We absolutely loved our stay! The entire family had a great time in Puerto Peñasco, and the Airbnb was a perfect fit for us. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was the perfect place for our whole family to relax, spend time together, and make some wonderful memories. Loved our stay. The view was amazing. Very comfortable. The only issue we had was that back bedroom closest to the entry door was noticeably warmer than the rest of the place. She was very apologetic and said they would be working on fixing it. Unfortunately couldn’t fix it before our trip ended. Other than that I would have wanted to stay much longer!

My family had a fantastic stay at Sue Ann’s- the highlight of the condo is an unbelievable, panoramic view! The bedrooms easily accommodated our family, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool area and beach were relaxing and fun, and it the location was convenient to restaurants and within 10-15 minutes to the in-town amenities. Sue Ann was a great host!

We stayed in this condo for 4 days and it was amazing. The balcony has incredible views. Very close to the pool and beach. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at SueAnn’s place was great, awesome views & a peaceful stay. There is a mini store at the resort with a bit of everything, the pool was nice & easy access to the beach. We will definitely look into staying here for our next visit again, thank you so much for a memorable stay.

We booked this place for a weekend , very nice place really meet our expectations great beautiful place , beach , pools , close by , private me and my family really enjoyed the spacious cozy home ! we will deff be getting this place again when we go back !

This place was amazing. The view is amazing and the resort is incredible. We had a little bit of a hard time locating it. It would be helpful to list the resort name in the directions! Other than that we had an amazing and relaxing time and will definitely be back!

The view was stunning and a perfect balcony to catch both sunrise and sunset. Host was very responsive and helpful. Recommendations for food did no disappoint. Master having a door to the balcony was wonderful. Very clean and homey in general. Resort itself was nice as well.

We have been going to Rocky Point annually for the past 8 years and have never seen views like this condo had to offer! The entire experience was mind blowing! Very spacious and accommodating as if we were at home. Highly recommend!

We appreciated all the condo offered. Wagon, beach toys, plenty of seating, dishes, etc. Plenty of space for 10 people. My only concern was the lock was broken to the patio. We had a toddler and could not lock him in.

We loved this place! Have stayed at other Sonoran Sun rentals they are all great but what made this place special was that all of my family was able to stay together with the spacious 3 rooms and a great living room and kitchen area. The balcony was my dad’s and husband’s favorite spot! The views of the ocean are magical. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great place with great ocean views, very clean but master bathroom doesn’t have the greatest water pressure. Check in and out was smooth and easy! Overall awesome place!

The place is as described with a beautiful wrap around balcony that gives you an amazing view of the beach, the pool, and at a distance, Rocky Point. SueAnn was amazing and very responsive to my messages! Our check-in was a breeze and getting into the place was very easy and convenient! Definitely recommend this place to any future travelers!! Great stay! Our vacation was phenomenal! It has everything to rest and enjoy a rich afternoon of beach and pool. The view is spectacular, we loved having breakfast with that beautiful view. It has enough pool and bath towels so we don't have to fight with family members. We will definitely be back here for our next family vacation!

Never go wrong with properties at Sonoran Resorts but this one was one my favorites. Is very clean complete and comfortable for kids and adults. I will absolutely be renting this unit again in the future ❤️

SueAnn was a great host, and would highly recommend her condo. It has probably the best view from any of the other properties in Puerto Penasco, it literally is just a 2-3 minute walk down to the beach and the water is amazing! The property “Sonoran Sun” has everything you need, such as a convenience store, spa and restaurant. I can’t wait to go back! Thanks again!

We had never stayed on the east side of Sonoran Sun before, and the wrap-around terrace gave us an incredible view of town and all directions. The kids loved the big bunkbed, the condo had every kitchen item we needed, there were lots of towels and beach stuff, and the beds and living space were comfortable. We highly recommend. We had a fantastic time!

SueAnn was an amazing host. A group of 4 ladies loved staying, using the beautiful balcony and all the beach gear that she made available. Sonoran Sun is a nice property. I’d stay again!

I would definitely recommend Sue's Place, the location and view were magnificent, me and my family had a great time and was very comfortable with the Penthouse. This is where I will be staying every time I go to Rocky Point.

This penthouse is beautiful! Great views great location. Very quiet and private. We had a great time staying here, there was so much space! The wraparound patio is to die for ! We could sit out there all day and night.

Breathtaking views!

SueAnn is the hostess with the mostest!!! Anytime we stay anywhere we always make a pit stop at any grocery store to buy extra toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags this time we did not have time to stop. By our surprise there was back up of everything! Her kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable, place was spectacularly clean. I can’t say enough about her place. She was nice enough to message me around 10 or 11:00 the morning of check in, to let me know her place was ready if we wanted to check in earlier. Recommend 100%

We booked this house for my birthday and the house didn’t disappoint was very well equipped at a very nice location the view is something to really pride about my whole family and I enjoyed our stay

SueAnn’s place is beautiful. We couldn’t get enough of the view! We appreciated the beach cart to haul our beach supplies. We liked the fact that she had multiple coffee makers available. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The resort grounds were nice and well kept. Our family had a very comfortable stay, thank you!

SueAnn’s place “Casa Cielo” was incredible! The view was amazing, the beds were comfy, and the place felt like home. It was perfect for my big family. When we called SueAnn for a quick question she responded super nicely and kept making sure we were hosted great. Definitely 10/10!

Enjoyed our stay at SueAnns place. Very roomy, had plenty of space for all of us. She had extra mattresses, towels and linens. Place was clean and had enough kitchenware to cook with. Blender needs replaced but functioned for our 1 time use. Overall a nice experience.
