities and made for a very comfortable stay. I cannot talk enough about how much we love this property. Me and my friend feel like home just right step in the apartment. everything on the listing is very accurate. The reviews have already shared enough information about that. Host Bianca is best host and a kind person. She always responded to messages promptly and provided me with the utmost help and convenience. I was sick when I checked in, she was kind enough to let me and my friend checked in early and checked out at 4pm without affecting the next guests. She provided a very comprehensive and detailed guide to the tour and services. We enjoyed the door-to-door massage service a lot. Housekeeping Amelia is also really friendly. She comes to clean the house on weekdays. I have never seen other hosts provide this service. She works very hard and every little corner is very clean. She even lays the clothes flat and folds them. I just hope that I have found this property earlier so that we could stay much longer.

Great place in a great neighborhood. Looks just like the photos. There is not a washer/dryer, but Amelia does laundry and cleaning during the week. There are fans and space heaters, but no central heating or cooling. Great place overall and we would stay there again if we return to the city.

Bianca’s appartement was definitely awesome. Súper roomy, 3 very Nice bedrooms. We were really good with a family of 5. Location is amazing, we loved to get fresh baguette croissant or churos right down the door of the building. Locationis really good as well for restaurants, and all the muséum in chaputelpec are very close. I would definitely recommand this appartement if you d like a comfy and well located place. Be aware that the bedroom on the street could be a bit noisy at night, But nothing big !!

This apartment was spectacular. The three bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was spacious with views of the charming street below. There were amazing restaurants and cafes close by. The park one block away was beautiful with statues and an aviary! Easy Uber pick ups and drop offs. Amelia was amazing and kind and we saw her every week day. What a luxury to have housekeeping.

Amazing space, amazing location and extremely nice and responsive host

Not much more to say about Bianca & her place in Polanco that hasn't been already said in many reviews. The apartment was great, very spacious for a family, separate rooms for the kiddos. As they say in real estate: location, location, location. Literally out the front door are restaurants & cafes galore. Two french bakeries across the street (Kayser & Laduree) so breakfast is steps away. As is the famous El Moro (Churros). And many restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Sushi, etc). There's a pharmacy across the street, a super market 1min away, etc. For the kiddos you have a Lincoln Park one block away with a cool Aviary for the kids, a big playground, a pond with RC boats for kids on the weekend. Bianca & Amelia (who caretakes) were both awesome and very helpful. Amelia not only cleaned the apartment weekdays, she did laundry for us & watched our kids for 4hrs one night so we could enjoy a nice dinner at Pujol (nearby). Don't use a hotel, stay with Bianca in Polanco.

Bianca was one of the most proactive hosts I’ve had. She checked in often and offered flexibility in timing for check-in and out. The apartment is in a very convenient and walkable part of Polanco and you could spend a whole week just checking out the shops and restaurants in walking distance. Communication, location, and amenities were all excellent.

Loved this Airbnb! You are right in the middle of the action, but it was super quiet when it was time for bed. The amazing restaurant choices are endless, and you can catch an Uber to anywhere around the city within minutes. Bianca is incredibly responsive and her housekeeper is a joy. Everything was super clean and incredibly accessible. We would absolutely stay there again!

This is an amazing place to stay. The many pros include a wonderful and communicative host, the literal perfect location within Polanco, a very clean and well-equipped unit, and a comfortable space with a lovely balcony. They provided coffee and snacks for us. We would absolutely stay here again! The only downside is that there is no A/C (which is accurately described by the host, and we knew ahead of time... it was just hotter than we expected it to be in early May). There are large fans provided that make it possible to sleep, but if you need it to be cold to sleep, you might not be as comfortable here in the hotter months. Thank you, Bianca!

Excellent, would stay here again. Bianca is super helpful and the location is great. She provided a pack n play for our toddler. She provides fans for each room which was necessary as it was 86 degrees while we were there. Opening the windows at night helped cool things off.

Great location and great home in Polanco. It was perfect for our family of 5. Great location with wonderful restaurants and bars right outside the door. They stayed open a bit late on Saturday of our stay but it got pretty quiet by 10:30 on the Sun - Wed so no problems for the kids going to bed. Easy walk to parks, museums, shopping and food. We would love to stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends.

Bianca (host) and Amelia (housekeeper) delivered a level of comfort that we did not expect and that handily exceeded our expectations. Our group of six all raved about how well located the condo is in Polanquito; never have we experienced an Airbnb or resort that was so well located to any need or impulse (restaurants, pharmacies, banks, grocery stores, farmers market, sweets, bars, etc. for any range of value). Do yourself a favor and stay with Bianca! P.S., the second bathroom is small and can only accommodate petite persons. The second bathroom is roomy.

This location is in the heart of beautiful Polanco. There are many delicious restaurants and a beautiful park all within walking distance. The house is clean and has three real bedrooms and two small bathrooms. The living room is light filled with many live plants and we enjoyed the skinny porch to relax and watch the happenings below. Bianca was a very accommodating host, flexible with our check in and checkout time which we appreciated. Provided a great list of recommendations and tips for navigating the city. Check in was simple with the housekeeper/cleaner buzzing you in and providing a tour of the place and amenities. Provided minor snacks, fruit and drinks which was a pleasant surprise. Minor critics, floors were a bit creaky/uneven. Fans were the only source of AC, which is fine on cooler days but warmer days were a bit rough. Other than those, very enjoyable stay.

Heart of Polanco at its finest! If you love to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner this is the place for you. Great location for walking to parks and easy to rent bikes, go to a playground and eat at some of the best restaurants. Also, there is a supermarket across the street which is very convenient. The beds were comfortable and Bianca was great to work with and was very prompt with all communications. Love this location.

It’s across the street from Lincoln park, our favorite churro (el Moro) place, walking distance to tons of restaurants, bakeries, ice cream etc. We also felt very safe. Just a heads up, if you are sensitive to noise, floors are squeaky and noise from construction next door can be kind of loud. Bianca is also a wonderful host. She was very kind, responsive and flexible to our needs.
