Excellent location, the house was very comfortable and nice, everything in order and clean. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you might need. A big plus is the shower before the beach to avoid bringing sand into the house and for added convenience.

We had a great family get together to celebrate my dad’s birthday. All Enjoyed the comfortable home. Very spacious balconies with amazing ocean views, right on the beach. Loved the gated parking.

We loved this place. It was absolutely perfect for our group vacation. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with cooking amenities. The view of the ocean and the sunset on the balcony is worth the stay! Love that you can walk right onto the beach and go swimming. Lorenia is a kind, super responsive host. Great communication. We highly recommend this place!

Lovely to wake up on the Sea of Cortez with dozens of pelicans skimming the water outside your balcony, then soaring up and diving into the water for a catch, with baby pelicans following on the surface - clearly looking for breakfast from mom and dad's dives. Peaceful beach, hardly anyone else there, with lovely sunsets! Comfortable, clean, and well managed home.

Lorenia was terrific!

Lorenia’s place was fantastic. We came with a large group and the house was more than enough! Perfect location and very, very safe. The house has great living accommodations, and a massive kitchen. The outdoor balcony and patio overlooking the water was to die for. Definitely will use this spot again as a regular Kino Bay beachgoer.

An excellent location and very safe

The house is on the beach with a nice deck. It has a lot of seating to accommodate large groups. The kitchen is well equipped. There is no bathroom on the main floor. There are two bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom at a mezzanine level (half way up the stairs). The septic tank got clogged during our stay and we had to leave the house early. Lorenia (the host) provided another property for the last day of our stay. Lorenia responded promptly to our inquiries and requests.
