Amazing place in an unassuming building that is just a short walk away to everything you will ever need- gyms, restaurants, small grocery store etc. It is close enough to all the action, but far enough to not hear it. There is so much open light, and an abundance of nature in the house. Will stay here again!

Beautiful place and well located.

Overall a great place to stay in El Poblado. The atmosphere felt super safe, clean and exactly as described. When you walk in there is someone 24/7 at the desk to check you in, let you out and screen any guests coming in to your place. It felt very secure. The apartment was awesome as well! High ceilings, clean bathrooms and the jacuzzi right next to the balcony was a nice touch as well. Andres the co host was very hospitable and accommodating. Communication was top notch he responds literally right away. Location is awesome too! You are literally right near all the action lol. 10/10 stay will definitely come back soon!

This place was all about location and space!!! From the moment we opened the doors we were taken away by the detail that was put in for making this Airbnb worth what they ask for !! The overall design was immaculate and the jacuzzi inside the penthouse was an added bonus. Mellisa and her team were attentive. This Airbnb was located so close to great restaurants and bars! I felt safe not only in my Airbnb because of the security that was in the building but also on the streets of Poblado. The two main bars that were close to the Airbnb are Chiquita and The Eagle which definitely was great for night life! I would without a doubt come back with friends and recommend this Airbnb to my friends.

This Airbnb was an amazing experience to stay at. Perfect location. Just a 3 minute walk to provenza and a 1-2 minute walk to Lleras park. I enjoyed how spacious and clean this place was. I felt safe with the 24/7 security at the front desk. Andreas was responsive right away with any questions I had.

The communication was excellent, and the host/s were very attentive. We greatly appreciated the secure and safe environment, as well as the wonderful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon to book with Melisa again. It was truly phenomenal.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Medellín, Colombia. The location in Provenza was perfect—super walkable with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife nearby, which made exploring the area really easy and fun. The Airbnb itself was very clean and incredibly spacious. It comfortably accommodated our group of six, and the furniture and interior design were very well done. Everything felt modern, stylish, and thoughtfully set up. We especially loved that the place had speakers for music, which helped create a great vibe for our group during the stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. They went above and beyond by helping arrange a private chef, private transportation, and excellent local recommendations that really elevated our experience in Medellín. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the city. We would definitely come back!

Andrés was an absolute gentleman & made sure my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. He even helped me out in a pinch and sent me a photo of my passport which was hugely helpful! The apartment was spotless & the security guards were attentive and friendly. Excellent stay!

Great stay and location overall! Could’ve been more descriptive on the parking situation bc we ended up paying for parking which could’ve been avoided if properly instructed. Other than that I’d highly recommend this place. Very conveniently located and safe area and attentive security.

The staff were very friendly and the place was secure ..always locked in and a person available 24 hrs to let us in and out. They acted promptly with any requests on issues. Andres was always checking with us if we needed any assistance. They recommended a good travel agent named Leo who operates Leo Tours and he arranged a nice vehicle to pick and drop us off . He was constantly checking on us and if we needed anything. Also met with Maria , Mia and a few others who work at the property premises and all of them were wonderful people. They stored all our luggage for a few hrs safely

This apartment was amazing! It was super spacious and had a different layout than the typical which makes it so unique. You can’t beat the location, it was walking distance to everything we needed. The hosts were super responsiveness and took care of any requests we had. Hospitality was 10/10. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

We just wrapped up an amazing trip to Medellin, and this place was the cherry on top. The location is literally perfect – you're in the heart of it all, with everything you need just a short walk away. But what really stood out was the 24-hour security team – super kind, helpful, and always looking out for you. Made us feel safe and sound the whole time. Andreas, the property manager, is one of the kindest humans we've ever met. Went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, always responsive, and super helpful with local tips and recommendations. The place itself is modern, cool, and packed with great amenities. We loved every minute of it. Don't think twice – BOOK THIS PLACE! We were sad to leave and are already planning our next visit!

This rental is great and exactly as nice as the photos show. It was extremely clean and well kept. It is tastefully furnished and a great layout for a family or multiple couples. You will not be dissapointed. The only negative is there are three flights of stairs to go up if that is an issue for anyone in your group. Lastly, the managers of the unit are extremely responsive even on new years eve.

