Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia de 4 noches. Viajamos con nuestro perro Rocko y encontramos un espacio perfecto para relajarnos y desconectarnos. Lo que más nos impresionó fue la sensación de inmersión en la selva; la cantidad de vegetación y el diseño del condominio crean una atmósfera única, hermosa y muy especial. El cenote es simplemente espectacular, una de las amenidades más memorables que hemos disfrutado. La combinación de privacidad, lujo y tranquilidad hace que la experiencia sea difícil de igualar. También aprovechamos mucho el spa, la piscina de inmersión y los amplios ventanales, que permiten disfrutar de vistas increíbles hacia el horizonte. Las persianas para filtrar la luz de la mañana fueron un detalle que apreciamos especialmente.

- El lugar es exactamente igual a las fotografías. - Esta en una zona tranquila donde te queda cerca el centro de Tulum y también la zona hotelera. - El cenote le da un toque extra especial. - Cuenta con restaurante en el mismo lugar por si no quieres cocinar (solamente en la mañana y la tarde). - En el lobby te ayudan mucho con recomendaciones, direcciones, atracciones y otros. También puedes adquirir bolsas de basura extra y papel higiénico (por un costo adicional).

Clean, well maintained unit with everything we needed, hosts put care into the space. The main issue for us was the bed. Unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable, easily the worst we’ve experienced. Since most of our time in the unit was spent sleeping, this really impacted our stay. The eco-friendly towel policy is understandable, but in a hot climate (multiple showers daily), one towel per person wasn’t quite sufficient over several days. Also worth noting: the plunge pool runs continuously, creating a constant hum, which may impact those seeking a quiet, nature-focused experience. To be transparent, the bed alone made us feel this deserved a much lower rating. However, to be fair to the hosts and the positives, we’ve balanced that here. With a better mattress, more pillows, and a few small adjustments, this could be a great stay.

The apartment and entire complex is stunning! Spacious, luxery decor. We mostly used the smoker to BBQ and walked to the Tulum beaches in Jaguar park, was a safe route with sidewalk, but quite far. I'd recommend moped/car to get to other food spots or venturing further to cenotes, as the taxis are not as reliable or cheap here. Ado bus station is great to get to other towns and the airport.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool outside is big enough for 2 people to just hang out and relax. Smart TV was provided, with Accounts on certain Apps. Everything was spotless clean, dishes & cutlery was provided aswell for a cosy night in. Overall it is a great apartment and definitely worth a visit!

So relaxing. The place looks exactly the way it does in those photos. very relaxing and the beach was a bike ride away
