We extended 1 night stay last minute and was glad to find Jonathan's home for our group of 10 for dia de los muertos. The house is big and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and come together in the living room. He is friendly, very responsive and helpful in local recommendations. He also booked makeup artist to come to the house which was very convenient for us. The location is walkable and we recommend if you have a big group.

The house is nicely designed, although somewhat dark. It was not completely clean, as there was dust in some rooms and in the kitchen, light bulbs were missing from the lamps in the bedrooms, and there was an infestation of cockroaches—some were crawling out of some corners and others were already dead, which gave a very bad impression. In addition, there were cockroaches in the sinks, so we could not leave our personal toiletries on them, and there was no complete bedding set in one of the bedrooms.

Jonathan was very friendly, always attentive and answering any questions. The house was very clean and very nice, except that on his page it says that it has a garage and we had to park on the street. One of the bathrooms had a very strong smell of pipe and in some bathrooms the water pressure was very low and the showers only had two or three sprays. These are details that can be fixed to have higher quality service

My family enjoyed the stay at this location. It is walking distance to the main church in San Miguel de Allende and a scenic walk at that. One of the things I liked most about the stay is the layout of the place, it is very spacious for a large group. The host was very responsive and I never felt out of the loop on anything. Overall, a great location and a beautiful city!

We had an amazing time! Spacious, comfortable spaces with a great location…less than 2 km to the iconic parish. It has a terrace that invites you to spend the evenings there and a barbecue for family meals. The Guadalupe neighborhood offers many services far from the hustle and bustle of the weekend. There are enough bathrooms, and the hot water runs without any problem. Jonathan is an excellent host. All communication was super fluid, and he builds trust to make you feel at home. Thank you very much, Jonathan!

Communication with Jonathan is excellent, the check-in and handover process are very good, the cleanliness in general is excellent, only some kitchen utensils are missing.

The house is great for big groups with pets. The spaces (e.g. living room and terrace) are designed in a way that allows for lots of interaction and downtime. The rooftop terrace is lovely. In terms of location, it's about a 15-18 min walk downtown, but there isn't a lot going on around the house, so the place is quiet and peaceful. The house has very comfortable beds and pillows. Some rooms are missing curtains. The kitchen has more than the essentials-minus the bottle opener we couldn't find. The dining room was big enough for our group. Our overall impression is that the bathrooms and floors could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

Amazing experience, much better than I expected! Jonathan is an amazing host and I loved that he kept in touch with us before our arrival so that the experience was pleasant from the beginning :) it is very conveniently located and the house in general is very nice, it has a nice terrace and if you get up early around 7 am you can see the hot air balloons.

The house is very nice and comfortable. Jonathan is very friendly and answers everything you ask. I advise you not to travel to San Miguel in September because it rains almost every day, but it is still a beautiful place.
