We really enjoyed our 4-night stay. We traveled with our dog Rocko and found a perfect space to relax and unwind. What impressed us the most was the feeling of immersion in the jungle; the amount of vegetation and the design of the condominium create a unique, beautiful and very special atmosphere. The cenote is simply spectacular, one of the most memorable amenities we have enjoyed. The combination of privacy, luxury and tranquility makes the experience hard to beat. We also made great use of the spa, the plunge pool and the large windows, which allow you to enjoy incredible views of the horizon. The blinds to filter the morning light were a detail that we especially appreciated.

- The place is exactly as shown in the photos. - It is located in a quiet area, close to downtown Tulum and also to the hotel zone. - The cenote gives it an extra special touch. - There is a restaurant on the premises in case you don't want to cook (open only in the morning and afternoon). - In the lobby, they are very helpful with recommendations, directions, attractions, and more. You can also purchase extra trash bags and toilet paper (at an additional cost).

Clean, well maintained unit with everything we needed, hosts put care into the space. The main issue for us was the bed. Unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable, easily the worst we’ve experienced. Since most of our time in the unit was spent sleeping, this really impacted our stay. The eco-friendly towel policy is understandable, but in a hot climate (multiple showers daily), one towel per person wasn’t quite sufficient over several days. Also worth noting: the plunge pool runs continuously, creating a constant hum, which may impact those seeking a quiet, nature-focused experience. To be transparent, the bed alone made us feel this deserved a much lower rating. However, to be fair to the hosts and the positives, we’ve balanced that here. With a better mattress, more pillows, and a few small adjustments, this could be a great stay.

The apartment and entire complex is stunning! Spacious, luxery decor. We mostly used the smoker to BBQ and walked to the Tulum beaches in Jaguar park, was a safe route with sidewalk, but quite far. I'd recommend moped/car to get to other food spots or venturing further to cenotes, as the taxis are not as reliable or cheap here. Ado bus station is great to get to other towns and the airport.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool outside is big enough for 2 people to just hang out and relax. Smart TV was provided, with Accounts on certain Apps. Everything was spotless clean, dishes & cutlery was provided aswell for a cosy night in. Overall it is a great apartment and definitely worth a visit!

Our stay at Gabriela’s place started off a bit rocky as we had a very hard time getting into the room. We were locked out for two hours until one of the hotel staff members finally was able to get in through the back and let us. Once we were able to get in the room there was a lot of problems with the digital lock which definitely tainted our stay there. Gabriela was very responsive and apologized for the situation. Besides the check in, the location is very accessible and central to the town and the beach. Nice pool and spa. Kitchen is a little small if you plan on cooking most days, but if you plan on eating out it’s fine. Also, be prepared and bring bug spray.

We are very satisfied with our choice to stay here. The rental is located in a wonderful relaxing community. We enjoyed the variety of pools and the spacious studio with black out curtains. We were able to walk to Mystica to stock the fridge with drinks. Food was accessible near by and we even recieved poolside iced drinks. The staff of Adorn was kind and engaging making sure we enjoyed the cenote, wellness services, and bike rentals. Overall, this was a beautiful and relaxing stay surrounded by unique jungle nature, local communities, & access to tourist attractions.