I have visited the beautiful city of Medellin multiple times. And this was by far my most streamlined and memorable experience. The apartment looks every bit as beautiful as it does in the pictures. The Building Staff was always friendly, helpful and available. The location is perfect walking distance to the heart of el poblado and La Provenza. Our host was available and attentive to us on a daily basis for whatever we needed. They also provided us with reliable tour companies to organize our family excursions and transportation, in addition to referring us to an absolutely amazing private gourmet chef that gave my family an authentic Colombian cuisine experience for the entire week of our stay. I would absolutely stay here again in the future . It was a beautiful home in a great location, and its management was warm , available and enthusiastic about giving my family an authentic great first time Medellin experience.

The penthouse is beautiful! The patio area is a great place to relax with your people. My friends and I all enjoyed having our own room and bathroom while not having to sacrifice luxury. The home is in a central location so it was relatively close to everything (not factoring in traffic/rush hour.) There is also a lot to eat within walking distance. Atlético Nacional also won the 2025 Copa Colombia during our stay, so we got to enjoy fireworks live from the hot tub.

This stay was phenomenal. Easily a 10/10 and honestly felt too good to be true. This was my first time in Colombia and my first Airbnb ever, and it completely blew my expectations away. Melisa place was amazing. The location is great in the heart of Provenza. The staff in the building were very helpful. It’s a beautiful penthouse with a nice hot tub on the roof very relaxing and quiet at night. The AC was a nice add-on Andres. Was amazing everything I needed. I just text him and he made it happen. This Airbnb was perfect! Very clean we loved the 24 hr security that lets you in and out. The area was great for entertainment. The neighborhood is walkable, the window was retractable so we were able to not only get a great breeze in the house, but the view of the hills was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. I plan on it my next trip.

We were there for 5 nights at Airbnb hosted by Melisa. First of all the location is in very posh and secure neighborhood. The pictures on the website are accurate and the place feels very welcoming. Big shout out to Andrés who took care of everything for us including airport pickup and dropoff. Andrés is very accommodating and very responsive in case we needed any help. He was always in communication making sure that our stay was pleasurable. There is an attendant twenty four seven on the property and are very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing place to stay with friends and family

Our stay was great and Andres was there to meet us and show us around. Andres and the team were also but a text away to answer any questions we had. The apartment is lovely and well appointed, note that you do have to walk upstairs as there is no elevator. The area is super convenient to all that Provenza has to offer. While the apartment was off the largest party area streets, we could hear the bass of the nightclubs on some of the nights. We travelled with kids and family and were there to see the city and surrounding areas and not to party. There is a sound machine and disposable ear plugs in every room which helped. Overall our stay was excellent.

This Airbnb is beautiful! Perfect space that was an indoor/outdoor vibe. Plenty of space for a big family. Andres was so incredibly accommodating and tended to all of our needs, especially my one year daughter. We were able to get her a car seat, high chair and crib. Andres also helped connect us with our driver who was incredible the entire trip. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Medellin. In walking distance of a lot of places and not too noisy for being in the middle of the city.

Whenever a concern arose, the owner and staff were readily available and even came to clean the house and provide us with fresh towels. Great place to stay it was clean and very spacious. They accommodated us very well and even held our luggage before the official time of check in. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and the added doors man was the cherry on top. The spot was close to all the places you’d wanted to visit in poblado. Everything is top notch, location, communication etc the only little detail is the noise smtimes from the outside road & a club that is close by (i think) If you hate hearing things can be annoying But in general they are amazing people & the apartment is useful & convinient

Beautiful property in the center of Provenza. Safe, walkable to anywhere you wanna go and great service. Our jacuzzi didn’t work one of the days and Andre’s came right away to fix it. I would def recommend this Airbnb.

Great penthouse with plenty of amenities. The house was well appointed and also soothing. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The penthouse really gives you a nice feeling. There is a roof terrace where you also have partial views, we enjoyed sitting here. The entrance to the complex is nice and safe, there is a closed door where someone is always present. The penthouse was in a great location, 2 minutes walking distance from Provenza. You have plenty to do there. There's a restaurant called Relato, which I would definitely recommend. There are good other restaurants in the area. We really went everywhere by Uber, perfect to do. We felt safe in Medellin. The hosts and people at the entrance were really nice, happy and very helpful, we felt really at home from start to finish. Thank you all again!

This is one of the nicest penthouses that I have ever stayed in. The apartment is designed and furnished very elegantly, the windows open all around the main living area to let in a wonderful breeze, the hot tub is incredible, the location of the building couldn’t be more perfect, the security is great, and the hosts Melisa and Andres were phenomenal. This is all around a top-tier Airbnb location.
